The strategy of empire going forward will be one of denial of world development through chaos creation. While the approach has shifted, imperialist aspirations endure. The fragile veil of a pretense of peace lies irrevocably torn asunder, its remnants eclipsed by the unrelenting tide of violence that now reigns.  The strategy is beginning to unravel both internally in the US and in international affairs, as the world is saying a resounding NO”.

Daily Chronicles features issues, small or large, that have the potential to change our world. We focus on anti-human systems that have to go and be replaced by more straightforward and honest endeavors aimed at growing food worth eating, doing honest trade, running an honest financial system, healing people, receiving and providing worth while education, traveling, building places worth living in, creating cool technology, going to space, and learning useful things.

April 6

-Tokyo Markets HALTED:  The Nikkei 225 and Topix futures trading has been suspended after both indexes crashed over 8.3%, triggering circuit breakers.  Panic selling erupted amid fears of a U.S. recession and a surging yen. This is the sharpest drop in recent memory—and Tokyo’s financial system just hit pause.  The Japanese President is already out there trying to calm things down and making speeches on supporting businesses and staff that will be out of jobs.

  • Australian stock market down 6.4%
  • Dow Jones futures plummet 1,500 points, Russell 2000 drops nearly 7% in trading on Sunday
  • UK stock futures are down 4.1%
  • German DAX futures are down 5%
  • Taiwan has just halted trade when their market triggered circuit breakers
  • Investor panic spreading after heavy losses in the U.S. and Asia.

Is this hysteria and panic or has Trump broken it with a possible Black Monday?  Markets are not inherently what I am worried about but this does affect the ordinary person.  Trump is on a plane somewhere howling at his press corps on Tariffs and how everyone must pay the US and how it is everyone else’s fault if the US owes them, i.e., trade deficit.  And China, oh China.  “Trump: ‘What’s going to happen with the market, I can’t tell you but I’ll tell you how our country has gotten a lot stronger'”   There is this old Country & Western Song .. Another somebody done somebody wrong song.

Parody: The Shake Down

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Russia’s Sovereign Wealth Fund Chief Dmitriev wonders if ‘Hands Off’ protests in the US are fuelled by the Deep State. ‘Is the Deep State applying its playbook from color revolutions abroad to attempt one at home?’  Is this the start of US Maidan?

Max Blumenthal and Code Pink say the same, showing the placards saying Hands Off, NATO.

The most striking aspect is that Trump’s political honeymoon is over, and faction fights are on. Demonstrations against the Trump administration took place in more than 1,000 cities across every U.S. state. A conglomerate of nearly 200 protest groups is organizing the “Hands Off!” rallies.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The meeting of the genocidaires: Netanyahu is arriving in Washington today. His office confirmed that Netanyahu will visit Trump on Monday in the White House, noting that the topics of the visit include:
1- The “Iranian threat”
2- Israeli-Turkish relations
3- The battle at the International Criminal Court

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The SMO is still a war. The Ukie killed and wounded numbers per day are still in the region of 1,500.

Since Friday morning, 4 April, the Kiev regime has multiplied the number of UAV attacks and artillery fire on the energy infrastructure of Russian regions, despite all the statements and commitments made by Zelensky to the USA to stop strikes on Russian power facilities for 30 days.

Last night, the Russian Armed Forces launched a precision strike by long-range air- and sea-based weapons as well as strike unmanned aerial vehicles against the central artillery base of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the defense industry enterprises involved in the production of UAVs. The goal of the strike was achieved. All the targets were engaged.

  • heavy fighting continues along the entire front line – battles and counter battles
  • there still are remnants of Ukie (and other) forces in Kursk – the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue the operation to neutralize AFU formations on the territory of the Kursk region
  • Kiev deliberately ignores any agreements
  • the US continues to supply weapons and intelligence to the Ukrainian Armed Forces

I don’t see a real change since the US decided that they (being a co-belligerent) are going to end the war in 24 hours, or a few weeks, or by Trump’s 100th day in office.  The Russian MoD is continuing to take control of villages and areas and we are still in a position where we wonder what is going to happen next.   The Russian front line has formally crossed the border of Sumy Oblast, into Ukrainian territory and now we will see if they continue.

In Ukraine, there is a ‘dump Zelensky’ program underway and a search for who the US wants to put in as the next puppet.   We have Nazis vying for the post:  “By the end of May, the war in Ukraine will end, and then a reboot of power will begin, former Prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko promised, referring to “international plans.”.

JP Morgan raises risk of global recession to 60% on backdrop of US tariffs

🔹🔹🔹🔹

China will impose an additional 34 percent tariff on all imported goods originating from the US, based on the current applicable tariff rates, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council announced on Friday, in response to the US’ “reciprocal tariffs” against Chinese imports to the US, announced on Wednesday US time, China Media Group reported.

There was a 15% tariff on certain goods even earlier. This is what China imported from the US in 2024: https://tradingeconomics.com/united-states/imports/china

US imports to China and exports from China has dropped materially as China slowly over the past few years changed their supply chain. The vulnerable US community is the farmers. Trump mumbled before his Tariff day that they will help the farmers but this remains to be seen.

The break on on small purchases from China: If memory serves any purchase from China to the US up to 800 dollars was free of import taxes. That is gone now.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The Russia-Mexico Business Forum has started in Mexico City.

This is the first time the forum is being held, and it will mark an important milestone in strengthening commercial ties between the business communities of the two countries.

The event is supported by the Trade Representation of the Russian Federation in the United Mexican States and the National Chamber of Manufacturing Industry of Mexico (CANACINTRA), an agreement with which was signed at SPIEF-2024.

Over 150 representatives from medium and large businesses, industry associations, and government agencies are attending.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

On the ‘baptise Netanyahu clean’ theme: The State Department has sent out emails to hundreds of international students ordering them to “self deport” after revoking their visa status without warning. The scariest part? Many of these students did not physically participate in any protest. The DoS created an AI to scan social media & cancel visas automatically using rhetoric the AI deems “anti-national”.

This ‘baptism’ work has been tried and tested in Syria, where we now have a headchopper in charge, very loyal to Netanyahu and freshly baptised.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

This long to and fro is over. South Korea’s impeached president, Yoon Suk Yeol, has been removed from office over his failed attempt to impose martial law on December 3. Presidential elections are set to be held in two months.

April 3

The fantasy of some US politicians, who view tariffs as a means to substantially boost tax revenue, reveals a gross overestimation of the sway held by the US consumer market.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

🔹🔹🔹🔹

It is a typical shakedown:

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The tariff fallout is huge. The WTO is most likely history in its current form. Even the Penguins …  Heard Island and McDonald Islands are uninhabited and Australian external territory, only home to research stations, and there are no permanent residents.

Seun Foo gives a broader landscape – it is not only trade.

This is uncharted economic territory, with the current US administration having the temerity to tariff basically the whole world.  (Not even handing out big jars of vaseline, US Treasury Secretary Bessent warned against retaliatory measures and told everyone to sit back and ‘see how it goes’).    What I am waiting for next is an excellent journalist, but we really need a committed group or think tank to stitch together what the US cost and is still costing the world with its wars in direct opposition to the US administration’s accusation that the rest of the world is responsible for their debt.  It is not beyond the level of thinking that reparations could be demanded.  I would be present for such an initiative.  The one good thing, is that the world will not be paying for blood carnage in Gaza and the war on Yemen and the killings in Syria etc.

According to a note released by the bank on Sunday, US investment bank Goldman Sachs raised the probability of a US recession to 35 percent from 20 percent previously.

Global Times gathered most of the initial commentary and you will notice strange bedfellows and relationships developing:   https://www.globaltimes.cn/page/202504/1331438.shtml

This is the time to remember the story about what happens when you choose to play chess with a pigeon. Liberation day in Trump’s words may just end up to be a liberation for the vassals and the chihuahuas.

April 2

This .. I expected this. If the average Chinese person and netizens start saying no, the Chinese government listens. I saw a short comment today from some Chinese leader that the US is overestimating the strength of its economy and its ability to ‘rule the world’.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

RUSSIA DECLINES US PROPOSAL:

“We take the models and solutions proposed by the Americans very seriously, but we can’t accept it all in its current form.

As far as we can see, there is no place in them today for our main demand, namely to solve the problems related to the root causes of this conflict. It is completely absent, and that must be overcome.” — Ryabkov, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation

There must be a song! “Another one bites the dust!”

Moscow and Tehran will not accept outside threats to bomb Iran’s nuclear and energy infrastructure, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.

Russia and Iran have confirmed the course towards searching for viable negotiated solutions on Iran’s nuclear program, the ministry stated.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

US is ‘seriously considering’ Iran’s indirect nuclear talks proposal as Trump threatens bombing – report

The Trump administration considers direct talks like those proposed by the president in his letter to Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei to have ‘a higher chance of success’, but ‘isn’t ruling out’ okaying the Iranian proposal of having Oman serve as mediator for indirect negotiations, US officials informed on the deliberations said.

“After the exchange of letters we are now exploring next steps in order to begin conversations and trust building with the Iranians,” an official told Axios.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The Greenland raid: In this article I said that next, they will come with money. The next time they visit, they will come with bags full of money and try to buy you one by one. After that they will come with military coercion. Washington has just sweetened the pot. Washington views offering the Greenland government more than the $600 million a year, provided by Denmark to fund services on the island.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Please know: Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz has announced the expansion of IDF operations in the Gaza Strip, The Times of Israel newspaper reports. The troops will move forward to clear the territories “of terrorists and infrastructure, and capture extensive territory that will be added to the State of Israel’s security areas,” Katz is quoted as saying by the newspaper.

The Killing Fields redux. We are watching massacres of the Palestinians (and other minorities) right across the region. AHH reports daily on the region in the Hearty Salon and the regular thread summarizing the major events is here: https://sovereignista.com/2025/03/19/the-middle-east-west-asia-wars-are-escalating/

Let us not be silent! There is a massive whitewash of the zionist entity’s actions across the western world. Violent arrests took place in the US, not for campus protests, but only because people carried a Palestinian flag. A number of zionist rabbis testified at the US Congress in the past days, and the rhetoric is anti-human, not anti-semitic as they would have it. Their is a backlash against Trump and his unhinged administration, as some know that this is a killing fields. The Christians and the Zionists have combined their resources and crusades in modern form reigns. Let us not be silent!

Trump thinks ‘Putin is stalling,’ and pushes for ‘aggressive sanctions enforcement’.  So, Trump is ‘Frustrated’ and now .. 50 US Senators — 25 from both major parties, co-sponsor anti-Russia sanctions bill accusing Moscow of ‘stalling Ukraine peace process’.  The Measures proposed include a 500% tariff on countries purchasing oil, gas and uranium from Russia.

We all knew it, but the US has just failed the test once again.   Their supposed agreement with Ukraine that power infrastructure will not be attacked has not worked.  Ukraine has consistently daily attacked power infrastructure.  Can someone tell Donnie he doesn’t have the cards? You don’t dictate terms when you’ve been humiliated and defeated and your current partial cease fire is a failure.  More sanctions?  OK, the sanctions that spurred Russia to be the fourth strongest and biggest economy in the world?

Lavrov though, hints at 2nd meeting with the US. We are working on removing obstacles with US Embassy; it wasn’t us but issues from back in Obama administration, we only reciprocated’.   ‘I don’t want to make any predictions, but we can see progress made to remove these obstacles’ — Lavrov, referring to sanctions.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

This is a problem for EU chihuahuas – I hope they go through with it!  ‘An Agreement on joint activities will bring Serbia and Hungary closer to the creation of a military alliance’ — Serbian President Vucic

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Today, the Russian and Chinese foreign ministers are holding talks at a reception house in Moscow. Lavrov announced that a Russia-China summit would take place in May and emphasized, in precise mathematical terms, that cooperation between the two countries is a constant, not a variable.

We will get the speeches up as soon as possible as these are important meetings, laying the groundwork for Presidents Putin and Xi Jinping to meet at a summit in May. My expectation is that these meetings will call out the shape of our world into the future and the definitive interaction of the role players.  Enough time has gone by to take the temperature of the new administration.  Either the parties will leave a sliver of space in international affairs for the US to take a role, or they will dump the US for years into the future. All will be done in exquisite diplomatic language, but as you can see from the following quotes, they will mince no words.  They do not need the US money,  as we now have alternatives, and they do not need to trade with them.  I expect countries to NOT trade rather than try to find a trading mechanism with a sick and ‘not agreement capable’ partner.  Currently, US cotton exports to China are down 80%; cars are down 70%; chips production equipment, 33%. LNG fell to 0, and agricultural products plummeted.

FM Wang Yi, in his 3 days visit to Moscow: “The US itself is sick but is forcing others to get treatment,” Wang said, emphasizing that Trump’s trade wars will “cause serious damage not only to the global market and trade order but the US’s reputation” as well. “‘America First’ cannot be achieved by American bullying, especially to the detriment of the interests of other countries,” he said.

FM Lavrov: “We recognize the responsibility of Moscow and Beijing to maintain close coordination in the international arena. The majority of countries perceive this as perhaps the most significant stabilizing factor during these challenging times in global politics”.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

As expected: Moscow offers to act as mediator to reach ‘constructive dialogue’ between Washington and Tehran on the nuclear deal.

This ‘nuclear deal’ is of course not the whole issue. The US is demanding that Iran stops supporting the resistance. That is the ‘nuclear deal’.

Russian Deputy FM Ryabkov warns that consequences of a US strike on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure ‘could be catastrophic for the entire region’

A secret, they say: Saudi, Kuwait and Qatar ‘secretly tell Tehran’ that they won’t let Pentagon use air bases. Revealing as to how strong Iran is. It’s pretty rare for vassals to stand up to a shakedown, but they know in this scenario Iran has stronger hand vs their master and the US has a history of leaving vassals hanging. Literally. Is this ‘secret’ factual? Considering where it comes from, a little salt is needed.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

China’s launched massive military drills around Taiwan with Army, navy, air force, and rocket units deployed.

Mar 31

Let’s just get the facts right. After Israel broke the Gaza ceasefire, Ansarallah continued with a blockade of the Red Sea but said clearly it was a blockade against Israeli vessels. But Trump cannot see a difference between Israel and the US, so he parked his ships there and started shooting.   So we accept that he is at war against another country that did not threaten the US because there is inherently no difference between the US and Israel in his mind.   And all the ‘dead Houthis’ are probably in drunk Hegseth’s mind.   Smoothie said a very funny thing in his last column when his English failed (I know what that feels like).  “Trump still has some lucid moments, but it seems his nature takes over him.”   As we saw in the chat on the Signal Leak, they kill with glee, and their inherent nature ‘takes over them.’   They are part of the kill chain and not of the peace train.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

China is furious.
China’s top market regulator said on Friday it will carry out an antitrust review of CK Hutchison’s possible Panama Canal ports’ deal in accordance with laws to ensure fair market competition and protect public interests, according to the website of the SAMR.

Spokesperson Guo said that China firmly opposes moves that infringe on and undermine other countries’ legitimate rights and interests through economic coercion, hegemonism and bullying.

Another China snippet of news which is almost unbelievable. China, South Korea and Japan will work together against US tariffs. These three had a meeting over this past weekend. There is little information available currently.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Key statements of Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov:

🔹️More European capitals are following the path of violating democratic norms amid Marine Le Pen’s sentence;

🔹️Russia has never interfered in France’s internal affairs, and does not want to do so;

🔹️Russia and the US are working on the implementation of ideas related to the resolution of the Ukraine conflict;

🔹️Russian President Vladimir Putin remains open to contacts with his US counterpart, Donald Trump;

🔹️Significant efforts are needed to improve Russia-US relations which have reached the lowest point;

🔹️Russia continues to work with the US to build bilateral relations that were damaged during the previous US administration;

🔹️The Kremlin expects that Putin will receive Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi in the coming days during Wang’s visit to Russia;

🔹️There is currently no scheduled phone conversation between Putin and Trump;

🔹️Some US companies are showing interest in rare earth metal projects in Russia;

🔹️Putin and Trump’s conversation will be organized very quickly if needed;

🔹️Russia and the US did not sign documents on joint projects on rare earth metals;

🔹️It is impossible to talk about a full range of issues on the agenda in the context of the Black Sea initiative, certain work needs to be done;

🔹️The Kremlin sees many facts proving that the US and the UK have collaborated to defeat Russia, including the assistance of these countries to Ukraine.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

A massive U.S. military airlift operation is underway.

Over the past three days, more than 16 U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III transport aircraft have landed at Osan Air Base in South Korea before continuing to Isa Air Base in Bahrain.

Unconfirmed reports suggest the cargo includes advanced air defense systems — potentially Patriot missile batteries — being repositioned as the region braces for further escalation.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

“When a clown and his entourage of psychopathic warmongering lunatic jesters move into a Palace, he doesn’t become a King.  The Palace instead becomes a Circus.”

Slightly tweaked Turkish proverb from Pepe Escobar.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Leader of the Islamic Revolution Sayyed Ali Khamenei (may his shadow endure):
• The bitterness of this blessed month has afflicted the Islamic world due to the bloody events in Gaza, Lebanon, and Palestine.

• America supports the genocidal crimes of “Israel,” this murderous and terrorist gang.

• The Zionist entity, acting as a proxy for colonialism, stirs up fires, exterminates people, commits genocide, and today also attacks Syria, entering Syrian territory.

• Terrorism is considered a crime, but the terrorist operations of this criminal entity have become permissible in the eyes of America.

• This criminal gang must be uprooted from the land of Palestine.

• Our positions remain the same; enmity toward the Zionist entity and the United States of America is still ongoing.

• If they attempt to stir up sedition within the country, the Iranian people will respond as they have before.

• If they commit an evil act, they will receive a severe and powerful blow.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Trump announced that tariffs would take effect on “all countries” this week, adding, “We’ll see what happens.”
Yes, sure, we will see. Reading the chats of people who have to implement this is quite a laugh. Nobody knows – there is no structure, no plan, no paperwork, nobody knows what to do. We will indeed see what happens. I’ve noted that Mexico is creating its first trade conference with Russia, but the details are scant at this time. Strange bedfellows are gathering: China, South Korea and Japan held the first economic talks in 5 years just before Trump’s tariffs strike. They aim to boost regional and global trade but really, they are combining to fight tariffs.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Iran – President Masoud Pezeshkian confirmed that Iran has formally responded to Trump’s letter via Oman, emphasizing that while direct talks are off the table, indirect communication channels remain open, for now. But the message from Tehran is clear: It’s Washington’s behavior, not its letters, that will determine whether any negotiation can move forward.

Tehran knows the game. The Iranian response, delivered with diplomatic precision, reminds the world: Iran never ran from negotiations, it simply refused to negotiate with a side that historically negotiates in bad faith.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The major earthquake in Myanmar brought together what the Chinese press states as a community of shared future. Myanmar’s call for international aid has received a response from multiple parties. The United Nations has pledged $5 million in emergency relief funds, while the World Health Organization is preparing to provide medical supplies.

These countries are on the ground, having flown out quickly and brought rescue equipment and experienced rescue personnel: China, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, India, and a few smaller countries.

The rest are promises: the European Union, Ireland, South Korea, and New Zealand have also announced assistance, and the US has expressed its willingness to provide aid as well. However, given the severity of the disaster and Myanmar’s fragile infrastructure, the current rescue capacity still falls short of the urgent needs on the ground.

The ‘Shared Future’ community is again open for all to see.

Why can we not bring together the ‘shared future’ for Gaza and the Palestinians? Why do we not have a BRICS contingent responding?

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Ukraine continued strikes on Russian energy infrastructure in the past 24 hours — Russia’s Defense Ministry.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

First, it was that it was slave labor; the medical personnel supposedly did not get paid, and before now, it was supposed to lure them to defect.  There is much anger in the open source, and the world community seems to be boiling over.  I see more and more X posts, for example, consisting entirely of cussing.  Let me add mine having more than one language and a rich vocabulary of cussing.   These BASTARDOS cannot leave a good thing alone.  They have to try and break it.   Besides, it is not their program to end.  In addition, as they kill medical personnel in Gaza, they want to do away with medical personnel everywhere else.   It is also an example of Continuity of Government, as this Reuters post comes from the Obama years – same old, same old, only Trump is the King now.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Be Calm, Friends. The world is preparing for war, but we have no wars yet, except for the ones that we know about.

In my view, the most critical issues coming up within days, are:

-Tariffs and the US breaking of the world’s supply chain,  (Trump has already stepped back, saying he will announce what he has planned on Wednesday this week.  Before now, he said the worldwide tariffs would start on the 2nd of April – expect more falling backward.  Using and changing a Michael Hudson quote:  Debt that cannot be paid will not be paid.  Trade that cannot be profitable won’t be made.  Outright stealing will increase to try and keep the US functional.

Guess who just blinked? Goldman Sachs is scared. As Trump’s April 2 tariff hammer nears impact, recession odds just surged from 20% to 35%. The same Goldman crowd that cheered globalism now fears a nationalist trade reset.

Iran, although feverishly discussed, will not have a war within four months. (Famous Last Words, but I’ve said them.) Ansar Allah is first. The ‘Houthis’ are the favorites in the bombing and shooting gallery now. Iran is not rejecting talks; it is accepting third-party talks. If we are lucky, Russia will take center stage.

-War materiel is being moved around the world; US war material.  Russia is prepared, and so is China, and so is Iran.   The US will keep attacking smaller countries because they are essentially bullies but think they are Christian.  There is a bet out on the internet that Trump will formally come out as a Jew Zionist during this administration.
