Very early top-of-head comments on the 2 week ‘ceasefire’.

The US has a strategy. They find some plank to stand on, and then start agitating and coercing for what they wanted in the first place. This process has already started.  Donald already started blowing up that balloon with such happy messaging of ‘hangin’ around’ and golden ages.  People call it babble, but this is well known strategy:

This extremely fragile ceasefire is a play for time as Israel is on life support.  Israel has already breached, saying this 2-week agreement does not include Lebanon.  Since then, Israeli media stated: “Israel” has stopped the firing and the attacks in Iran and Lebanon have ceased.  Now the opposition is cashing in saying Israel was not even at the negotiating table and Netanyahu has failed.  They are quick eh!  “‘There has never been a political DISASTER like this in our entire history — Israel was not even at negotiating table’ — Israeli opposition leader Yair Lapid”

First breach hours after ‘ceasefire’ — Israel strikes southern Lebanon as the deal falters.

China did the yeoman’s work for a last minute stay of US execution.   (Are there quiet ‘guarantees’?)

Islamabad will host US–Iran talks on April 10 amid ceasefire.  In my view, Pakistan is being used as their government is of little account.

Pakistan’s Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has invited both sides to Islamabad on April 10 for talks aimed at a “conclusive agreement.”  (Third time’s the charm?)

Iraq has agreed to abide by the 2-weeks.  We still have to wait for the Gulf States where the leadership is goggle-eyed and perhaps have realized that family dictatorships can run oil sheikdoms where the money is easy, but certainly will lose if they have to do anything like govern.

Why did Iran agree to talks?  They said from the outset that they will not talk under fire.  When the US folded on their supposedly massive strike, Iran did what they said they would, and agreed to talks stating clearly that they have no trust.  “Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has announced on behalf of Iran’s top security body that the Islamic Republic would halt its defensive strikes if unprovoked attacks targeting the country were halted.”

So, we end up with a shaky 2-week ceasefire, a world economy tending to tatters and the US just ‘hangin’ around.  Would you buy a used car based on this ‘agreement’?).

Do I really have to tell people there is ZERO possibility of the US ever agreeing to “peace” with Iran or honoring any agreement made with the US?

…especially after the US has launched TWO wars of aggression against Iran 2 years in a row DURING NEGOTIATIONS and KILLING the very people the US was supposedly “negotiating” with?

….especially considering the US is waging war on Iran as part of a wider war on multipolarism and especially China – a wider war the US is STILL escalating against Russia and preparing for against China…?

Do I need to repeat myself and warn this is about rearming, reorganizing, and/or creating plausible deniability ahead of a US-planned, organized, and backed “Israeli” strike on Iran – possibly with nuclear weapons?

Or is everyone going to once again allow their emotions, bias, and fantasies take over when they hear news they want to hear?

When does common sense come in and allow people to finally discern “if it sounds too good to be true it probably ISN’T true?”

For the next days:

• we watch Israel and the US agreements and supply pipeline to Israel,
• and we watch China.
