Dec 21

It is quite challenging to find a Christmas image that is suitable for all of us.

Here is a Dove of Peace.

Remember 80,000 doves of peace were released over Tiananmen Square in the finale to China’s V-Day. I wish everyone a calm and healing time with family or friends. May the love be warm.

This is a short site notice.  Our old site, globalsouth.co is now offline.  All of these months we kept it going to forward to the new site, sovereignista.com.  I hope your bookmarks are pointing to the new site now.  Cheers.

Podswinki and Piglets:  We have a formal translation.  “Swine Underlings”

🔹🔹🔹🔹

🔺Deputy chief of the Iranian Armed Forces, Brigadier General Ahmad Vahidi:

🔸 Israel is facing serious problems, and its threats are a sign of the disorder and weakness of this regime.

🔸Tehran is closely monitoring all developments.

🔸The Israeli regime is facing enormous difficulties, and this has become clear to everyone.

🔸This regime has failed to achieve any of its objectives in the war against Iran.

🔸The Israeli regime is trying to portray a reality different from the actual one and hide its weakness, and this action is carried out through a media and psychological war against Iran. (In reality it is broader than Iran alone).

🔸 The Israeli regime is trying to conceal the heavy defeat it suffered in the 12-day war through recent threats and maneuvers.

🔸 Today, the Israeli regime is isolated and alone, flailing about in futile attempts to save itself.

“The main public opinion in Australia has turned against the Israelis”

Radwan Rizk says that the attack on the Jewish center in Australia reflects growing public opposition to Israel due to the genocidal war in Gaza.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

FBI director Kash Patel: “We need America to wake up and prioritize Israel.”

They are sure working hard and in concert to save their colonial, racist, genocidal project.  This is everywhere!)

Strikes on what is called ISIS in Syria and black block strikes on the Epstein Files as well.

from RT: The Pentagon has released combat footage showing US and allied forces carrying out large-scale strikes against alleged Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) terrorist targets in Syria as part of Washington’s retaliation for the recent killing of American personnel.

In a post on X late Friday, US Central Command (CENTCOM) said American and Jordanian forces struck more than 70 targets across central Syria using over 100 precision-guided munitions. The Pentagon said the strikes were conducted under Operation Hawkeye Strike and involved US fighter jets, attack helicopters, artillery, and Jordanian fighter aircraft.

The released footage shows airstrikes and explosions hitting suspected militant positions at multiple locations, with the targets described as terrorist infrastructure and weapons sites.)

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Epstein Files highly redacted release: Fresh meat for a bunch of attack dogs. May I please ask that all Epstein material that you feel you must post, is posted to a separate thread in the Hearty Salon. Yes, you may open your own thread. It is very debatable of how much of this utter filth, perversion and debasement of humanity we need to see, specifically in a weaponized release, where friends are protected with black blocks and foe is open to stare at.

Those of us who regularly take a look at the SMO maps, there has been a change and it is a good change. The Russian Ministry of Defense has changed the names of the fronts in the special operation. Now, the Kupiansk front is called the West, the Donetsk front is called the South, the Pokrovsk (formerly Avdiivsk) front is called the Center, the South-Donetsk front is called the East, and the Kherson front is called the Dnepr. The Kharkiv front (since May 11, 2024) and the Sumy front (since April 26, 2025, formerly the Kursk front) are part of the North group. The names of the fronts are no longer tied to any settlements, but rather represent the directions of future advancements.

4 Settlements were liberated by Russia over the past week. This is what it looks like now:  December 19, 2025 Ukraine’s losses during the special military operation – (we know that this is a low number of killed Ukie soldiers and it is more in the region of almost touching 2 million. It is still a drop in the bucket compared to the 2ndWW but remains a kill rate for soldiers, as Russia does not kill civilians. As far as I know, this is the first war in our world that civilians are not being decimated.

Major strikes over the past week:  ▫️ In response to terrorist attacks launched by Ukraine against civilian facilities in Russia, from 13 to 19 December, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation delivered (https://t.me/mod_russia_en/24859) one massive and six group strikes by precision weaponry, including Kinzhal hypersonic air-launched ballistic missiles, as a result of which losses were inflicted on Ukrainian defence industry enterprises, power facilities, ensuring their operation, transport and port infrastructure, used by the AFU, an assembly and testing centre of uncrewed surface vehicles of the Ukrainian Main Directorate of Intelligence, long-range unmanned aerial vehicle assembly workshops and storages, POL and ammunition depots, temporary deployment areas of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries.

Despite the good news if anything in war can be called good, this war must come to an end. It looks like Trump’s socalled plan is dead and it also looks like after all this time, and after all the education the Russia gave to the US negotiators or interlocutors, they still don’t know their asses from their elbows. Here is Marco Rubio. When this whole US negotiation started, I said that the US personas are not of the required ability to negotiate with Russia. They are simply not educated and it is hard to figure if they can walk and chew gum at the same time. This is another example of exactly that.

This weekend we have 2 real estate agents and one CEO of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) talking. No, not negotiation – Kirill is just going to hear if anything was accomplished over the past weeks. In the meantime we have Maria Zakharova saying that the process of normalizing relations between Russia and the United States is not going smoothly.

Somebody has to say it. These negotiations are deadlocked or as near as dammit! It is difficult to determine if the US is unable to understand a fairly complex negotiation process, or if they are being deliberately and comfortably numb. There is some news though for this layer of ‘podsvinki’ : Oreshnik is ready to go from the Belarus side and S400 is now S500 and implemented.

Putin’s live Q&A session lasted some 4.5 hours — over 3 million questions were submitted, over 80 were answered

The 73-year-old leader commented on issues ranging from Ukraine to space and from AI to love

Reporters from Russia, US, UK, China and other countries attended

🔹🔹🔹🔹

A captive audience! The world tunes in as Putin speaks.

Even Piglets are on the menu. Who are ‘piglets’?

The Russian term “podsvinki” that Putin used during the December 17 expanded meeting of the Defense Ministry’s board to refer to European leaders actually means something like “scumbags.” However, the Western media translated it as “piglets.”

One of the few times that the western media was correct in my view. Apologies to all piglets.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

“Oreshnik” can reach Kiev from Belarus in 90 seconds.
Flight time to Lvov and Warsaw is just 2.5 minutes, the same to Latvia, and slightly longer to Estonia.

🚀 “ORESHNIK HAS BEEN DEPLOYED IN BELARUS AS OF YESTERDAY AND IS ENTERING COMBAT DUTY,”
Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko stated.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Medvedev: “The participants of the meeting were afraid to go for a hop-stop — or an open theft of Russian money”

At the same time, the “Brussels thieves” have not abandoned their plans to seize Russian assets in the future, the deputy chairman of the Security Council noted.

Von der Leyen previously stated that Russian assets can now be unblocked only by a qualified majority vote. This is not just more than 50% of those who voted, but, for example, two-thirds or three-quarters of the total number of voting participants.

Putin: Theft is the secret theft of property, but they want to do it openly here – this is a robbery! – Putin on the confiscation of Russian Federation assets.

There is more chat about the open attempt at theft from the EU, than what there is about the open theft of resources over the years from Venezuela.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

We need to name a new war – Tanker War: For the first time, a Russian tanker of the shadow fleet was hit by SBU drones in the neutral waters of the Mediterranean Sea. The QENDIL tanker has suffered critical damage and cannot be used for its intended purpose. (It was empty if the press can be believed).

This is developing into another type of siege or blockade.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

MFA Russia 🇷🇺
💬 #Zakharova:

We note Washington’s deliberate escalation of tensions around Venezuela.

Russia consistently advocates the normalization of dialogue between Washington & Caracas.

We reaffirm our solidarity with the Venezuelan people & the Government of Nicolás Maduro

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The EU failed to steal Russian assets:

🔸No consensus on €140B “reparations loan” using frozen Russian assets

🔸New deal: €90B at 0% interest via joint EU borrowing (It is EU debt and taxpayers will pay if payment ever is made.)

🔸Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia legally opt out of funding

US sanctions the staff of the ICC (International Criminal Court).  (It is not a reliable court but nevertheless, it is there).

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Key points from Maria Zakharova’s statements at the weekly briefing:

➡️Liberated Kupyansk was and remains under the control of the Russian Armed Forces;

➡️The EU dreams of undermining ties between Russia and Serbia, but this dream is unrealistic;

➡️At a meeting at the Russian Foreign Ministry, the Japanese Ambassador was informed of Moscow’s concerns regarding Japanese-American military exercises near Russian territory;

➡️Russia is ready to restore the work of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation with Slovakia;

➡️The deployment of Western troops in Ukraine “under any guise and in any format” is unacceptable to Russia;

➡️The process of normalizing relations between Russia and the United States is not going smoothly.

Cambodia, Thailand agree to attend ASEAN Foreign Ministers special meeting on Dec 22 in Kuala Lumpur to kick-start talks to prevent further escalation along the disputed border, said Malaysia’s Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim.

Anwar said the aim of the meeting is to convince Thailand and Cambodia to stop escalating tensions along the disputed borders

While the genocide continues at somewhat of a slower pace but with a clear extension of territories and countries under the zionist-israeli attack,  Israel approved a natural gas agreement with Egypt, calling it Israel’s “largest ever” gas deal.

The deal comes as Israel continues to violate the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, with mediators including Egypt and Qatar blaming Israel for the fragility of the truce.

Germany’s parliament has approved a $3.5 billion expansion of its Arrow 3 missile defense deal with Israel, further entrenching military cooperation with Tel Aviv despite Israel’s ongoing attacks against Palestinians in Gaza.

Since the US-brokered ceasefire came into effect in October, Israel has carried out near-daily violations across the Gaza Strip – Israel Has Violated the Gaza Ceasefire More Than 800 times:  205 incidents of live fire at civilians, 37 incursions into residential areas beyond the so-called “yellow line,” 358 air and artillery attacks, and 138 cases of property demolitions.

According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, at least 394 Palestinians have been killed and 1,075 wounded by Israeli attacks since October 11, the first full day of the ceasefire.

According to Gaza’s Ministry of Health, 13 deaths have been recorded at hospitals as a result of extreme cold and the winter storm across Gaza Strip.  Israel refuses entry of rebuilding materials or even new tents.  Trump claimed in his speech to the nation last evening that he established Peace in the Middle-East.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

MOSCOW, December 18. /TASS/. Russia is getting set to touch base with the US side so that it can be briefed by Washington on its talks with Kiev and Brussels on a Ukraine deal, Kremlin Spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters.  (Pekov is strongly confirming that this is a briefing and not a negotiation.)

Earlier, the American news outlet Axios reported that representatives from the US, Ukraine and Russia will travel to Miami, Florida this week for separate meetings.

According to media reports, US President Donald Trump’s representatives Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner are set to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Special Envoy Kirill Dmitriev.

So, it was not Venezuela but Taiwan. Regarding Venezuela, we will remain in a state of stress with a moment’s respite, but nothing has changed. Another little boat was shot to pieces yesterday. Since early September, the Pentagon has sunk more than 26 alleged drug vessels in the Caribbean and eastern Pacific Ocean, killing at least 99 people aboard.

US Congressman Thomas Massie warned against pursuing regime change in Venezuela, arguing that drug-related accusations echo the discredited WMD pretexts used to justify past wars driven by oil interests. “Venezuela is about oil and regime change.”

(Comments: Well, that was the most pointless presidential “announcement” I’ve listened to in a very long time.

“I’m awesome, Biden sucks, prices are down, the border is closed. There has never been anything like it.”

I feel dumber having listened to it.)

🔹🔹🔹🔹

US approves $11.1 billion arms package for Taiwan. This is not out of the blue, but we have to see it in relation to China’s oil imports from Venezuela. China is the largest buyer of Venezuelan oil, accounting for about 4% of its imports, and shipments in December, analysts estimate, will average more than 600,000 barrels per day. So we have to see what China actually does in terms of the blockade on Venezuela which, according to the small print only applies to vessels that were sanctioned. This plot is only thickening.

The United States on Wednesday approved $11.1 billion in arms sales to Taiwan, the largest ever US weapons package for the island which is under increasing military pressure from China.

China immediately condemned: The “Taiwan independence” separatist forces on the island seek independence by force and resist reunification by force, squandering the hard-earned money of ordinary people to buy weapons and recklessly turning Taiwan into a powder keg. This will not save the doomed fate of “Taiwan independence”; it will only accelerate pushing Taiwan Straits toward heightened military danger and the risk of war. The US attempt to aid “Taiwan independence” through arms will burn itself, and using Taiwan to contain China will never succeed, said Guo Jiakun.

Taipai, as usual, plays the victim and makes statements about “Russian support for China”. First comments: The US views the conflict as global, multi-theater, and is preparing in advance for a simultaneous confrontation with several centers of power. In fact, it is a roadmap for war, where China is declared the main target, Russia – a strategic accomplice, and Taiwan – an outpost that Washington is ready to use for escalation. The US is not reducing tensions – it is systematically and methodically increasing them, preparing the region for a clash, the consequences of which will affect them themselves last of all.

Hopefully this finally puts to rest theories the US is “backing away” from the containment of China and toward any sort of “accommodation” of it. They are creting multiple simultaneous dilemmas.

I’ve seen the Chinese government repeating the line that they want peaceful reunification of Taiwan.
But I’m quite confident that China won’t have any other option but to go to war to suppress the Taiwan rebels, just like the ancient emperors did.

Agreed. As Russia long delayed the SMO and tried to avoid the current war..

China’s coming to the same decision. They’re in near constant exercises around Taiwan, practicing..

When the Anglo-Zionists say “jump”, Taiwan will declare independence, triggering the inevitable.

Hegseth is spiraling deeper into psychosis. He speaks like a mass murderer and almost makes Bibi Netanyahu seem likeable in comparison. But then again, being a murderous psychopath is an essential requirement for an American war criminal like Hegseth. The language this gang uses is syntactically quite similar to that which we hear in the nazi newsreels from the second world war. Shrub 41 riled up the generation before the Loud Generation with the phrase “New World Order” (more like New Whirl Odor) and Clinton won with 43% of the vote. If Perot was a populist, he must have been the last one, at least of those that matter. Someone like Matthew… Read more »

Are you serious?! These bloodthirsty savages spat on “international law” since the USSR bit the dust.

Precisely: their only hang-up’s “commitment of size and scope”, in the face of certain humiliation.

The only sane “action” is addressing root causes of despair and wrecked futures inside CONUS driving the drugs demand.

Since the drug use by the ruling “elite” distorts their mind, perhaps the dope train serves to undermine any rational or effective action. It’s brutal, and the helpless suffer and die, but so does the greedy dope addicted empire itself. A double edged “sword”.

Like believing their own propaganda, the dope dealers started partaking of the product.. tsk-tsk

Part of the stacked function of this “Caribbean drugs” aggression is to deceive those being suicided inside CONUS that meaningful redress is coming.
