PMC Wagner’s Armed Mutiny – President Putin’s speech and transcript

Update here:  https://sovereignista.com/2023/06/24/pmc-wagners-armed-mutiny-president-putins-speech-and-transcript/

Jun 24

Prigozhin claimed to have ordered troops loyal to him to move towards Rostov-on-Don, a major city in southern Russia.  The situation in Rostov-on-Don is tense, but generally calm, a Sputnik correspondent reports.  Forces of Wagner group are seen on the streets, including some military equipment, tanks and military police vehicles.

Mr Putin’s speech.

Jun 23

⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️ Here is the ‘false flag’ that many expected. ⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️ ⚡️

Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) and Prosecutor General’s Office have launched a criminal case against Wagner Group head Yevgeny Prigozhin for attempting to incite an armed uprising.

Russia’s National Anti-Terrorism Committee said the FSB had opened a criminal case over “calling for an armed rebellion,” and that allegations spread on behalf of Wagner chief Prigozhin were “unfounded.”

https://sputnikglobe.com/20230623/russian-ministry-of-defense-denies-media-reports-of-strikes-on-wagner-positions-1111429344.html

An alleged (I stress!) mutiny or armed rebellion or armed civil conflict or military coup or attempt at internal destabilization is said to be going on but that is by no means confirmed.  But if the MoD speaks publically, I get really worried.  Andrei Martyanov states that highly likely, Prigozhin is the asset of Ukie-NATO axis

https://t.me/mod_russia_en/8047 RuMod:

All the messages and videos spread in social networks on behalf of E. Prigozhin about the alleged ‘strike’ of the Russian Ministry of Defence against the ‘rear camps of the Wagner PMC’ are untrue and are an informational provocation.   The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to carry out combat tasks on the line of contact with the AFU in the area of the special military operation.

https://t.me/mod_russia_en/8047 RuMod:

The Deputy Commander of the Joint Group of Forces General of the Army Sergei Surovikin to the leadership, commanders and fighters of the Wagner PMC

▫️’I have just come from the frontline, where our troops, our commanders, our soldiers, our fighters, volunteers are carrying out the task, fighting the enemy to the death, with the superior forces of the enemy, suffering losses, but standing on their positions.

▫️I appeal to the leadership, to the commanders and fighters of the Wagner PMC. Together with you we have passed a difficult, hard way, we have fought together, taken the risks, suffered losses, we have won together. We are the same blood, we are warriors.

▫️I call you to stop. The enemy is only waiting for our domestic political situation to deteriorate. We must not play into the hands of the enemy at this difficult time for the country.

▫️Before it is too late, we must do something – we must obey the will and order of the President of the Russian Federation, who was elected by the people, we must stop the columns, return them to their permanent bases and areas of concentration, and solve all the problems only peacefully, under the leadership of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation’.

It would be wise to stay out of the channels or at least believe nothing.  Disinformation from all sides is rife.  The Prigozhin camp is churning out videos saying in various forms, The Military is With US!  They say Save Us! and Putin Cannot Be Found.  “6th Column” type messaging abounds.  Ukie propaganda has reached screaming proportions. Even good type messaging is suspect.

https://ria.ru/20230624/myatezh-1880113625.html

The Ministry of Defense, the Federal Security Service, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Russian Guard are reporting round-the-clock to President Vladimir Putin on the measures taken after the instructions given to them in connection with the attempted armed rebellion, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

“Special services, law enforcement agencies, namely the Ministry of Defense, the FSB, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Rosgvardiya, in round—the—clock operation, constantly report to the president on the measures taken in the context of fulfilling the instructions previously given to them,” Peskov stressed.

Earlier, the FSB opened a criminal case on the fact of an armed mutiny after the statements of Yevgeny Prigozhin.

Andrei Martyanov has a sensible essay on the supposed continuance of a Ukrainian counter-offensive, or a new counter-offensive.

Basically, it is not doable from his perspective on weaponry and numbers, which he quotes as:  60,000 of a strategic reserve in the last two weeks around 40,000 ended up KIAs, MIAs, or wounded.

http://smoothiex12.blogspot.com/2023/06/when-math-is-issue.html

The routine continues:

◽️The Russian Armed Forces have launched a long-range air-based high-precision weaponry strike against AFU missile storages, including foreign-manufactured ones. The goals of the strike have been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralised.

◽️The most active AFU offensive attempts were in South Donetsk, Zaporozhye and Donetsk directions.

Paging for a false flag.

Despite Russia ruling out using nuclear weapons first, Lindsey Graham is off on one again about strikes on Ukraine.  He backed Joe Biden calling Russia “a real nuclear threat”, with Graham saying Moscow should expect a massive response from NATO. He added that he thinks NATO members will act if there’s a threat of contamination or radiation spreading across Ukraine towards Europe.

In the meantime, there are reports of a terrorist group having been found and caught with radioactive material that could be used in the construction of a dirty bomb.

Jun 23

From the Russian MoD:

The Russian Centre for Reconciliation ⚡️ of Opposing Sides observes a rise in the operations of destructive forces in Syria that try to exacerbate the situation in areas under government control.

▫️ Terrorist assaults on members of the Syrian Arab Army and ordinary citizens have risen. There were 47 violations of the cease-fire in June, 24 of which occurred just last week.

▫️ The terrorist organisations Islamic Party of Turkistan fired one shell into Idlib province and Hayat Tahrir al-Sham fired four shells into Aleppo province during the day in the Idlib de-escalation zone.

◽️The US-led so-called international coalition continues to violate the bilateral Memorandum on Flight Safety and the deconfliction protocols gravely in Syria. The offenses are planned and organised. Eighteen cases of breaches involving drone and coalition’s aircraft flights have been recorded during the past 24 hours.

China’s ‘Century of Humiliation’ through the eyes of Donald Trump.  (Discovering a new emotion – one can laugh and cry at the same time when you hear China’s Century of Humiliation written down to ‘things happened’.)  Context, Trump apparently is stumping for the death penalty for drug dealers, and he used China as his example case.  File under weird tales.

Macron is disinvited from attending the upcoming BRICS summit

Leaders of those states that have a hostile policy towards Russia are inappropriate for the BRICS summit in August, Deputy Foreign Minister Ryabkov said, commenting on Macron’s desire to attend the event.

“And we do not hide our approach, we have told our colleagues from South Africa about it. We expect that our point of view will be fully accepted.”

Today is China’s traditional holiday, the Dragon Boat Festival, which coincides with the start of midsummer. People in China eat Zongzi, or sticky rice dumplings, to mark the day.

It is a day dedicated to commemorating Qu Yuan, whose legacy of patriotism and perseverance has influenced the country and its people for thousands of years.  Qu was a loyal statesman and a patriotic poet in Chu, a major state in the Warring States Period (475 B.C.-221 B.C.). He was unjustly exiled by the king of Chu, who disregarded Qu’s policy advice. Heartbroken by the news of rivaling forces seizing Chu’s capital, Qu eventually chose to end his life, by plunging himself into the river of Miluo clutching a heavy stone.

Hearing of Qu’s tragic death, local people rushed to boats to search for his body. Over time, this practice evolved into a millennia-old tradition of dragon boat racing in memory of the poet.

SMO

There are two schools of thought operating now.

The first:  Either Ukraine is going to be finished and unable to fight by anything from the end of this month, or to middle or end summer and will just fizzle out.  The most senior of the Ukrainian military will then have to deal with any dissolution and the 404 status.  To support this thinking, the Ukrainian troops’ losses, according to the POWs, amount to about 70% of personnel. Servicemen desert in the units, and commanders use weapons to prevent subordinates from fleeing, while the National Guard, which stands behind, has orders to shoot those, who retreat.  The Ukrainian advance has slowed down, they have not lost all of their forces yet but they are only attacking what could look good in the press.  Mr.Putin stated that their offensive potential has not been exhausted though.

Russia has not slowed down and there are reports of Russian advances.

The second school of thought is that NATO will enter in some way or another.  Or, when Ukraine is done with, NATO will enter probably first with Polish troops.  Mr.Putin already answered saying that if NATO enters, the decision-making centers will be taken out.  This scares the US although Mr.Putin’s statement was definitive – decision making centers within Ukraine, i.e., combatants.  Also, should US-supplied Himars multiple launch artillery and UK-supplied Storm Shadow cruise missiles are used to attack Russian territory, specifically mentioned Crimea, Russia will consider both the United States and Britain to have fully entered the war as co-belligerents.

So, the second school thought is answered.  A longer war, and a more brutal war.  Mr.Lavrov said if NATO wants to fight, come and get it.  Russia is ready.

Peskov noted this morning that Western discord is now piling on the pressure on Kiev.  “Russia sees possible discord in the collective West and growing pressure on Kiev in light of the failures of the Ukrainian counter-offensive.”

This may be a workaround to the inability to get the Z-NPP. They do control the other one (South Ukraine Nuclear Power Plant – SU-NPP). (1) They now claim it hosts USUK C&C center + a juicy arms depots. (2) they cross red line of striking Crimea with USUK weaponry… Read more »

Thx for Crosstalk. I really respect the rigorousness and unflinching nature of Eric Zuesse’s research. Unfortunately the original meaning of certain words change throughout the centuries. Conscious or unconscious, the original meaning becomes distorted. The word “gay” comes to mind. How it’s original definition has been completely distorted to something totally different, nowadays.
