In a leap year day (how I dislike tampering with time!) both sides’ forces gather to take the leap..

🔹@geopolitics_live:
Putin’s Federal Assembly address: What we can expect

On February 29, Russian President Vladimir Putin is due to deliver his address to the lower and upper chamber of the country’s parliament, a speech that is expected to focus on Russia’s state of affairs and the main directions of its domestic and foreign policy.

The Russian head of state recently made it clear that during the Federal Assembly address which is scheduled to start at 9:00 GMT, he will touch upon “setting goals for the next six years”. Additionally, issues related to the ongoing Russian special military operation are expected to be discussed in the course of the upcoming address.

Previous such speeches saw Putin make an array of important statements:
🔻In the 2020 remarks, the Russian president praise his country’s steps to “strengthen national security in a timely manner,” stressing that “for the first time in the history of nuclear weapons, we are not chasing anyone; on the contrary, other countries have yet to create weapons that Russia possesses.”
🔻In the 2021 speech, Putin revealed that the first full regiment of Russia’s new Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missile would come online by 2022, while the Zircon hypersonic missiles would be put on alert in the near future.
🔻In the 2023 address, he, in particular, announced that Russia is suspending its participation in the Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (New START).
“The state’s true purpose is to help people”, Vladimir Putin said.
[Welcome to real socialism with Russian characteristics.]

🔹@Slavyangrad | Inna: During his address, Putin touched upon the SMO, highlighting:

🔻The vast experience gained by the Russian Armed Forces.
🔻Acknowledgment of existing problems within the army, coupled with a determination to address them through continuous efforts both at the frontlines and in the rear.
🔻Russia’s unwavering commitment to ending the war, eradicating Nazism, and resolving all issues related to the special operation.
🔻The proactive stance of the Russian military, making confident advancements in various directions and reclaiming new territories.
🔻The readiness of the strategic nuclear forces of the Russian Federation.
🔻The utilization of the Zircon sea-based hypersonic strike complex and the Kinzhal hypersonic complex in combat operations.
🔻Ongoing completion of tests for the Burevestnik cruise missile, along with the delivery of the Sarmat complex to the troops, with a forthcoming demonstration by the Russian Federation.

🔹Vladimir Putin: We invite foreign logistics companies and states to use the opportunities of the Northern Sea Route – a global transport corridor. Last year, 36 million tons of cargo passed along the Northern Sea Route – this is already five times more than the record figure from the times of the Soviet Union.

🔹@RT News:
⭕ President Putin is confident that Russia will soon become one of the four largest economies worldwide. The president noted that Russia led all G7 nations in economic growth last year, marking a shift towards a more diverse, technologically advanced, and less resource-dependent economy. Over the next six years, there are plans to raise the portion of wages in the GDP, aiming to translate economic growth into higher standards of living for the Russian population.
⭕ Russia together with its friendly states will continue to create an efficient and safe transport corridor infrastructure and build new global financial architecture, free of political agenda
[Hitting the bull’s eye: connectivity and de-dollarization. With Russia-China in the lead.]

🔹@DD Geopolitics: German Chancellor Olaf Scholz has revealed that British military personnel have been sent to Ukraine as part of highly classified missions to aid Ukrainian forces in operating British Storm Shadow missiles against Russian targets. Scholz has since been strongly criticised by the UK and German opposition MPs for “abuse of intelligence”, following the Chancellor’s statements.

🔹@Two Majors – English Channel:
Photos of the mass extermination of Jews by Ukrainian nationalists Bandera disappeared from the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial

Israeli blogger Margarita Levin found out that over the past two years, photographs showing how Ukrainian nationalists, together with the Nazis, exterminated Jews in Ukraine, have mysteriously disappeared from the Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial Complex in Jerusalem. Including Babi Yar.

Also quietly disappeared from the exhibition of the Holocaust Museum and most of the references and documents that the Ukrainian nationalists-Bandera took a direct part in the mass murder of almost one and a half million Jews living on the territory of Ukraine. And this is one in four of the six million Jews killed by the Nazis during the Holocaust.

Just think about it: Israel, Jerusalem, Yad Vashem, six million dead. And now the Holocaust Memorial suddenly “forgets” about Bandera’s followers, on whose hands the blood of millions of Ukrainian Jews. No words…

🔹@TheDissidentNews:
Things are bad, you can try to hide behind your sensation of safety, your comfortable home full of the latest gadgets, consume some low IQ TV show to evade you from reality, one day and another day, but before you realise you will open your eyes to see an unrecognisable world, where you are a stranger in your own neighborhood, where you are powerless before your oppressors, because you gave up your freedom for a short lived reward, you complied so you didn’t have to be outside your comfort zone.
We are the last generation born free.  |video|

🔹@ Medvedev:

“Here’s a look at what the Western political panopticon has become. A sad, sometimes funny, but ominous sight.

Serial clowns, who have never worked a day in the civil service, control the actions of the troops and control the lives of millions of unfortunate people, sending them to certain death.

The parliamentary circus of freaks from the country of defeated fascism, again sitting in the Reichstag, demands that long-range missiles be sent to its neo-Nazi descendants, at the risk of getting even more long-range missiles on their heads.

The grandfathers, weakening every day, with an uncertain gait in a state of persistent dementia, with difficulty understanding who and what they are talking about, hug with cheerful whores who are in the guise of widows of deceased Russian extremists.

Western leaders make theatrical visits to Kyiv on the start date of the Northern Military District in order to distract their own electorate from the accumulated problems and once again lick the dirty boot of the American owner in a state of acute servile exaltation.

The petty heirs of Bonaparte, trying on the golden epaulettes torn off two hundred years ago, thirst for revenge on a Napoleonic scale and carry a fierce and extremely dangerous blizzard about the landing of troops of individual NATO countries in Kiev, as well as about new weapons for striking Russia.

Examples of the cadaverous decomposition of the brains of Western politicians appear every day. And therefore, the horse is pale and the rider on it is getting closer…

Dixi et animam levavi”

🔹Transnistria, an unrecognized pro-Russian breakaway state of Moldova, asks Russia for official protection amid ongoing blockade by Moldova — AFP

🔹@Intel Slava Z: 😄 Instagram began to block videos of a destroyed Abrams in Ukraine
Reason: Protection of the company’s image and business reputation

🔹@ Pepe: During my address yesterday. I had the honor to share the stage with Maria Zakharova – and we carried an essential dialogue on media and soft power. Excellent reactions.

Pepe may not be productive AT ALL for a few days, hearts all aflutter! Oh, I hope you have access to βeta βlockers and calmatives; you are not the only one all agaga. We are most understanding and shall remain patient..

Feb 27

Oh! We are gonna have alotta fun with Medvedev going forward…..

🔹@ Dmitry Medvedev:

People have different illnesses.
Some people have urinary incontinence. About others who are prone to rash reactions, they say “the urine went to the head.”
But the current President of France, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the French Armed Forces and Prince of Andorra, Emmanuel Jean-Michel Frederic Macron, had two problems at once: first, urine probably hit him in the head, and then speech incontinence occurred.

He stated that Europe needs the defeat of Russia for security, and therefore it should send extended-range missiles to the Nazis in Kyiv and consider the issue of sending troops of individual NATO states into the Northern Military District zone. Coupled with his recent desire to share France’s nuclear arsenal with all willing Europeans, it appears that Macron’s speech incontinence has become a lingering and painful problem. The owner of the Order of the Legion of Honor does not take care of himself. Or it’s time to change your diet: oysters and champagne are a good thing, but you’re not a boy anymore. Verbal enuresis at his age is dangerous.

And people around me don’t like it either. The smell, you know…”

@geopolitics_live:
🔹Latest statements by Chinese professor of international relations and the director of its China Institute Zhang Weiwei at the Multipolarity Forum in Moscow [yesterday]:
🔻Under unipolarity, everything from dollars to computer chips can be weaponized, wars and color revolutions are the norms;
🔻China has become the largest economy by PPP, the largest trade and industrial economy, and it is currently at the forefront of the fourth Industrial Revolution;
🔻China believes in the model of “unite and prosper” instead of Western model of “divide and rule.”;
🔻The West tried to isolate Russia, but the global majority sympathises with Russia. Thus, the Collective West has been isolated by the Global Rest. |video|

@Sputnik Africa:
🔹Main world events by the morning of February 27:
🔻French president Emmanuel Macron announced the creation of a coalition for supplying long-range weapons to Ukraine. Western countries in Paris also discussed the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine but did not reach a consensus.
🔻Ukrainian special services [read:  USUK] intended to carry out a terrorist attack in the Zaporozhye region using an analog of the chemical weapon BZ, as reported by the Russian Federal Security Service. Three Ukrainian citizens have been detained. The seized substances are used for the production of chemical weapons and were developed in the US.
🔻The US Army has prepared a report on the Russian Armed Forces and their presumed tactics in the event of a large-scale conflict. The document consists of 280 pages and is being circulated on social media platforms of the US ground forces with the caption “Do you know your enemy?”
🔻NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg, in light of Kiev’s defeats, called Sweden’s accession to NATO a signal to Putin that the alliance’s doors are open.
🔻US President Biden hopes for a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas by next Monday

@DDGeopolitics:
🔹️🇺🇦🇬🇧 Zelensky’s handler and drug dealer and the butcher of Ukrainians met in Kiev yesterday. [see the header of this Daily Chronicles, of BoJo and Yermak … they are really pulling out the stops to prevent the effluvium from ceasing to circle the drain! Springtime in Berlin Kiev is upon us]

🔹️🇩🇪🇺🇦 Ukrainian all-inclusive: during a visit to Odessa, Annalena Baerbock had to sit in a bomb shelter for almost 20 minutes because of an air raid
🔹️🇺🇦🤣We need to support Ukraine now, and not “until the end”, because the end can come very quickly – Zelensky  [from the mouth of Babes!]

🔹️🇺🇦💬Ukraine lost 31,000 military personnel in two years of military conflict with the Russian Federation, and Russia lost 180,000 military personnel – Zelensky
🐻 What do you need to mobilize 500 thousand for then, you absolute shameless liar?

@geopolitics_live:

🔹️Russia as it currently exists does not suit the United States, US Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs Victoria Nuland declared.
🔻”This is not the Russia that, frankly, we wanted. We wanted [to see] a partner that would be oriented towards the West, [that] would become European,” Nuland complained.
🔻Earlier this month, Russian President Vladimir Putin in an interview with US journalist Tucker Carlson noted that Russia had gone out of its way to improve relations with the West, including by expressing readiness to join NATO as a gesture of openness to cooperation, yet the idea was rejected by US President Bill Clinton.
🔻Pepe commentary: “This thing actually runs the State Department. Not exactly the brightest bulb in the room, any room – and here totally giving away the neocon game. If you’re not a pliable vessel [like Europe], we go after you. Call it “rules-based” geopolitics.

🔹 @sputnik_africa:
🔻🌐 BRICS countries develop a strategy to deal with risks to the global economy.
— These risks have arisen due to the large debts and budget deficits of Western countries, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said.
— After the inclusion of the new members, BRICS consists of 10 countries with a population of 3.6 billion people – almost half of the global total. These countries account for more than 40% of global oil production and about a quarter of global exports of goods.
🔻Avdeyevka has been fully cleared of Ukrainian troops, the head of the Donetsk People’s Republic says

🔻The Danish police have followed their Swedish counterparts in announcing they are halting their investigation into the Nord Stream explosions. The police said the authorities had concluded that there was deliberate sabotage in the pipeline blast case.
🔻🇷🇺 The West is engaging in various actions that are detrimental to global food security, Russia’s FM spokeswoman says. Maria Zakharova cited a few examples of such actions:
— Stock market speculation;
— Contamination of Ukrainian soil by British depleted uranium shells;
— Widespread use of GMOs on Ukrainian soil;
— Destruction of grain shipments.

She pointed to a recent incident where angry farmers in Poland, a NATO member country, reportedly dumped 160 tonnes of Ukrainian cereals on a railway track. In light of these factors, Zakharova suggested that the West is ill-equipped to lecture others on food security.

🔹🌐Russia presents intellectual alternative to Western neocolonialism
🔻The Multipolarity Forum has kicked off in Moscow, featuring delegates from Asia, Africa, Latin America, Europe, and North America.
🔻The forum will seek to provide blueprints for economic, technological, and cultural development in a post-Western hegemony world.
🔻“Even a few years ago, people only spoke about the interests of the G7 or other exclusive groups. Today we’re slowly seeing this start to change.” Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova has said.
🔻”Our formations are open for everybody, and are meant for free and sovereign people” Zakharova added.

🔹🌐”Africa and Latin America are no longer Western colonies, but emerging giants,” Russian philosopher Dugin says

Other statements by Alexander Dugin at the Forum on Multipolarity in Moscow:
— Multipolarity is an alternative philosophy, based on the idea that the West is not the only civilization on this planet, but simply one of many;
— Multipolarity is not against the West, it is against the presumption of universality and exclusivity of the West;
— The Russian military operation in Donbass helped accelerate the end of the unipolar world. We have shown the whole world that we can stand up to the West;
— China is challenging Western hegemony economically, the Islamic world is challenging culturally and ideologically, Africa and Latin America are no longer Western colonies, but developing giants
— There is a battle going on between the globalist West and the traditionalist West. Ordinary Westerners are also victims of the globalist system.
🔹🌐 Western countries are opposed to the establishment of a new multipolar world because it threatens their exclusive benefits, activist says
— “The question is to think carefully about how to create a new world that will not fall into the same flaws as the world that was designed at the end of the Second World War,” pan-African activist and businesswoman Nathalie Yamb told Sputnik Africa on the sidelines of the Multipolarity Forum in Moscow.
— Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has recently stressed that the formation of a new multipolar world is met with resistance from the West. |video|

YET ANOTHER FESTERING HOT SPOT In 2006, a Transnistrian double referendum gauged popular support for the separatist state’s appetite to either renounce its independence and join the Republic Of Moldova, or to maintain it and seek to join the Russian Federation.
