Remember the mystery of the Russian Troop withdrawal from Kiev?
In Putin’s education of the African Peace Initiative, he showed them this:

The document was detailed and already contained the initial of Kiev’s main negotiator. How thick is the list of betrayals now!
A little more detail:
Mr Lavrov confirms that the education of the members of this peace mission is successful:
Lavrov summed up the results of negotiations with the leaders of the African Union
“Our partners from the African Union have shown an understanding of the true causes of the crisis that was created by the efforts of the West and an understanding that it is necessary to get out of this situation on the basis of addressing these underlying causes, on the basis of developing special concrete actions to eliminate these causes, which and have been undermining security on the European continent for many years,” the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
Can anyone tell me what else was in the agreement other than Ukraine’s neutrality and the size of its armies? Was there anything about Russia withdrawing from occupied territories of Ukraine?
On the issue of sourcing: I found this first video from a tweet by Dmitry Polyanskiy – who pointed to the video in question. Poylanskiy is the First Secretary of the permanent mission of Russia to the UN. It was a fine enough source pointer for me, but he did… Read more »
Amarynth, once again I am completely impressed by your news feed – it must be vast. You seem to be everywhere as everything happens. I’m seeing again and again how you publish things here that simply save my having to read about it elsewhere. If I may offer a compliment,… Read more »
My take is the Kremlin had to know Kiev would never agree and act on the Treaty. Permanent neutrality? The US invested billions in Kiev, not for neutrality. What money would flow to Kiev’s corrupt leaders and the corrupt officials of the West if there was Peace, Neutrality for Ukraine… Read more »
Yes, like Minsk itself, both sides had ulterior motives. Our little intrepid rats were cornered in a Kiev bunker for two months, surprised by both the SMO start and Russian paratroopers quickly surrounding most of Kiev. The blockade of the ratline west to Poland was especially inconvenient. They were so fearful, they… Read more »
Here’s an interesting article that finishes the notion that an agreement can be reached, ever. https://cont.ws/@klimpodkova/2572164 (The story of the Kozak Memorandum) (Kozak has been massively ineffective in dealing with Kiev for years. He replaced Surkov. Things went from bad to worse.) What will and must happen is Russian dictate… Read more »
I’ve just read the Kremlin’s read-out of this event and there’s no mention of Putin showing the delegation that document. However, it seems clear that the read-out is incomplete and that the video must be consulted. Встреча с главами делегаций африканских государств • Президент России (kremlin.ru) Lavrov’s statement to the press… Read more »
@ karlof1 The video posted here seems legit – it has to be viewed in Telegram. I downloaded it from there and since I don’t have a platform to display it publicly, it’s available as an mp4 temporarily at this URL: https://www.mediafire.com/file/9cmvjqpo8uxw2ve/Putin_to_Africans_re_Ukraine_Negotiations.mp4/file The subtitles are embedded in the video. Actually I see now the clip is on YouTube, and it’s embedded in Larry Johnson’s site.
My article on this is now published, “A Revelation by Putin,” https://vk.com/@580896205-a-revelation-by-putin
