It is obvious that Israel, as an occupying entity of Palestine, and under the testimony of the UN, UNRWA, and several European and international delegations, has failed in it’s basic duties to secure the flow of goods and services towards the entities it occupies, and therefore, I believe, there are multiple clauses under international law allowing for exceptional moves and acts to secure the health of almost 2 million displaced individuals.
⭕ Now, the real question is how to expand Rafah, [as was established] as a foot crossing, to a crossing that is able to handle and process trucks and the movement of goods – Kerem Shalom is closed and so are all the Israeli gates, out of the 500 trucks that used to enter Gaza daily [before Oct 07], around 50 came from Rafah crossing, I believe it is obvious that we will have to expand the gate more and more if we allow in un-inspected aid that took hours because the Israelis dragged their feet, according to the testimony of the head of RT that I published earlier.
Such a refusal will save days in delayed paperwork, security inspections, and so on

⭕ Now, as for Egypt, the main policies and redlines stated since the 7th of October in relations to Palestine were cut and clear, that is – 1) no displacement of Palestinians into Sinai, 2) No Liquidation of the Palestinian cause, and 3) Sticking to a two-state solution.

The Paris Format, the Cairo meetings, the many many numerous statements stating that a forced mass eviction from Gaza to Sinai will fail, the mobilization of resources for that end including trying to secure as much aid and security in Gaza as possible (The Egyptian Red Crescent camps in Khan Younis, the connection of water and electricity to Rafah, the aid, etc), shows that Egypt generally never went outside of its main three guidelines.

Syria is too weak to do anything, Lebanon wants peace in Southern Lebanon and I doubt the Lebanese government wants a new 2000s war, Jordan also stated it will not participate and it will prevent a mass eviction from the West Bank to Jordan proper – a similar demand by Jordan, Saudi Arabia said it wishes for a two-state solution, thus you can not say the normalization attempts failed because every player in the region is still sticking to the basic format of 1967 borders, that leaves Iran and whatever militias they have in power, of which, I can not comment because I am not an expert on that.

Achieving a prisoner exchange deal through which our prisoners are released, especially the old and those with high sentences, is one of the goals of these negotiations, and it cannot be overlooked.

The movement deals with the ongoing negotiations with a positive spirit and high responsibility, but it will not squander the great sacrifices of our people and the achievements of its valiant resistance.
