            It’s so ridiculous, these tariffs were always a wealth transfer from ordinary Americans to the corporate class.  Everyone knew they were illegal and would be struck down by the Supreme Court.  Refunds will go to large connected organizations.  The American people will get no refund.  At least $200 billion straight to the corpocriminal class.

            I’m relatively convinced there is no endgame except stripping wealth and resources from America before jettisoning the freedom project and letting the wolves devour the common joes.

      We have to check out Seun Foo’s commenting on the tariffs ruling.  Very early comment from me.  If the Epstein files did not do it, this tariff ruling will.  Nobody but Nobody on earth is going to get messing with this kind of US Lawfare stuff.  I think it may be the end of major trade with the US .. It may be a hit on the global economy and it may be that other countries decide that Trade that is too difficult to do, will not be done.

          Not sure if the visit invite will be withdrawn.  China puts emphasis on ‘leader to leader’ diplomacy.  Perhaps Trump loses it and decides to decline the invite.  It is not in the bag in my thinking.   We will wait though for commentary as China is still on new year or spring vacation … the Chinese spox people are also on vacation.

          It is true, as a general principle, that leadership involves “acting” as in playing a part…for example an officer must never be seen by his men to exhibit trepidation or vascillation, whatever his internal mood or mind. In this respect I am sure that VVP is a patriotic and moral man who knows how an officer must act.  If the State as an institution is evil, if war to maintain the State is evil…then surely we ought to ask if some evils are worse than others. I think it’s best that the States of the world do not surrender to the pervert empire and the vampire ball, the cannibalism and the diabolical gang of rapists and child murderers who drink their blood. Though we could mince words and say “less evil” rather than “best”, I think, for example, our Comrade Texas Bentley did the right thing, a good thing… With regard to the other guys you named, those other than VVP …not worth arguing…you’re probably right. Puppets and con-men…and imho not especially skilled actors either.

          I think the Borzzikman announcement is approximately accurate. Nuclear, and “thermonuclear” experiments in the destruction of LEO satellites began in the late 1950’s…but the theory goes back to the fellas on the Mesa in 1944, or even before that. I “did” a 4th of July night time display party, with my parents! in the ’70’s and chatted with a Cal Tech physicist about the subject…he tossed it off as easy to do. Suggested ideal altitude, etc. That’s my opinion too. I had assumed that probably such a weapon either existed or would exist. That it does merely sobers, due to the implications.

          Thermo-nuclear means fission-fusion. A nuclear fission compresses Lithium 6 and some other stuff and hydrogen forms and fusions to helium…. H and He are on the opposite ends of the curve of binding energy…makes a big bang when a gadget brings them together.

          What is interesting is the timing of the “leak”… not an announcement, but a warning that the Russian have the weapon and are willing to use it, thus that they have decided at Policy and Strategic level that the Empire will force a hot world war. In such a war the elimination of enemy communications would transfer the advantage to the strong economies and large armies, navies, ….  ie to Global South. At least I see it that way.

Among them are implications. One of the implications one may glean is the vulnerability of transport and communication to satellite failure. Pretty much everything aloft, at sea, and on the ground would be in fubar, and chaos…more or less “for the duration”. The implication of that for logistical support is that there wouldn’t be any of significance. Hells bells, I don’t think they could even run the railroads or the trucks, or even the oil fields and refineries…etc etc etc.  Such systems are “optimized” for “profit” … which means non-redundant…which means fragile, brittle….they depend on design assumptions that the Russian rocket would vaporize.

        There is a lot that is accurate in the video. I will send out a question to Brazilian friends to hear about the Compact. There is nothing in the news and I have seen nothing reported among the Brazilian commentators that I follow. But if this happened, it happened under the table kinda. Carney and LULA I can believe, but the inclusion of Japan makes me itchy.

        There is a small report that says Trump has told his State department to investigate unfair trade practices between BRICS members Brazil and China. And LULA is in India making sweet leader’s love to MODI at a AI conference. (Two old Charmers – Call them the Lover Boys).

        Let me see what I can get if I go beating in the bushes.

        We may also be in a perhaps Canadian made??? set of propaganda videos. Check this out with a keen ear and eye. The structure is exactly the same as the one that you posted. A major announcement and bunch of shorter sentences providing facts .. then, the language is very similar – talking about ‘the receipts’ and so on. I don’t know – I did a few searches and came across this one and the similarity in structure was immediately obvious.

        (And yes, we also have early heat – profusion of all flowers and trees – oh man, I swear I can hear them grow!)

          thank you, amarynth, i look forward to learning whatever you uncover.   b/c i’d listened to her before, & found her very clear, very smart i clicked on this.   the previous video cited her as in london…the study is the same & so i’d guess that she’s still there, lecturing, unfortunately i remember neither where she teaches or her name.  i’d guess her field is economics, also guess from this degree of passion that she may be brazilian, i wouldn’t be shocked to learn a financial advisor to the current govt…her accent though indicates north american.

          if this is real, it tells me canaduh’s visit to china was much bigger than a few trade deals & that china has studied the creature up close & is willing to give it some rope.   if carnage is indeed city’s designated seat @ brics’ table (& i’m sorry but i have a hard time believing he’s anything other) china would see it for what it is…china sees centuries where empire sees only its next gold mine.  china may be setting the theatre for a victory years in the making.   the inclusion of japan, of india & possibly europe indicate the prologue in a play long planned.

      Sleboda opines that since the empire’s attack is certain and because an advantage accrues to the party that attacks first… his opinion is Iran ought to go ahead.  Maybe he’s right. But I don’t agree. The goal of war is political, and attacking first does not seem to me to support a well reasoned political goal. On the other hand, if the attack position is so advantageous as to destroy the opponent, and Iran waits…then there is no political goal. It’s a calculation we cannot make, and one Iran must make.

      I have read, here at the site, that the US made an explicit threat to the Iranians that the US might decide to use nuclear weapons on them. I’ve lost the specific statement. So? Well, if it’s true, I would not be surprized…I suppose such a threat has been made. These creatures believe in the bomb, they imagine the bomb “won the war’ and all that claptrap…and they always double down… We have speculated, however, that the use, the nuclear attack on Iran, might be preceded by a false flag designed to create popular consent for a nuclear “reply” by the US… Possibly, also speculated, this false flag might be a nuclear explosion falsely attributed to Iran.
