    They’ve lost!
    The US has lost these ‘negotiations’. This is so stupid that it is hilarious. Iran should ask for Gen. Suleimani back. There are three ‘pots’ in a normal negotiation. One is the sweet one, where things work for both parties.
    The next is the average one where sometimes giving up hurts and that goes for both sides. The last is the bitter pot, where it does not work. Trump is sitting with his ass in the bitter pot. I wonder if they sit around and do a brainstorm as to what next they can throw into the mix?
    
    Remember with the Chinese Tariff debacle .. Eventually Trump called the impossible – a 145%. China said, fine, wanna raise? bringing to the debacle the completely absurd! This the the same, completely absurd! Iran will not give up its missile program.

      Nicely put. As you say, “normal negotiations”. In this example it’s my view that the function of this, a mutually fraudulent posture of “negotiation”, was getting ready for the kinetic “negotiation”…each party making preparations for the fight that, as Berletic put it “continuity of agenda” essentially guarantees. I’d put it more bluntly, the irrepressible nazi drang for world conquest, in opposition to the irrepressible necessity of sovereignty. In such a series of meetings, I admit, that there may be naive people who are sincere, but they only matter if they accept the ultimatum and lies. I think that “lost” is most appropriate though…because now people will die, treasure will be destroyed. Possibly the fight will be postponed again…but absent a celestial intervention….it’s essentially sure to take place.
