There was visible interference in the videos and in the ‘receive’ of content on Victory Day all day although I am in an area that is not cancelled. The way it manifested is that my browser froze whereas Yandex for example did not freeze. Anything from the west for example YouTube had somewhat of a grayish and pixelated overlay, almost old USSR style. This should tell all of us the story. We will pay some attention next week to the technological bifurcation that we see now between countries.
