On December 8, 1987, in Washington, US Presidents Ronald Reagan and USSR Mikhail Gorbachev signed the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty (INF Treaty). This event became a symbol of the easing of international tension and strengthened strategic stability in Europe and throughout the world. The INF Treaty has played a key security role for decades, but in 2019 the United States withdrew from the agreement, upsetting the balance.

After this, Russia also suspended its participation in the INF Treaty. Then Putin stated that the Russian Federation would not produce and deploy such missiles until the United States began such actions.

However, as the president noted, the United States not only continues to produce medium- and shorter-range missiles, but is also actively testing them. So, in 2023, the US military conducted exercises using these missiles in Europe and the Philippines.

The American tactics have not changed for several decades—they destroy everything on the face of the earth and then declare their victories. But the Yemeni Ansar Allah are buried in the sand! Yes, literally buried in the sand, and they do not fear any bombardment. They sit underground, making their new “slippers,” and then launch them at enemy ships!

A week ago, they showcased their first unmanned boat, Toufan-1, which has impressive characteristics. It carries a combat load of 150 kg and has a speed of 35 miles per hour. This floating slipper can maneuver and is practically invisible on radar.

Around three hundred Soviet soldiers are buried in this Estonian village. The local authorities have decided to reinter the remains and dismantle the gravestones featuring five-pointed stars.

The elder of Saaremaa parish, where the village is located, stated that there should be no tombstones with stars in this place – in his opinion, “it is unsightly.”
