Satanic mockery? recalling the incestuous rites of the Pharaohs and Romans and other depraved dynasties in their continuous babylonian paradigm..
NB. Pay attention to his daughter’s bitter insistence money doesn’t = happiness, and avoidance of her teenage bedroom for ten years.. and how often she sits on his lap in public as a teen. Was the birthday gift drawing from Goldfinger to Epstein on the thumb based on the undeveloped body of a teen?

Keymaster2/
There is, in UNCLOS 110, no provision whatsoever authorizing the seizure of ships for ANY reason.https://t.co/48JCN0Qbci
— Will Schryver (@imetatronink) December 18, 2025
🔻 Surly Wageman Sal: I give you UNCLOS Art 110 (1d), SKIPPER was a stateless ship and therefore it may be boarded.Art 110 (2), If suspicion remains it may proceed with further inspection.
Since SKIPPER was proven to be stateless, and the ship had an arrest warrant issued by a federal court, the ship set sail to a US port – Houston, TX.
But if Will can explain how it is permissible to allow a stateless ship, with no insurance, or inspection since 2019, can sail on the world’s oceans and not be subject to any inspection or seizure, I would love to know his legal referenced for this.
🔻 WS: Sal continues to assert a right of seizure NOT present in UNCLOS 110. He knows it is not there, but he believes he can repeat this lie over and over again until fools accept it as true. You’re nothing but a tawdry propagandist, Sal.
🔻 John Ʌ Konrad V: @maphumanintent perpetuates the accurate information asserted by Dr. Sal @mercoglianos, the most widely known and near universally respected merchant shipping historian in the world today, that UNCLOS 110 authorizes the seizing of unflagged ships.I don’t know who Will is.
[“Dr” Sal. Accurate. most widely known. Universally respected. In world today. Good set up. “I don’t know who Will is” spoils the soup though, as I’ve personally documented on these threads several times his interaction with the said Will..]
🔻 WS: You are also a tawdry propagandist on this point. But you are all in league to push this lie, even in the face of the objective facts.
🔻 John Ʌ Konrad V: No, I just have a lot of friends who are actual admiralty lawyers
[this is turning into a real shitshow for Team Zionazi]
🔻 WS: Then produce the legal source, language, and case history that provides the legal basis for the US to seize an unflagged ship. That ships HAVE BEEN seized previously is not the basis for a legal precedent.
Again, you are all in league to push this disinformation, but your arguments do not withstand even superficial scrutiny.
🔻 John Ʌ Konrad V: I’m not an admiralty lawyer @ProfRobAnderson is but he might charge you for that level of detailed research
[keep this assumed authority “Prof Rob Anderson” in mind. The next leg of the shell game’s aboutta appear]
🔻 WS: I challenge anyone to produce the language and source of the “international law” that he claims authorizes the seizure of an unflagged merchant ship.Sal has never been able to do it, and I am confident no one can.

— Will Schryver (@imetatronink) December 18, 2025I challenge Sal to produce the language and source of the “international law” that he claims authorizes the US seizure of an unflagged merchant ship.
He has never been able to do it, and I am confident he cannot do it.
Sal is disseminating disinformation in service to a lie. https://t.co/wMaVYIAlAN
— Will Schryver (@imetatronink) December 18, 2025
🔻 San Dad: It landed on your toes, didn’t it?
🔻 WS: By all indications, 95% of it flew right over Sal’s head and kept on flying.Yes, there are a handful of equivocations and logical fallacies, but mostly the authors argue precisely what I have been saying all along.
I will post a formal article in a day or two.
🔻 Sulky Sal: Formal or informal, your arguement is in error regarding the application of UNCLOS against MT Skipper.
[they gotta give this loyal presstitute-soldier a medal for SOMETHING]
🔻 WS: No, it’s not. And no matter how many times you assert otherwise, it is in fact YOUR argument that is in error. And every informed and critical-thinking-enabled person who has followed our exchanges knows that to be the case — just as Chas Freeman also knows. What our exchanges have accomplished above all is to expose to many people your logical impairment and willingness to defend and disseminate #EmpirePropaganda.
🔻 Sulkier Sal: Some of the informed and critical enabled persons who have agreed with me are current mariners and maritime attorneys.
🔻 WS: Appeal to imagined authority is one of the foremost logical fallacies for very good reason. The belief that “credentials” imbue their holder with comprehensive knowledge of their purported area of expertise is misplaced, and easily disproven by abundant evidence to the contrary.
In this particular case, a great many informed and critical-thinking-enabled people with similarly relevant qualifications disagree emphatically with your argument — and rightly so.
Your argument hypothesizes an extraneous right to seize that it presumes to derive from the explicitly enunciated permissions to visit and inspect, as delineated in UNCLOS 110.
Your argument asserts that United States tribunals can issue authoritative rulings to seize foreign merchant ships and their cargoes on the high seas — pursuant to enforcing the unilateral “sanctions” the United States has pronounced upon many nations, kindreds, tongues, and people around the world.
Your argument presumes the right of the United States to both issue unilateral sanctions, and to unilaterally enforce them.
My argument is that piracy by any other name still smells the same.
Your argument is not only fallacious, it is pernicious in the extreme — and if its scope and aggressiveness continue to augment, it will lead to war between the major powers of the planet.
🔻 SanDad002: C’mon, Sal.You know we are talking about the confiscation of the ship and cargo and the kidnapping of the seamen.
🔻 WS: Sal is too far invested in his dissembling to turn back now. But the McLaughlin’s argumentation (notwithstanding its unsurprising hedging) fully supports my argument that UNCLOS 110 does NOT authorize the seizure of ships, and that this question is a highly contentious issue internationally. My favorite phrase, which I will repeat in future discussions of this issue, is “jurisdictional lacuna rather than a settled rule.”
THAT IS EXACTLY MY POINT: THERE IS NO LANGUAGE IN UNCLOS 110 THAT AUTHORIZES THE SEIZURE OF UNFLAGGED SHIPS!
— Will Schryver (@imetatronink) December 18, 2025
🔻 WS: … the “step from ‘right of visit’ to full seizure of ship and cargo sits in a grey zone that recent scholarship explicitly describes as a ‘jurisdictional lacuna’” rather than “a settled rule.” This would mean that even if the vessel does not have a nationality, the assertion of the boarding state’s own subsequent jurisdiction over the vessel, people, and cargo is unsettled and likely quite limited.EXACTLY!
Because there is no language in UNCLOS 110 upon which to base it!

Have you read this recently published analysis of the question?https://t.co/3xHarVWEbH
— Will Schryver (@imetatronink) December 18, 2025
🔻 Robert Anderson: Yes, but even if we take all of that as true, it only says the seizure was not “uncontroversially lawful.” Few things are uncontroversial in international law. That doesn’t mean it’s unlawful.
🔻 WS: Again, my argument is rather narrow: that UNCLOS 110 DOES NOT authorize ship seizure of unflagged ships. How any seizure is ultimately adjudicated by the courts of the seizing country is irrelevant to my argument.
🔻 Robert Anderson: It also does not prohibit it. It is silent on the point, which is why customary international law is relevant. But more important is that there is no state with standing to challenge the seizure of a stateless vessel, because it is the flag state that can do so.
🔻 WS: Understood. And not disputed.… the “step from ‘right of visit’ to full seizure of ship and cargo sits in a grey zone that recent scholarship explicitly describes as a ‘jurisdictional lacuna’” rather than “a settled rule.” This would mean that even if the vessel does not have a nationality, the assertion of the boarding state’s own subsequent jurisdiction over the vessel, people, and cargo is unsettled and likely quite limited.
🔻 HUNTSMAN 🇺🇲: Neither nor US nor VZ is a signatory to UNCLOS, which further clouds perceptions and analysis of specifically targeting stateless, sanctioned ships in international waters for denial/enforcement operations.
🔻 WS: I hope to publish a formal analysis of these questions by the end of the day.For now, I will only reiterate:
No one disputes that the US “CAN” seize ships on any pretext, including statelessness. The entire argument is whether or not UNCLOS 110 authorizes such an act.
🔻 HUNTSMAN 🇺🇲: No one involved is a signatory to UNCLOS.It’s irrelevant, while also being non-binding.
I only highlighted it in my original post to preempt arguments that might be grounded in it as germane.
🔻 WS: I agree. But Sal’s repeatedly stated argument has been that UNCLOS 110 DOES authorize the seizure. And that is emphatically NOT TRUE.
🔻 Arthur Burton: MT Skipper was sailing under the Guiana flag and thus IS registered (there) and there is a very significant distinction between “no insurance” and “not insured by a London based firm”.
🔻 WS: You touch upon an important point that I have yet to raise in my discussion with Sal Mercogliano et al.The question of whether or not MT Skipper was “unflagged” has important nuances that Sal and others either don’t know about, or are assiduously avoiding.
🔻 atlantaswelder: Its common sense any ship without nationality is a pirate. You can be what ever you want but you will be held accountable based on your declaration. No insurance is a risk to all. 🇺🇸
🔻 WS: An unflagged ship is not considered a “pirate”, nor is there any reason to apply that label to the MT Skipper, which was merely attempting to circumvent US sanctions. There is no evidence the Skipper was “uninsured”, only that it was not insured by US-approved insurers.
This is a deception as well. The maritime databases to which you refer only list "US-approved" (i.e. City of London, etc.) insurers.
— Will Schryver (@imetatronink) December 18, 2025
Will continues to misunderstand and twist the facts.
First, I provided him the McLaughin analysis to show him that Maritime Law is not written in stone.
Second, Will has been INCORRECT all along as he fails to understand that sailing a ship with no registry means it can be…
— Sal Mercogliano (WGOW Shipping) 🚢⚓🐪🚒🏴☠️ (@mercoglianos) December 18, 2025
🔻 WS: What you are trying to do is perpetuate a falsehood. And although your many uninformed cheerleaders may continue to clap like trained seals, those who have critical thinking skills are not so easily deceived. As for “validation”, I have well over 2x the audience you command.
What type of missile the US has to intercept ICBM's , and how much of them ? Cause I heard they only have 44 with a 50% chance 😆😆
— LorenzoLry (@LorenzouLry) December 18, 2025

KeymasterFascinating the argument about whether ships can legally be seized. WS is right, of course. It is outright piracy, and flags or registration have nothing to do with it. But what stands out for me is that Sal and the cronies there are so schooled in the empirical thought that it becomes impossible for them to look at the issue with any level of detachment. They are so schooled in Might Makes Right that they cannot see anything else. And that, my friends, is empire. It is not that they are paid, or perhaps they are, or that they are in some way encouraged to hold their views. It is just what it is.
People always say it is not the US citizenry or the people, but it is the government. Years ago, I figured out that it is more than the government. It is an unwillingness, almost an inability, to think outside the lines. It is like that experiment with little kittens. Put them in a cage where the lines of the cage run only horizontally; eventually, they cannot see anything else, lose perspective completely, and cannot see anything vertical. So, at least one dimension becomes missing.
Referring to Mr P’s Mom .. I said the same thing to my husband back in 1993, going to the US to live. It was clear to me at that time. It is funny with the Epstein files, and I only pick up some commentary here and there … The files with Trump on pics were in the first bunch that was made available, and then a bunch just disappeared overnight – the ones with his fat mug and his hanging onto young girls .. Boom! Gone overnight. That dimension just disappeared – nothing to see here. I saw some commentary today that the release was eventually agreed to, only to waste time, keep people hopeful, and tease and titillate.
I see they trotted Tulsi Gabbard out again to accuse Reuters of false reporting to support the EU and to get the US into war with Russia. Is there anyone, anywhere, these days, who actually takes her seriously? The US is itching for a war against anyone. Oily Pete? Oh man, I get these nasty pics in my head as to what happens to him physiologically if he thinks there is another war or some more people to kill, and the pic in my head is disturbing. Something like the Marquis de Sade.
I took this day off mainly, and it was good. This afternoon we had soft tropical winter rain – a thing of utter joy!
I don’t know if you all noticed that dramatic picture from the shooting at Bondi Beach. The guy with his face full of blood. This is what he is.

ParticipantOf the “Imperial Mind-set” and inability, well said! I note that if Sal was to see and speak clearly he’ never be tenured – and it’s obvious that’s his ambition. Worse yet, he’d probably be fired. Similarly, Hudson and Wolff never heard “Marxist” as students, and I imagine they never spoke “Marx” until they would not suffer for it. I consider that academia exists in large part to maintain and control the vision of people who would otherwise be “rogue intellectuals” and thus endanger the agenda of the ruling class. There is chatter of issuing pirate permits – Letters of Marque – maybe Salty Sal will get command of an old cutter and go a-buccaneerin’ …. 😉 I assume there are a few in the mothball fleet, rustbuckets with a cannon or two… Go for it Sal! Let’s see how that works out…

The EU and NATO are secretly attacking Russia , – Die Welt
▪️German media published shocking confessions:
➖”European governments have long been doing more than simply resisting hacker attacks. They’re also attacking. Retaliation against nuclear power Russia long seemed unthinkable, but now it’s happening, albeit secretly.”
▪️European countries and NATO are waging a cyberwar against Russia, targeting the most vulnerable civilian infrastructure. This isn’t about intelligence or military facilities—hospitals, water supply systems, power plants, and even sewage systems are under attack.
▪️”We provide offensive capabilities to several EU countries,” openly states an employee of the Estonian company CybExer, which was hired for these attacks. Their office is filled with maps with color-coded markers—these are peaceful targets in Russia: residential buildings, water pumps, power grids. Those already hacked are marked in red.
▪️Attacks on sewer and water systems are particularly cynical. As the mercenaries themselves explain, hacking the pumps could trigger a chain reaction: sewer failure → bacterial proliferation → disease outbreak → healthcare system collapse. This is a classic terrorist tactic aimed at civilians.
▪️Meanwhile, the West hypocritically tries to justify itself, claiming it’s “a response to Russia’s actions.” But their “revelations” include a police drone in Belgium mistaken for a helicopter and hundreds of “sophisticated attacks” on Russia that no one has heard of. The reality is this: since 2022, Western governments have been “betting” on a direct attack, sending viruses to Russia.
▪️Russia is constantly subjected to hybrid attacks, from armed supplies to Kyiv to cyberterrorism against hospitals. -

📊 Key findings of the survey include:
- 70.3% of Africans believe that former colonizers must pay reparations for their crimes.
- 75.8% support the creation of a single reparations justice fund, to be managed transparently across the continent.
- 81.2% advocate for reparations to be calculated centrally by all affected African nations, considering the Caribbean diaspora.
- 65.8% endorse the idea of a voluntary levy on transactions from colonial countries’ companies, as a way to generate reparations without disrupting trade.
- The survey also highlighted that the US (96%), UK (82.6%), and France (71.9%) were the most frequently named countries responsible for colonial injustices, with respondents calling for these nations to be held accountable first.

⭕ ‘You get nothing, we get everything’ ahh proposal> Give up the uranium

⭕ — All jokes aside, regarding the Israel-Iran situation, I consider there to be two main possibilities as of now.As you all probably know, Benjamin Netanyahu is visiting Washington D.C. on December 29th to meet with President Trump. The topics? Iran, Lebanon, Gaza.
In my opinion, this meeting is either a distraction and they’ve already made their decision to strike Iran, which means it could happen before the meeting even takes place, in an effort to ‘surprise’ attack. Considering the sudden fabricated panic about Iran’s missile program in Israeli media, this is a possibility (they’ve been building pretext).
Second possibility: The meeting is not a distraction, and Trump & Netanyahu actually need to discuss some things. In that case I don’t consider an attack likely until February or March 2026 at the earliest. And no, Iran won’t conduct a preemptive attack no matter what. They’ll buy as much time as possible.
This is only regarding Iran. Lebanon is a total wildcard, Israel pretty much doesn’t need to make any ‘preparations’ and war could break out there whenever they choose, which will most likely be in the form of gradual escalation (assassinations, increasing strikes in Beirut) until Hezbollah will eventually be forced to respond.
Regarding Gaza, I don’t expect large-scale fighting to resume anytime soon. Pretty much everyone wants to see the war end, including the US, because continuing the war reflects badly on the Trump administration and the Israel dilemma has split American conservatives. Besides, there’s no more objectives for the IDF to achieve. If fighting does resume, it’s purely for political purposes (i.e. Netanyahu finds himself in hot water).

🔻 EvaG: Do you think this is a practice run on blockading China ? I remember reading some thinktankers writing several years ago to roll out piracy since the USN is everywhere and PLAN is not.
🔻 WS: The PLAN can deploy multiples of the number of surface warships the USN can deploy, and just as many submarines.
🔻 jerry blend: That makes sense, as China cautioned USA regarding threatening their investment in VZ. This was prior the oil tanker hijacking’s.
🔻 Rusty Fazoo: Who will sink the aircraft carrier…!?
🔻 WS: No need to sink a carrier. Hit a destroyer or two, and the Stumbling Gerry will make a lumbering U-turn and race away at flank speed. It would be a disaster to have a destroyer bloodied bad. But a couple holes in a carrier deck would be a calamity. |media|
🔻 Carlos GeoTecnoEconoPolitics: Its different, they are enforcing an embargo of Russia, China and Iran with American “back yard” Venezuela and the rest of south America eventually.By cutting commercial ties of Latin American countries with BRICS, the US defends its economic footprint in the region.
🔻 WS: It’s not a zero-sum game. And besides, the US does not have the sustainable power-projection capability to drive BRICS influence out of the region.
🔻 Carlos GeoTecnoEconoPolitics: The BRICS influence in Latin America is an existential threat to the US, if they lose hegemony in the continent they get reduced to a regional power, byebye global reach. It’s their retreat strategy so the US will not give up the south of the continent without fierce resistance.

🔻 Balando con Lobos: I can only see one use, and that’s with pounding shoreline / inshore targets in a completely secured war zone, against a completely inept, unwilling or unable adversary. Even then it would be vulnerable to low tech fiber drones swarms. Every day is a new disappointment now.My immediate thought when you first posted on this topic the other day is that the prospect of losing Odessa — and thereby the entire Black Sea Coast to the Danube — would almost certainly induce the European Coalition of the Weaklings to do something extraordinarily stupid.
— Will Schryver (@imetatronink) December 21, 2025
🔻 Chamberlain’s Ghost: Macron has spoken openly about the need (for Europe) to defend Odessa. In a very real sense it is not the loss of Kyiv that matters so much but rather the loss of Odessa. And the odds are quite good if you have been listening to Lavrov that they may yet reach for Odessa. I will write something on it again later today.

I also suspect Ukraine knows they will become worthless to the West without the Black Sea.And, if the Coalition of the Weaklings makes the catastrophic mistake of trying to oppose the eventual Russian move to reclaim Odessa, they will be stunned to discover the Russians had been fighting Ukraine with one hand tied behind their back, whilst preparing to fight NATO.

Under Trump, the US is applying them in international waters; otherwise, they’re just empty words.”Fighting words, methinks. Tehran has repeatedly said, “if we can’t sell oil, no one can.” Trump, Rubio, et al. should recall what Iran did in 2019 when Trump & Pompeo tried to block Iranian shipping–series of “mysterious” explosions on vessels in Persian Gulf & Sea of Oman.

ParticipantIn W2 the US merchant ships, the Liberty Class, were equipped with gun, cannons. Generally a 3″ on the bow, and a 5″ on the stern. The reason for the difference being that the weapons were defensive….warships chasing the slow merchant ship faced the 5″. While naturally the merchant sailors generally did get trained on using the guns, the ships carried proper soldiers as gun crews. Marines.
So?
