The National Anthem of The United States of America, the Star Spangled Banner was originally written in 1814. It was first recognized for official use in 1889. It became the official National Anthem in 1931.Although rewriting a National Anthem may seem taboo, for the exceptional America it seems appropriate, since America rewrites all things that suite its needs.
