Hamas leadership has survived Israeli air strikes in the Qatari capital Doha on Tuesday.
A source close to the Palestinian movement told Middle East Eye that all senior leaders targeted in the attack have survived, including Khalil al-Hayya, Khaled Meshal, Zaher Jabarin, and others.

It was President Trump who “gave the green light” to Benjamin Netanyahu’s regime for the attack, an Israeli news channel reported quoting unnamed officials. Top leaders of the Palestinian group were together in the Gulf city after a peace call by Trump, reports said.
Details of who may have been killed or injured were not immediately out, but Israeli media said Khalil al-Hayya and Zaher Jabarin were among those hit.
Khalil al-Hayya and Jabarin are among the five seniormost Palestinian leaders currently serving as collective heads of Hamas, alongside Khaled Mashal and Muhammad Ismail Darwish, and another unnamed official, after Yahya Sinwar was killed by Israel last year.
The strike could further complicate negotiations over a ceasefire in Gaza even as Israel moves in to clear the city of its residents. The Qatari regime condemned the attack as “cowardly”.
The Israeli military did not give specifics immediately, but said, “For years, these members of the Hamas leadership have led the terrorist organization’s operations, are directly responsible for the brutal October 7th massacre, and have been orchestrating and managing the war against the State of Israel.”

Today’s Crooke-Judge Nap chat echoes my earlier comment. Also noted was the recent demise of yet more NATO troops within Ukraine–they’ve been there since the 2014 Coup!! The key point made during the chat and somewhat in Crooke’s SCF essay is BRICS/SCO is ready for whatever escalation is made by the Dark State. Indeed, Crooke in the opening 12 minutes informs us of doings that came out of SCO Summit that were not made public yet are crucial. It’s also clear that the racists within Team Trump have complicated its policy objectives, particularly regarding India.
There remains at least 60 more days-worth of decent fighting weather in Ukraine before Fall and Winter weather set-in and impact the drone front. That change will greatly favor Russia since it has great superiority in ground forces. Kupyansk looks mostly deserted from the videos I saw yesterday. Other areas are also on the cusp of being snuffed off. 800+ drones and missiles were tossed into Ukraine on Sunday. Yet the front seems very distant to Zelensky. He’ll be in Lvov by 31 December.
