NATO expansion

A Global Times article has some interesting comments from the South African Ambassador to China Siyabonga Cyprian Cwele.
He says that the Russian-Ukraine war is not hatred, but the reason purely is BRICS expansion.  Beijing held the 12th World Peace Forum over the past days.
