FIRST MEETING OF THE BRICS SHERPAS UNDER INDIA’S CHAIRSHIP

Although very general, this is the first time in the history of BRICS that I see the results of a Sherpa meeting quickly reported.  We hope these remain the signs of a high-speed BRICS train which we expect for this year.
