Visuals on Russia’s Destiny
I removed the images from the important interview of our authors Tariq Marzbaan and Nora Hoppe with Professor Sergey Karaganov. I frequently insert orthodox paintings and imagery which I feel best encapsulates the Russian soul, longing and gestalt, not so much for religiosity, but to emphasize both Russian history, deeply spiritual and motivated by wars for justice and defense of humanity against hegemony, and the geopolitical strands woven over their last millennia of constant strife with the combined West.
Nevertheless, Prof. Karaganov’s point of view should be heard without any interpretation, given our fateful days and Russia’s current role in the world. We may be honored to have him visit this website; the words are striking enough, a warning which we hope the West will finally heed.
Please find below the paintings that used to accompany the interview.
