It helps to make a lot of noise worldwide.  This is what Russia did wrt the issuance of visas for Mr. Lavrov’s delegation to the UNSC.  The Russian Foreign Ministry reports that the US has begun issuing visas to the Russian delegation headed by FM Sergey Lavrov to attend UN Security Council meetings.  We surely expect more dirty tricks but at least this one seemingly is now progressing.

From the LatAm, 2 pieces of news.  The resistance against the empire is growing and growing.  With Lula in China, the resistance is visible and voluble.  There are ongoing talks in Mexico between Venezuela and what is called the opposition.  It seems as if Venezuela was threatened one time too many:

The President of Venezuela sent to hell the representative of the State Department

“The gringo spokesperson threatened us, saying that if the political dialogue with the gangster, corrupt and country-selling platform does not move forward, they will retaliate and impose restrictions on our country. I tell the gringo to go to hell because Venezuela respects itself!” Maduro said.

Earlier, the State Department said that they would impose sanctions on the Latin American state if the authorities did not continue the dialogue with the opposition.

There is more than one way to push back.  AMLO in Mexico is in a difficult position.  The saying that they have over there, is:  “Poor Mexico!  So far from God and so close to the United States.”  But AMLO is not going to let this multipolarity move pass by Mexico because of his fractious neighbor to the North.  Lavrov, in discussing his visit at month end to some LatAm countries, stated:  “Russia expects to switch to settlements in national currencies with Latin American countries.”   AMLO did not miss a beat and the Mexicans are expecting to be connected to the Russian MIR card system as soon as the practical details can be sorted out.  YEAH!

General Li Shangfu, Minister of Defence of the People’s Republic of China, is going to pay an official visit to the Russian Federation from 16 to 18 April 2023. This will be his first foreign trip after his appointment as China’s Minister of National Defence in March 2023 – only last month, and he goes straight to Sergei Shoigu.

Also from Shoigu:  Today, at 9 a.m. (Vladivostok time), the Pacific Fleet in full force was alerted, and started transferring to the highest degree of combat readiness. A part of Aerospace Forces, military units, and support units are also involved in the event.  The main purpose of this inspection is to build up the ability of the Armed Forces to deal with the tasks of repelling the maritime aggression of a potential enemy.

We have now the Chinese military forces in a state of top readiness.  What do these guys know that we don’t know?

There is sudden frothiness in the air, with Bearbock’s visit to China. There are many reports that she agrees with Macron in terms of Macron’s “Strategic Economy”. We could not trust her yesterday, what makes people think she has changed her stance? She has not. She is trying to ride on Macron’s coattails, using his nomenclature, but in reality:

• Europe will not accept a unilateral change in Taiwan’s status
• We call on China to use its influence with Russia to end the war in Ukraine.

Nothing has changed.  The proverbial lights have not been turned on in Europe.  From Baerbock, it is the same old threats repeated ad nauseum:

“For our country, a lot depends on whether we succeed in properly balancing our future relationship with China,” Baerbock said on Wednesday before departing Germany.  Partner, competitor, systemic rival: That is the compass of European China policy. In which direction the needle will swing in the future depends in part on which path China chooses.”

In another meantime, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and members of the Russian delegation have not received the visas required to attend a number of UN Security Council meetings due in New York in April – Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov. You may remember that Russia chairs the UNSC for this month.

“Not a single visa has been issued,” the diplomat said.

The zombified odor of corruption, hatred, warmongering and division creates death wherever it flows.  General Richardson of the Southern Command will meet with the Argentine defense minister on April 17th again.  Argentinia sold themselves out to the IMF.  The odiferous dystopian tasks do not end.  I picked up over the past few days that the US Coast Guard is ‘spreading democracy’ around Ecuador’s fishing grounds (non-friendly country).  What are they doing there?  I do not know what the formal explanation is, but just yesterday and today major fights broke out among the fishermen.  This is a cartel-led operation and well organized, according to cartel rules.  The US Coast Guard arrives and carries destruction in their wake.  Whatever they touch turns into a red stream of death!

It has reached absolutely shithouse rat crazy:  The US is planning on imposing sanctions on Hungary, a member of both NATO and the EU, for refusing to join its war on Russia. The US empire is so hubristic and so obsessed with economic warfare that it’s now sanctioning its “allies”

Intercontinential ballistic missile test-launched at Kapustin Yar

On 11 April 2023, Russia’s Strategic Missile Forces have conducted a successful launch of an intercontinental ballistic missile from the Kapustin Yar test range in the Astrakhan region.

◽️ The purpose of the launch was to test promising combat equipment for intercontinental ballistic missiles. The launch proved the efficiency of the design and technical solutions used in the new strategic missile systems.

✅ The missile warhead engaged a target at the Sary Shagan firing range (Republic of Kazakhstan). The objectives of the launch were fully reached.

To tie up with this news, NATO Reconnaissance Planes Circle Nonstop On Russian Borders

Open-source intelligence analyst Orion Intel has published a striking map of reconnaissance flights conducted by NATO aircraft along Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus borders from 20th January to 20th March 2023.

Notably, according to the data, Sweden has also been taking an active part in reconnaissance flights while not being a member of the NATO military bloc.

We Want RT Closed — US State Department

James Rubin, the special envoy and coordinator of the US State Department’s Center for Global Engagement, admitted that Washington wants to shut down Russian media worldwide, including RT.

He made particular mention of RT opening an office in Serbia. “We wouldn’t want to see Russia Today or [other] Russian media anywhere in the world. We want them shut down,” he told Radio Free Europe, which incidentally is funded by the US government.

Following the claim that Russian media should be shuttered, Rubin reportedly lectured about the importance of freedom of speech. Which, it seems, only applies to US media.

BEIJING, April 12. /TASS/. Chinese authorities propose organizing an international investigation into US biological weapons development projects, Chinese Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin said on Wednesday.

“We insist that the US side fulfill all its obligations and ensure full transparency of all military-biological activities on the territory of the US and outside it,” he told the briefing, commenting on the Russian Defense Ministry’s report on US creating biological weapons components in the vicinity of Russia’s borders, “Washington must agree to holding an investigation and stop obstructing the international community’s efforts to strengthen the biological security system, as well as the corresponding legal system.”

As the diplomat pointed out, the US was more active than others in implementing military-biological projects, at the same time refusing any international control. “The international community is extremely concerned about this. We are disappointed that the US side has so far only resorted to unfounded statements and hasn’t clarified the situation so far,” he added.

Chief of Russia’s Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Troops Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov said at a plenary session of the Russian State Duma on Tuesday that the United States was producing components of biological weapons near Russia’s borders, which is proven by the analysis of the sites where the American biolabs were set up in the Lugansk and the Donetsk People’s Republics, as well as in the Kherson Region.
