Daily Chronicles – Sticky

We are in One War, only the proxies and strategies are different. The objective is the same for every war today.

We’ve got a genocidal empire to bring down and a multipolar world to build in an atmosphere of schizophrenia, ignorance, unawareness, confusion, greed, anger, jealousy, arrogance, NATO and war.” Currently we stare into an abyss.

Daily Chronicles features those issues small or large, that have the potential to change our world.

Our work is focused on the anti-human systems that have to go, to be replaced by more straightforward and honest endeavors aimed at growing food worth eating, doing honest trade, healing people, traveling, building places worth living in, creating cool technology, going to space and learning useful things – right across the world.

I appreciate from the bottom of my heart the donations that keep flowing in! Blessings to all! Kindly keep donating to keep us up and running. We don’t have sponsors at all but depend on our readers for support. There are only a handful of sites of this nature, completely independent, left. We are BRICSies, we are NOT warmongers, and are committed to a path of zero imperialism and maximum multipolarity, both privately and in terms of our groups and countries.

The last step?

The White House announced its decision to provide Ukraine with the Joint Standoff Weapon (JSOW) long-range munition to “enhance the country’s long-range strike capabilities.”  (Calling Smoothie!  I trust Smoothie will tell us what exactly a Joint Standoff Weapon is).

Biden also announced that the Department of Defense will allocate all remaining security assistance funds for Ukraine by the end of his term, including $5.5 billion in Presidential Drawdown Authority, to fully utilize available resources and replenish US stockpiles.

Ukraine’s Zelensky has been asking his Western patrons for more long-range weapons and permission to use them to strike deep into Russia.

President Vladimir Putin earlier warned that NATO countries granting permission to the Kiev regime to use Western long-range weapons against Russia would mean direct involvement in the Ukraine conflict. This involvement would change the nature of the conflict, and Russia would be forced to make decisions based on the threats created, he added.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

I wonder if this is the one that has been rejected already?  I think so, as Hezbollah and the Resistance Faction made it clear that Gaza must be included in any peace agreement.

Here is a quote from Mr Lavrov at yesterday’s G20 foreign minister’s meeting at the UN:

I would like to touch upon a section on invigorating the General Assembly. The section states expressly that it is necessary to strengthen the role of the UN General Assembly as the chief deliberative, policymaking and representative organ of the United Nations Organisation. Those who wrote this improvised Pact for the Future somewhere on the sidelines do not want the UN General Assembly to be a deliberative body.

Sadly, the Pact for the Future has simply ignored the esteemed G20 and its position on the need to make the UN General Assembly a truly popular forum stipulating a discussion with the approval of decisions on a universal basis.

There is nothing new here.  The US is following the same sham peace plan as for the Ukraine and they are following the same sham trajectory for the Middle East/West Asia.  All we can do is to shun them.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

We’ve neglected Russia in the past few days. Here are a few snippets:

President Putin:

The modern world has entered an era of fundamental and irreversible change. A multipolar development model is emerging, starting a new wave of global growth for the rest of the 21st century. And this growth will be concentrated not in Europe or North America <…> that are gradually losing their weight in the global economy, but rather in the BRICS countries and the states that are willing to join our association and consider equal cooperation with due respect for national interests the promising way to proceed.

Major General Apty Alaudinov, commander of the Akhmat special forces, on Zelensky’s surrender:

The enemy is in a very difficult condition in several areas. And we see that he is slowly beginning to abandon positions, to withdraw where he can. I think that if things continue in the same way, the overdue one, who went to America in order to crawl on his knees before his masters again, no matter how much good they gave him, will eventually find himself faced with the choice that he has to sign an unconditional surrender.

Ukraine’s Western allies have nearly exhausted their weapons stockpiles due to long-term deliveries to the Ukrainian Armed Forces , – The Times.

“I think most Western countries have donated most of the resources they have”
– British Under-Secretary of State for Defence Luke Pollard.

▪️The West has exhausted its reserves during the war effort and must develop a new strategy to maintain the flow of equipment.

▪️Sources in the Ukrainian Defense Ministry previously stated that they fear that Britain has nothing more to give.

▪️ These statements may be greatly exaggerated, for example, today Biden announced a new military aid package for Ukraine worth $375 million. It included cluster bombs, ammunition for HIMARS and artillery, Javelin missiles .

Washington’s plan to sideline Russia not going well

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov kept himself busy with a dozen bilateral meetings at the UN General Assembly – from India to Venezuela, the Vatican to the Arab League.

Lavrov might need to rest his arm from all the handshakes.

Please watch this quote from Putin. It is too large to embed. The Vampire Ball is coming to an end!

Listening to some speeches at the UN general assembly it seems that there isn’t one country that is willing, or wanting, to defend Israel and its motherfucking barbaric, monstrous, genocidal insanity. Language is being used that we’ve never heard before. I think that things are happening where we can’t see them.

The US and Israel are indeed getting isolated and hated for the biggest and most disgusting crime humanity has seen in many, many decades. People are feeling responsible, complicit, and humiliated by this brazen, defiant, open mass murder, this bloodlust that seems to know no bounds, and recognizes no rules.

This genocide has finished Israel’s reputation. It is finished, and not coming back ever. There is no ‘after the genocide’ for Israel. This is part of the reason its government of sociopaths and lunatics embarked on a path of forever (and forever escalating) war. They know that it is over, and there is no ‘after’ this. This is the end of Zionism. It will bite and scream and shed blood, but it’s over. No amount of media manipulation and international coercion can counter the effects of such widely sensed, deeply felt, hate and disgust. There is no ‘after this’ for Israel. Only disintegration, fast or slow, violent or just slower and sad. But no future

Same Old .. we wanna eat you because we cannot compete fairly:

Trump calls for 100% tariffs on cars made in Mexico as part of US manufacturing plan

Donald Trump on Tuesday pledged to stop U.S. businesses from shipping jobs overseas and to take other countries’ jobs and factories by relying heavily on sweeping tariffs to boost auto manufacturing.

🗣“I want German car companies to become American car companies. I want them to build their plants here,” Trump declared during a speech in Savannah, Georgia.

Trump added that, if elected, he’d put a 100% tariff on every car imported from Mexico and that the only way to avoid those charges would be for an automaker to build the cars in the U.S.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The undisputed start of Diplomacy.  Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has a “very busy schedule” during the high-level week at the UN General Assembly, with many officials seeking a meeting with him, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Vershinin told Sputnik.  He has many multilateral events and bilateral meetings on the schedule,” Vershinin said.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Trump is whining in every second tweet that Iran wants to assassinate him.  It is as if his memory is totally failing.  There is a killing in his history, that of Gen. Suleimani.  There are others as well.  But, I think it is a made-up story, the continuation of a war against Iran, and in reality he has to be more scared of his own countrymen.

Assassinations seem to be the order of the day, the latest fashion on the boardwalks.  Slovakian PM Robert Fico received an envelope containing a bullet.  The Slovak Government Office confirmed.

China launches first ICBM into international waters in 44 years

Beijing confirmed the test launch with a dummy warhead into the Pacific Ocean on Wednesday as part of “routine training” after warning “the countries concerned” in advance.

Singapore-based research fellow Drew Thompson tried to ratchet up the tension by claiming the test launch was “a powerful signal intended to intimidate everyone,” while US-based defense analyst John Ridge speculated that China could have conducted the test as a form of “posturing or signaling to the US.”

Julian Assange to Address Council of Europe Following Confirmation of his Status as a Political Prisoner

On October 1, Julian Assange will arrive in Strasbourg to give evidence before the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) which is scheduled to meet from 8.30am to 10am at the Palace of Europe.

This comes following the release of the PACE inquiry report into the Assange case, authored by Rapporteur Thórhildur Sunna Ævarsdóttir. The report focuses on the implications of his detention and its broader effects on human rights, in particular freedom of journalism. The report confirms that Assange qualifies as a political prisoner and calls on the UK conduct an independent review into whether he was exposed to inhuman or degrading treatment.

Sunna Ævarsdóttir serves as the General Rapporteur for Political Prisoners and is the Chair of the Sub-Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Human Rights within PACE’s Legal Affairs Committee. She emphasises how Assange’s case is a high profile example of transnational repression. The report discusses how governments employ both legal and extralegal measures to suppress dissent across borders, which poses significant threats to press freedom and human rights.

Julian Assange is still in recovery following his release from prison in June 2024. He is attending this session in person due to the exceptional nature of the invitation and to embrace the support received from PACE and its delegates over the past years. PACE has a mandate to safeguard human rights and has repeatedly called for Julian Assange’s release when he was in prison.

He will give testimony before the committee, which will also hear the findings that his imprisonment was politically motivated.

The hearing marks Assange’s first official testimony on his case since before his imprisonment in 2019. His appearance before Europe’s foremost human rights and treaty-setting body emphasises the broader implications of his case.

Turkey May Quit NATO If It Joins BRICS, as stated by the deputy chairman of the Turkish party “Motherland” Hakan Topkurulu.

He believes that Turkey’s possible entry into BRICS will open up new prospects for the country and change its foreign policy course.

“Thirty-four countries, including Turkey, have applied for membership, which is amazing. Especially Turkey’s application for membership and its acceptance is a revolutionary event in terms of a NATO member country breaking the NATO chain and becoming a member of BRICS,”
– the politician said.

BRICS, he added, “had become a new pole, which at first increased its force of attraction slowly, and since last year rapidly.”

GlobalSouth will for the foreseeable future have two ‘stickies’. The Daily Chronicles will follow the major issues in the world, and the other sticky will follow the part of the world war in the Middle East. https://sovereignista.com/2024/09/24/genocidals-attempt-to-cancel-civilized-humanity-gaza-west-bank-lebanon/

🔹🔹🔹🔹

I am listening to the speeches at the UN High Level week. Qatar was on and it was a condemnation of Israel. “Qatar’s emir calls Israel’s war on Gaza ‘genocide.'”   South African president calls for prevention of genocidal crimes, establishing immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

Currently it is Ramaphosa of South Africa who has called for reforming the UN Security Council and said it has failed in Gaza.  South African president calls for prevention of genocidal crimes, establishing immediate ceasefire in Gaza.

The Maldives:  Condemn Israel.  What a beautiful speech with no fancy footworks.   Only a description of the country, what they can do, and where they need help.

Tajikistan:  Starts with Israel and condemns.

Lithuania:  Rules based international order and a complete rant against Russia.  This man is nuts!  I mean nuts .. he has a virus.  Can see nothing but his own shoes and his inability to see any of the world beyond his own shoes.

The library of speeches is here.  (Sroll past the dancing girls!)

https://media.un.org/avlibrary/en?_gl=1*1hp9vyr*_ga*MjA3MTEyMjY2LjE2OTIzMTcwMTk.*_ga_TK9BQL5X7Z*MTcyNzE5NDM3Ni44OS4xLjE3MjcxOTc4ODUuMC4wLjA.

Try and find Serbia.  Vucic told the unadorned truth.

This is still continuing and I’ve listened mainly to everything today. The General Assembly will continue tomorrow. There are some sparkling speakers. It is very easy to recognize those that ‘got the memo’, as too many speeches even had the same wording. The memo said: Russia bad and brutal and the agressor – Ukraine good. And then it had a few talking points that these countries could choose. These were: Global climate emergency, The compact on the High Sea, Russia stole children from Ukraine, Russia attacks civilians, Russia attacked Ukraine, Ukraine’s suffering must stop.

The positive of this day (that I call my annual day of suffering), is that the condemnation for Israel is global and almost 100% are calling for a cease-fire in the Middle East and some add the word immediate. Those that speak for Israel, speak on the right of Israel to exist that cannot be questioned. Then they talk about peace and social cohesion in the future, but there is nobody that can justify a support of Israel today. Africa is being romanced and everyone is in love with Africa. Nothing has changed since last year, and we are looking forward to BRICS.

Iran’s Foreign Minister is on his feet!

Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi rejects remarks attributed to President Pezeshkian by some media outlets, which claimed ‘he is prepared to ease tensions with Israel,’ saying the president has never made such remarks.

Iraq is not quiet:

Iraqi PM Sudani calls for an urgent meeting of Arab states to discuss the Zionist entity’s aggression on Lebanon.  Just like Gaza, Israel is targeting the vicinity of hospitals and schools in southern Lebanon

The Public Health Emergency Operations Center, affiliated with the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health, has issued an update on the ongoing Israeli enemy airstrikes on southern Lebanese towns and villages since this morning. According to the latest figures, these airstrikes have resulted in 100 martyrs and over 450 injured, including children, women, and paramedics.

And just after I posted this, there was an update: Death toll from Zionist entity’s massive aggression on Lebanon rises to 182 people, at least 700 injured

What kind of humans take boat trips into the sea in order to see the slaughter in Gaza, and stand ready to storm the area in order to claim their piece of real estate?

Israeli religious Zionists already eyeing up Gaza’s land

Religious zealots of the Israeli settlement movement are contemplating land grabs in the Gaza Strip and waiting for the moment when they can “go there on the first boat with their families,” Turkish broadcaster TRT has shown in its latest documentary.

“The purpose of the settlement movement is to get as close as possible to Gaza to fully observe Gaza, and to understand that from now in, Gaza will be completely Jewish!” said Daniella Weiss, a settler movement leader.

TRT’s documentary states that some settlers take a boat to see the Israeli air raids on the Gaza Strip from the sea, but they currently cannot reach Palestinian shore.

The Israeli settler movement is a right-wing organization whose members believe that the West Bank and Gaza Strip should belong to Israel, with ultra-religious Israeli ministers Itamar Ben-Gvir and Bezalel Smotrich some of its most notable members.

Prime Minister of Lebanon: ‘We are now in an open war with Israel, and I hope things do not escalate’

🔹🔹🔹🔹

From yesterday, when the attacks started between occupier Israel and Hezbollah, the news sources flipped toward reporting on these.  Yet, Gaza is still under attack.  As Electronic Intifada states:  Don’t stop talking about Gaza.

The reason for the attacks on Hezbollah has very little to do with the war on Gaza.  They are:

  • The occupier had to take the focus off Gaza because the whole world is still out in the streets protesting,
  • the UN General Assembly and the Security Council are speaking the truth for once, delegate by delegate (only about seven westoids still repeat like parrots – there is still time for a diplomatic solution),
  • the Palestinians are on their way to properly instituted statehood,
  • occupier Israel has been called out by every human rights organization in existence even those paid by the westoids
  • People like Francesca Albanese, UN Special Rapporteur oPt and other special rapporteurs are very public with their statements
  • Occupier Israel reads the writing on the wall and they fear a UNSC-instituted mandate for a forced ceasefire in Gaza and the West Bank
  • the list of war crimes and crimes against humanity is reaching fearful proportions and Netanyahu and his coterie will not escape justice
  • Netanyahu is still under legal threat in his own occupying country, and the moment he loses his premiership, he is going back to Israeli court (bear in mind that he and his war cabinet tried a trick on the ICC, attempting to use an arcane law that if Israel itself prosecutes them, the ICC will not prosecute and withdraw their threatened arrest warrants)
  • Netanyahu canceled his trip to the UN (it was on again and off again) as the word is out that if he should dare to speak, more than half of the General Assembly would walk out
  • The occupier israel envoy to the UN is now treated with utter contempt and open mocking
  • It has become an issue of honor.  Even the westoids want to be able to say that they were on the right side of history (even while conniving in the dark backrooms – Did you know that Germany supplies 30% of Israeli weapons?)
  • The word Gaza has reached such a level of hysterical reaction in the whole world, that Netanyahu and his dark cabal want it to disappear into the mists of history
  • In general, their time of riding the ‘Gaza horse’ has run out

There are more.

What this means for the region and the free world:

The world, even tottering on its foundations, has turned against the occupier.  Many have learned that nazism is equal to zionism and is equal to fascism.  But these zionist occupiers are betting on a new horse and this horse carries the US administration’s (the current and the possible new) support.  That is an eventual war with Iran.  Should that materialize, Israel will be wiped off the map as a small conquered minority in the region, similar to what we expect in Ukraine.  The current tests of war with Hezbollah (actually the beginning of a new war) will have the same effect, except, that some of us, Hezbollah included, do not fight children and non-combatants.  This ties the hands of everyone and Russia has to fight against the westoids in Ukraine without war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Despite the horror of the war on Gaza this past almost a full year, I believe the world has changed.  We have China speaking out in a new way, the general assembly of the UN voted for occupier Israel to release the areas that they simply stole (occupied portions of the Golan and the settlements), and they are cocking a snoot against the resolutions of both the General Assembly as well as the Security Council.  Countries feel that deeply, because their own constituents tell them so.  There are only two countries (permanent members) of the UNSC that consistently call on their veto to stop a forced cease fire on Gaza and the West Bank.  Those are the US and the UK, and everybody knows this.  Lavrov at the last Security Council meeting told them that their negotiations to find a diplomatic solution are sham negotiations.  The westoids are losing their power in the corridors of the UN.

This is what the world has learned.

  • Occupier Israel is not the most honorable military in the world
  • Occupier Israel is not defended with their Iron Dome and other defense systems as everyone believed
  • Occupier Israel kills children, stops food from flowing, and uses the most heinous methods to hide their own theft of Palestinian Statehood, Palestinian Lands, and Palestinian people
  • Even today, in a so-called enlightened world, genocide happens if the world or a large part of it does not stand together
  • The westoids are a spent force, militarily and economically
  • China is calling for NATO to resign, fuera!
  • The resistance has been molded into a cohesive force, mainly through China’s intervention.  We may see a strong node develop in the multipolar world
  • The resistance has stopped counting.  Instead of tit for tat, they have declared an open account battle.

Gladdening our hearts!  This has been accomplished through ordinary people on the streets and independent journalists, who did not stop speaking about Gaza.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Sure!  We believe you!

Is ‘Israel’ using small nuclear weapons in Gaza and South Lebanon?

This Al Mayadeen article plus the X platform storm on possible/reported use of ‘nuclear weapons’ by occupier Israel must be read.    https://english.almayadeen.net/articles/analysis/is–israel–using-small-nuclear-weapons-in-gaza-and-south-le

We’ve spoken many times on GlobalSouth.co that the empire will resort to nukes if it really starts losing.  I agree with that perspective.  Perhaps they have made a start.  I cannot comment, it is not my field.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

🔹🔹🔹🔹

Hezbollah: One of the aspects of today’s strikes is that they dismantled the narrative pushed by Netanyahu last night, in which he claimed to have destroyed 400 rocket launchers and saved Israel from an imminent attack. Just hours later, Hezbollah executed a large and precise attack.

🔴This is just a glimpse of our might.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

September 21

🔹🔹🔹🔹

This is going viral from all corners of the world.

🔹🔹🔹🔹

The past night was an unmitigated, brutal, savage, and barbarous Israeli killing spree.  Are they human?  We are in One War, a serial war; only the proxies and methods are different.

This is only #Lebanon.   Since this morning, Saturday September 21, Zionist Israel has conducted more than 50 airstrikes so far all across south Lebanon.  And then they whimper like puppies in the UNSC because Hezbollah strikes back.  Israeli enemy airstrikes targeted the valleys between Zawtar, Deir Siryan, Al-Qutraini, the heights of Mount Rihan, Al-Khardali Valley, Al-Mahmoudiya, the outskirts of Baysarieh, as well as the valleys of Deir Al-Zahrani, Tair Harfa, Sohmor, Labaya in Western Bekaa, and the valleys between Al-Zrariyeh, Ansar, Kawnin, Ainata, Meiss Al-Jabal, and Al-Nmayriyeh Valley.

Gaza did not escape.  I very rarely post war pics, as some of us will ‘nightmare’ forever.   This Telegram clip is of a fetus that was found outside the mother’s body after an Israeli bombardment of displaced families sheltering in a school in Al-Zeitoun neighborhood of Gaza.  Watch at your own discretion.   https://t.me/Eyeonpalestine2/1341

I noted yesterday that one of the UN delegates really got into the Israeli envoy (the rare obnoxious sort) at the UN – Do yourselves favor and check it out – the world of double standards. High Level Week at the UN is upon us and leaders are arriving in New York.  We’re going to be entertained by a Summit of the Future.  I expect that once again we will be able to discern and even see a further split between the Global Majority and the G7 and NATO countries.  An important issue, how will the G20 present itself?  Where exactly do they stand as a grouping?  Whereas the G7 and NATO countries are declining, the G20 is massively relevant.    The G20 accounts for around 80% of gross world product (GWP), 75% of international trade, two-thirds of the global population, and 60% of the world’s land area.   Besides Russia and China, perhaps India, my focus will be on selected G20 countries.  I expect that with careful analysis we will be able to see the multipolar nodes forming up.

The 79th session of the United Nations General Assembly marks a crucial milestone in the global effort to accelerate progress towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The highly anticipated Summit of the Future, held during UNGA, underscores the urgent need for enhanced international cooperation to address pressing challenges such as climate change, poverty and inequality, while also tackling the impacts of ongoing conflicts and global health crises. The UN Department of Global Communications will hold its flagship SDG Media Zone during the high-level week 23-27 September, with impactful in-depth interviews and dialogues on global issues that matter to people everywhere.

Heads of State and Government will gather at UN Headquarters in New York on 22-23 September 2024 to address the critical challenges and gaps in global governance exposed by recent global shocks. This Summit aims to reaffirm commitments to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the United Nations Charter while enhancing cooperation and laying the foundations for a reinvigorated multilateral system. The Summit will result in a negotiated Pact for the Future, an action-oriented document aimed to bolster global cooperation and adapt to current challenges effectively for the benefit of all and for future generations. In addition, the Secretary-General of the United Nations is convening the Summit of the Future Action Days on 20 and 21 September 2024 to generate additional opportunities for the engagement of all actors.

The headline of this article from Larry Johnson caught my eye.  He says;  “Ukraine and Israel Following the Same Playbook, But Uncle Sam Doesn’t Want to Play“.

This is a common understanding among the US pundits, Uncle Sam does not want to play.  Although they may know their country better than I do, my stance is that Uncle Sam deeply and passionately wants to play, and they are in play on various fronts.  We are experiencing only a moment.  They are only figuring out their next steps.  It is impossible to look at West Asia and say Uncle Sam does not want to play.  They’ve just played for a year at a scam ceasefire agreement.  Nebenzia at the UNSC only yesterday said this in so many words.  It is impossible to look at the Latin Americas and say Uncle Sam does not want to play.  Some countries have to assess, fight, and strategize the play every day!  They just convinced the EU to do their bidding on long-range weapons aimed at Russia.  They get outplayed here and there, and then they bounce up in another space, playing hard.  What can I say, this is how an amoeba recreates.  These people do not have industry.  They do not work in a productive field.  Their only reason for existence is to play for the objective of making the world pay for their meal ticket.  Uncle Sam will go down playing.

We are in One War, only the proxies and strategies are different.

They want to bring down anyone and everyone… The Durov case follows Assange methodology – killing the messenger.
