  • United Arab Emirates

The G20 – 19 countries, the European Union (EU), and the African Union (AU).[2][3]

  • Australia – hegemon
  • Canada – hegemon
  • Saudi Arabia – on the fence
  • United States – hegemon
  • India- BRICS
  • Russia – BRICS
  • South Africa – BRICS
  • Turkey – BRICS Partner
  • Argentina – Hegemon
  • Brazil – BRICS
  • Mexico – cannot move but if it could, we could count it as BRICS – today they are hegemon de jure, but certainly not de facto
  • France – hegemon
  • Germany – hegemon
  • Italy – hegemon
  • United Kingdom – hegemon
  • China – BRICS
  • Indonesia – BRICS Partner
  • Japan – hegemon

A good accountant once answered me on a question:  “It depends how you count”, he said.  With a little creative counting, we can see that BRICS, despite the packing of the G20 with hegemon, is already a formidable force at the G20.

We have a full third of the G20 as BRICS members or partners.  In addition, we have Mexico that is not able to move, but completely on the side of BRICS and will vote this way.  Then we have the Saudi Arabia which may be a brood parasite.  Reduce the numbers of the G20 taken as 21 by 7.  So, we get 14 hegemons at the G7,  and 7 BRICS.  The African Union should be a strong BRICS supporter.

Not that we are expecting anything from the G20 in reality, but we can expect that the hegemon will not walk over anyone.

We are of course in an omni war.
