Recommended.  We are fortunate to have Alastair Crooke with his area and historical knowledge combined with excellent analytical skills.  Alastair believes that the wars (Iran, Ukraine Yemen) will now coalesce into a bigger battle which is the battle against civilisational states.  We see clear evidence of this coalescence.  America last lost its ability to escalate vertically.  This is a critical viewpoint as Alastair describes the bigger plan, and who is set up against who, and with what, in the absence of that escalation dominance ability.  The pattern is clear and there will be no negotiation.  It is high time that this is clearly stated.  Thank you Alastair and thank you Nima for your silence so that Alastair could clearly and neatly break this open.
