Israel says it has ordered its Mossad negotiating team in Qatar to return, following a deadlock in the talks on extending a truce with the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas.   

“Following the impasse in the negotiations and at the direction of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, David Barnea, head of the Mossad, ordered his team in Doha to return to Israel,” Netanyahu’s office said in a statement on Saturday.

The statement further accused Hamas of failing to fulfill its obligations under the truce agreement.

Qatar is mediating efforts to secure a renewed pause in the ongoing war in the besieged Gaza Strip. The Mossad team spent about a week in Qatar to take part in talks aimed at achieving a temporary pause in the deadly onslaught.

United Nations agencies and other international organizations have condemned the Israeli regime for resuming its intense bombings of Gaza, which have killed nearly 200 Palestinians over the past two days.

The audience gave a standing ovation to the Belarusian leader’s words at COP28: geopolitical and military enmity, escalation of conflicts are “the main source of dirt on our continent”.

Speaking at the COP28 plenary in Dubai, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said that countries that talk about peace, a clean planet and their grandchildren “have started and are waging the most terrible war on the planet”.

“How much will the slaughter in the Middle East cost? What if a war breaks out in the Pacific? It will cost trillions and trillions of US dollars. So let’s spend it on cleaning up the planet. Then we wouldn’t have to raise money for it.

The president also mentioned that Belarus is complying with the mandates of the Paris Agreement, but is receiving new economic sanctions and international trade barriers in response.

Media coverage: Israel’s military said that the truce with Hamas will continue “in light of the mediators’ efforts to continue the process of releasing hostages, and subject to the terms of the agreement”.

Hamas unleashed a terrorist attack because they fear nothing more than Israelis and Palestinians living side by side in peace. To continue down the path of terror, violence, killing, and war is to give Hamas what they seek. We can’t do that.

Israel And Hamas Considering New Phase Of The Truce Deal

So far, only women and children have been freed under the agreement, bar one Russian-Israeli man following a reported intervention from Moscow.

Heads of the CIA and the Israeli intelligence agency Mossad met Qatar’s prime minister in Doha yesterday to discuss what might be needed to reach a ceasefire lasting more than a handful of days, the source said.

Qatari negotiators met Hamas officials before the meeting to gauge their willingness to agree to new parameters, but the outcome needed clarification.

White House Providing Daily Feedback To Israel On Gaza Operations

According to the Biden administration, the US government has been providing daily recommendations to Israel regarding its ongoing military operation in the Gaza Strip.

The White House also said that it would not be supporting IDF activity in Southern parts of the enclave unless Tel Aviv provides information on all Palestinians being moved throughout the area.

The publication went out of its way to compare him to Winston Churchill, Martin Luther King Jr., and even Nelson Mandela. Politico also suggests that Zelensky is “single-handedly changing the course of history, not with the power of his army or the strength of his economy, but with the power of his words.”

But that’s not all; the newspaper named the head of the Central Bank of Russia, Elvira Nabiullina, the “Disrupter of the Year.”

The wording is striking: “She managed to prevent the consequences of unprecedented Western sanctions designed to empty the Kremlin’s coffers.”

Israeli daily Israel Hayom has uncovered an initiative in the US Congress to forcibly displace the population of the #Gaza Strip to 4 countries, and the numbers have been determined.

The initiative calls for making US aid to Arab countries conditional on their willingness to accept refugees from Gaza. The plan was presented to senior members of the House and Senate from both parties and received their blessing.

According to the report, the one who publicly welcomed the proposal and is promoting it is veteran House member Joey Wilson.

Egypt will be forced to open the way for their deportation, says the report, as it is the only passage, and it will take its share (one million). Half a million people are scheduled for forcible transfer to Turkey, a quarter of a million to Yemen, and a quarter of a million to Iraq.

Amarynth’s Comment:  If anyone succeeds in doing this, all are under threat.  This hegemon has tried and succeeded to even appoint presidents for other countries.  If any specific country should not obey their rules, they may as well forcibly displace other communities as well, just whoever they may want.   This cannot happen!

Yemen may be one of the most potent threats on Israel. Things is Israel knows that it cannot return to its war – too many has told it that they will enter the war .. Hezbollah, who is already in, Iran, who has just received Russian jets, Iraq (not too sure what they can do) and there will be surprises here.  Jordan?  So, perhaps we will see some kind of cease-fire, but the West Bank problem needs to be sorted out.  So now, Israel cannot missile into Gaza and they turn around like crazies and attack the West Bank.
