Daily Chronicles

The Daily Chronicles are snippets of the most important news across the world for this and each day as it rolls in – as such, this thread is non-structured with the latest news on top. The rough theme: logarithmic decay

Every single thorny issue in our world is going to be sorted out:  Arab states call for withdrawal of foreign forces from Syria

– Cooperation between Damascus, the concerned countries, and the United Nations in developing a comprehensive strategy to combat terrorism in all its forms and organizations.
– The need for illegal foreign forces to leave Syrian soil.
– The need to deliver humanitarian and medical aid to the Syrian people.
– Working on ending the presence of armed and terrorist groups on Syrian soil.
– Cooperation of #Syria, #Jordan and #Iraq to locate and identify the sources of drug production and smuggling methods.
– Provide appropriate conditions in #Syria for the voluntary and safe return of refugees.

U.S. regulators take control of California-based First Republic Bank. (Am I the only one thinking this way, or are we going to see banks falling like flies?  And apparently JP Morgan already bought it)

Kadyrov seems to be wanting to create another Wagner type group.

THE ARMY WE NEED is the force Russia’s Chechen Republic Chief Ramzan Kadyrov wants to create, formed from people from all over the world, to protect the oppressed from West’s wars and madness.

Kadyrov, the hero we need but don’t deserve. 🫡

The Russians seem to be breaking the back of any Ukrainian ability to fight back with massive strikes again last evening.  “The Russian Federation launched a long-range high-precision air and sea-based missile strike against Ukrainian military-industrial complex facilities. The goal of the attack has been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralised. The enterprises producing ammunition, weapons and military equipment for Ukrainian forces have been disrupted.”

Details from the Russian MoD in the Daily War Room

Medvedev’s May 1 Message

Question from RIA Novosti: “You reported that your latest Twitter post was blocked. Why?”

“Twitter” caved in under the State Department and hohols. They did the same with Trump. Elon obviously did not cope with this task, alas …

But seriously, we can do without it. After all, this is just a foreign social network operating in the interests of the American establishment. We quite cynically used it to advance our propaganda goals.

Our main task is completely different: to inflict a devastating defeat on all enemies – the Ukronazis, the United States, their minions in NATO, including vile Poland, and other Western nits.  We must finally return all our lands. Forever protect all of our people.

We will work hard for this.

Happy May 1st everyone!

The attrition rate in Ukraine is slowly increasing.  I’ve noticed this and have mentioned it before.

APU lost about 700 servicemen per day.  The official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, Igor Konashenkov, said that about 700 Ukrainian servicemen and foreign mercenaries were killed in various directions of the NMD over the past day.  Also during the day, four sorties were made near the city of Artemovsk. Artillery of the group completed 61 fire missions.

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has called for the “complete dismantling” of the “Kiev regime,” as well as for inflicting “mass destruction” on the country’s military personnel and hardware.

Medvedev, currently serving as deputy chair of Russia’s National Security Council, made the remarks in a Telegram post on Friday, commenting on an interview Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky recently gave several Nordic media outlets. He summarized Zelensky’s comments as consisting of demands for more weapons from Kiev’s Western backers and promises of a successful counteroffensive, including an attack on Crimea, while also warning that the conflict may drag on for “decades.”

While the interview appeared to be “contradictory” and “delusional,” even such statements should not be underestimated, Medvedev warned.

April 30

Did you know?

Mullah Muneeb, Taliban intelligence official: “We summoned Salafi scholars in Kandahar province and once again told them that propagating Salafism and Wahhabism in any small or large gathering is absolutely prohibited and the culprits will be held responsible.”

Is the Taliban responding to Russian and Chinese guidance?

April 30

A poster at a German demonstration: We are not afraid of Putin. We are afraid of you!

Thousands of Germans took to the streets demanding to stop the supply of weapons to the Kiev regime.

In the cities of Magdeburg, Hamburg, Fulda, residents staged demonstrations. They opposed the policy of their government, propaganda in the media, the supply of weapons to Ukraine.

April 29

Those decision centers? The Russians stated early on in the SMO that they will be taking out decision centers.  The question is, which ones?  It seems as if it now is the ones within the Ukraine … first?

“In the evening of 28 April 2023, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation launched a naval long-range precision-guided strike on the location of the command post of the Kherson combined force grouping of AFU.

❕ The purpose of the strike has been achieved.”

April 29

I want to caution again in terms of any media.  People and media are generally knee-jerky and tend to present issues in the most hysterical form.  We see a number of coordinated disinformation campaigns.  Just this past week fake news appeared about Erdogan’s supposed heart attack.  Vucic was also supposedly hospitalized.  (Biden is apparently fine and in full control of his faculties /end sarc).  The Erdogan and Vucic rumors are from opposition groups.  It is around two weeks before the election in Turkiye and Vucic so far refuses to join the chorus on either sending weapons to the Ukraine, or the war rhetoric.

April 29

In a major provocation, those brilliant thinkers in Poland stormed a school next to the Russian Embassy, broke down the gates, and destroyed.  This Russian property is now in Polish hands.

“Moscow regards the invasion of the Polish authorities on the territory of the school at the Russian Embassy as hostile actions and a blatant violation of the Vienna Convention, as well as an encroachment on Russian diplomatic property.

The Russian Federation will react harshly to the brazen step of Warsaw that goes beyond the framework of civilized interstate communication
– Russian Foreign Ministry statement.”

UPDATE:  “The Russian Embassy is forced to obey the demands of Poland and vacate the building of the Russian school in Warsaw, but Moscow will respond to these illegal actions – Ambassador Sergey Andreev”

An attack on an embassy school is the best Poland can come up and they will pay for this in orders of magnitude.

Global conference on multipolarity.  It is still live.

You will find speakers that you know and you will also find speakers without translation into English.  Listen to just a tad to see if a translation of some kind kicks in and then forward to the next speaker.  It is a study in the state of multipolarity.  We’re not all speaking the same language yet.  Pepe Escobar made a short speech with a powerful call to action.

April 29

Drone attacks by the Ukies are on the increase.  Last night, an oil storage facility in the city of Sevastopol was targeted by an unmanned aerial vehicle on Saturday morning, according to preliminary information shared by local governor Mikhail Razvozhayev.  According to all reports the fire is under control and there was no loss of life.

UPDATE:  30 drones in 3 batches were launched by Kiev—and only one got through to the oil depot. I would consider this a fail.

April 28

Seems like a good idea.  Let’s sell Ukraine.

These two are going to play footsie in the next minute, or hold hands or something like that.  This is some of the outcome of the summit meeting between Putin and Xi Jinping, Below is Mr Putin’s statement and it is world-changing again telegraphing that this relationship has no borders.

Russia and China will complement each other in those technologies where one of the parties seeks advancement – Vladimir Putin

“We recently met with a colleague from China, we spoke very frankly in many areas and agreed that we should complement each other there – especially in high-tech industries – where one of us achieves some kind of movement forward,” Putin said, noting that we are talking about the exchange of information and assistance in the development of the market.

According to Vladimir Putin, it is necessary at the government level to develop tools to support exports, and there are government structures that are doing this.

“I am sure that colleagues in friendly countries will support this. Unmanned aerial vehicles do not suffer from African swine fever, so I am sure that it will be even easier than promoting pork to the Chinese market,” the Russian President noted with a smile.

April 28

This is a rumor, yet, it is a very interesting rumor and would be par for the course where the US eats its own vassals.

The rumor is that the US is going to order its vassals in the EU to use the dollar instead of the euro for transactions related to energy within the bloc itself, EU members are going to buy energy from each other using the $ basically, if it becomes reality it means that the € is sacrificed as a currency in order to rescue the $ which will stay afloat for a little longer; some of the recent losses caused by the de-dollarization agenda implemented by countries like Russia, China, India, Indonesia, Brazil,… could be reversed as consequence.

April 28

Shoigu at SCO:

“Unprecedented pressure is being applied to independent nations through the use of open blackmail, threats, ‘color revolutions,’ coups, and dissemination of blatant disinformation. All those tools long ago became the Western calling card,” the minister said on Friday.

The goal of the US and its allies is to undermine the emerging multipolar world and preserve their dominance, according to Shoigu. Washington chose to dismantle the system of global security in pursuit of its ambition and withdrew from multiple treaties with Russia, the minister told his audience.

Shoigu said that Moscow had attempted to defuse tensions with NATO through diplomacy in 2021, but its proposals were rejected by the West, proving that it is unwilling to have a partnership of equals with Russia.

An article on where the West is winning (ouch) is incoming.

April 28

Maria Zakharova:  We need to buy her a pair of boxing gloves because she is taking on the US Ambassador to Russia vehemently and bare-fisted with a few choice words for the Russian publication Kommersant as well.

So many times have I heard from the US side that they are not against the people (of Russia, of China, of Iran), they are just against the governments.  They only want to save, say the Venezuelans, from their government.  Lynn Tracey came out with this one again which is just an eye blind and painting lipstick on the lips of the hegemonic pig.  So, Maria responded.

US Ambassador to Russia Lynne Tracy: “Whatever differences we, the United States, have with the Russian government, these are not differences with the people of Russia.”

Maria Zakharova:

The people of Russia are being killed…
– using data provided by the United States,
– money from the United States.
– weapons from the United States,
– and by the hands of a regime installed by the United States as a result of a coup engineered by the United States.

In a rare piece of good luck, Kommersant has thanked the US Ambassador for her first interview with the newspaper, all the more so as Lynne Tracy has promised not to cancel the people of Russia.

And of course, they get a Pulitzer for the question: “You have been staying here for three months. What are your first impressions?”  I can hear them saying: We are journalists, we are just doing our job.

The guys on the frontline are also doing their job. As poet Robert Rozhdestvensky wrote: “Everyone had a simple choice: It is either me or the Motherland.”

And then Maria stuck a ‘fake’ badge over the Kommersant article just above Lynn Tracey’s face.

April 28

Last night for the first time in a while, the air raid alarms turned the Ukraine red.  I am waiting with bated breath to hear from the Russian Mod in their morning briefings what they hit.

Update:  The targets were temporary deployment points of new and old AFU reserves.
“The goal of the attack has been reached. All the assigned targets have been neutralised. The movement of the enemy reserves into the combat areas has been prevented.”

Poof goes the reserves and the organization for the well-publicised Ukrainian counteroffensive.

“The US has been working with Ukraine on the counteroffensive plan.  According to the modeling that we have done very carefully with them, the Ukrainians are in a good position,” said the commander-in-chief of the US armed forces in Europe, General Christopher Cavoli, speaking before the Armed Forces Committee of the House of Representatives of the US Congress.”

I posted this morning’s MoD report in the war room forum: https://sovereignista.com/globalsouthforum/topic/daily-war-room/#post-13236

This is the same guy who said there’d be “no recourse but a preemptive strike” on the DPRK, and just yesterday allowed the US to dock nuclear submarines in South Korea—the first since the US withdrew all nukes from the peninsula in 1991.

This lil’ rat thinks he can make China move …

Kiev threatens China with an economic crisis for supporting Russia

▪️Advisor to the head of Zelensky’s office, Mikhail Podolyak, said that the time has come for China to decide which side it is going to play on.
“Now China has to make a choice: either it works within the framework defined by international law, and then replaces Russia in the full sense of the word, or China continues to stand aside and then it will gradually lose its influence, including economic influence,” Podolyak said on the Rada TV channel.

Yes, time to batten the hatches. As Col emphasizes, so many perfect storms have arrived…

Crooke has really hit his stride again. Two excellent pieces chronicling the surging waves of the storm and the yawning maelstrom. Liberalism (& its bastard child Financial Parasitism) are being buried.

If there is a city, the farmstead cannot ignore it and live as before. To do this, the city must be destroyed.… Read more »

The issue of the Ukraine is complicated and yet so simple. Mind washed for so many generations by Anglos and Germanic neighbors as an anti-Russia. And they found their weakness, similar to all: the innate need to belong to a higher purpose, sold to them as the purer higher “civilizational realm”… Read more »

“Who represents [outside system] Americans in this new Multipolar world?” is indeed existential question. It assumes that somebody does, I guess.
