“I’ve seen this dreadful memo once before. I don’t think then I quite grasped the significance of it.

The company (Wyeth) clearly knew or believed that their product (a poison masquerading as a “vaccine”) had been responsible for a cluster of 11 sudden deaths of babies in Tennessee.

I like to think that most of us would react by proposing a recall, informing FDA, taking a briefing from general counsel and getting ready to see some senior resignations. That’s not what happened.

Realising that the cluster of baby deaths had all happened after injection with a single batch of product, and noticing that they hadn’t had similar clusters of deaths in other states, who’d received different batches, somebody had a different idea.

Presumably they didn’t know which batches would be particularly toxic up to that time. They probably didn’t care. The idea was to break up the batches and make sure that a small limit from any batch was delivered to the same state.

That way, it would be impossible for anyone on the outside ever to spot clusters again. Deaths would appear randomly distributed.

This became official policy in 1979.

Recall in 2021, Craig Paardekooper spotting that there were striking relationships between certain lots of the “covid19” “vaccines”, and deaths & serious adverse events (SAEs)? While other lot numbers were associated with few to no deaths and SAEs? This evolved into the “How bad is my batch” website. Sasha Latypova did further analyses, confirming & extending Craig’s original observations. My contribution was limited to immediately realising the importance of the claims. You simply cannot have large variations in toxicity of a properly manufactured product. QED, these were not properly manufactured. At the time, I thought this was evidence of sloppy manufacturing, that they didn’t care about. Having looked further at the data, I revised my take, moving it to intentional variations in what was being put into different batches. Why would that make any sense? Well, if the objective wasn’t therapeutic but to injure & kill, you need to calibrate it. This was the first opportunity to run that calibration. Within a few months, the extreme variability between batches disappeared. Calibration complete. Now the injury & kill rate was known & controlled. I’m sure they could vary it at will, by reference to the findings of the calibration phase.

Looking back at 1979, who knew that “vaccines” were nothing but a deliberately injurious scam? I have no idea. Whatever the answer, it didn’t change much until 2021.

In 1979, I was a school leaver, who’d failed his A levels, working goods inwards at a pharmaceutical plant in Hampshire, England. I sampled the loads lifted into the high bay warehouses and took them to Chemical QC labs, collecting the results labels the next day, attaching them to the various sacks of raw materials. Usually they were green labels, occasionally red. Later, I moved to Production Microbiology, preparing & putting out agar plates to sample air quality near the milk spray driers and swabbing defined places before wiping other plates, placing them in an incubator overnight and counting colonies the next day. AHH is, I’m sure, better able to address the matter, nevertheless my general understanding is that the Salk vaccine is sterile, while the Sabin vaccine is “live attenuated” virus. The vaccine being given to Palestinian children in Gaza is nOPV2, that is, novel oral polio vaccine, focusing on type 2 polio. Prior oral vaccines have been problematic. They contain attenuated (weakened) polio virus. This can be problematic since, as The Journal of Infectious Diseases noted in 2013: “With prolonged replication, attenuated polioviruses used in oral polio vaccine (OPV) can mutate into vaccine-derived poliovirus (VDPV) and cause poliomyelitis [polio] outbreaks.”
OPV was typically given in poorer countries. In rich counties like the US, what has been given is IPV which is made with inactive polio virus and given intramuscularly (an injection), not orally.
According to the Polio Global Eradication Initiative (whose partners include the WHO, CDC and the Gates Foundation), the outbreak in Gaza is from Egypt. Curiously, the Initiative claims “the variant poliovirus could have been introduced in Gaza as early as September 2023” — that is, prior to Oct. 7. The Egyptian polio outbreak according to a recent article in BMC Infectious Diseases came from a “vaccine-derived polioviruses”. That is, the outbreak now in Gaza appears, according to these sources, to be the result of the negative effects of polio vaccines given in Egypt which mutated.

Abstract
Macro-data during the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom (UK) are shown to have significant data anomalies and inconsistencies with existing explanations. This paper shows that the UK spike in deaths, wrongly attributed to COVID-19 in April 2020, was not due to SARS-CoV-2 virus, which was largely absent, but was due to the widespread use of Midazolam injections which were statistically very highly correlated (coefficient over 90 percent) with excess deaths in all regions of England during 2020. Importantly, excess deaths remained elevated following mass vaccination in 2021, but were statistically uncorrelated to COVID injections, while remaining significantly correlated to Midazolam injections. The widespread and persistent use of Midazolam in UK suggests a possible policy of systemic euthanasia. Unlike Australia, where assessing the statistical impact of COVID injections on excess deaths is relatively straightforward, UK excess deaths were closely associated with the use of Midazolam and other medical intervention. The iatrogenic pandemic in the UK was caused by euthanasia deaths from Midazolam and also, likely caused by COVID injections, but their relative impacts are difficult to measure from the data, due to causal proximity of euthanasia. Global investigations of COVID-19 epidemiology, based only on the relative impacts of COVID disease and vaccination, may be inaccurate, due to the neglect of significant confounding factors in some countries.

Abstract
Observable real-time injuries at the cellular level in recipients of the “safe and effective” COVID-19 injectables are documented here for the first time with the presentation of a comprehensive description and analysis of observed phenomena. The global administration of these often-mandated products from late 2020 triggered a plethora of independent research studies of the modified RNA injectable gene therapies, most notably those manufactured by Pfizer and Moderna. Analyses reported here consist of precise laboratory “bench science” aiming to understand why serious debilitating, prolonged injuries (and many deaths) occurred increasingly without any measurable protective effect from the aggressively, marketed products. The contents of COVID-19 injectables were examined under a stereomicroscope at up to 400X magnification.

Carefully preserved specimens were cultured in a range of distinct media to observe immediate and long-term cause-and-effect relationships between the injectables and living cells under carefully controlled conditions. From such research, reasonable inferences can be drawn about observed injuries worldwide that have occurred since the injectables were pressed upon billions of individuals. In addition to cellular toxicity, our findings reveal numerous — on the order of 3~4 x 106 per milliliter of the injectable — visible artificial self-assembling entities ranging from about 1 to 100 µm, or greater, of many different shapes. There were animated worm-like entities, discs, chains, spirals, tubes, right-angle structures containing other artificial entities within them, and so forth. All these are exceedingly beyond any expected and acceptable levels of contamination of the COVID-19 injectables, and incubation studies revealed the progressive self-assembly of many artifactual structures. As time progressed during incubation, simple one- and two-dimensional structures over two or three weeks became more complex in shape and size developing into stereoscopically visible entities in three-dimensions. They resembled carbon nanotube filaments, ribbons, and tapes, some appearing as transparent, thin, flat membranes, and others as three-dimensional spirals, and beaded chains. Some of these seemed to appear and then disappear over time. Our observations suggest the presence of some kind of nanotechnology in the COVID-19 injectables.

My own opinion is that CO2 is as much a product of climate change, an indicator, as it might be a causative input. I think it’s a trailing indicator that is 100% a product. Not causative at all. Climate is driven by solar and geomagnetic and orbital platentary mechanics in interaction. It is not driven by anthropomorphic activity. When climate changes, as it always has, the wealthy capitalists (cryptonazi finks) blame the people, and seek to run a scam, a hustle, they’re richer and more sophisticated than ordinary organized crime, wear nicer suits, and are more subtle than the mob. But they are just, in the end, mobsters running a racket – on the people. The paper seems consistent with my opinion, but fails to make the logical final conclusion. It’s bad luck to pizzoff the mob, after all! 

Finally, 15 years and a trillion dollars too late, George Monbiot says what skeptics have been saying all along. Nearly every single carbon reduction scheme is a useless make-work machination that creates the illusion that the government is doing something. He calls it “perceptionware”.

A new paper was released in Science pointing out that in the last 25 years, barely 4% of climate policies in 41 countries have made any real difference. And by “real difference” we mean reducing a useful fertilizer, so it’s a good thing that 96% of the ploys failed, but a tragedy that a thousand billion dollars was stolen from decent people.

In any case, finally Monbiot sees the tip of the iceberg of grift and graft, but doesn’t realize his own role in it, doesn’t realize the same failures of journalists like him also failed the science world where 96% of papers have achieved nothing they set out to do as well — like predicting the climate. Climate science has been spinning its wheels, creating perceptionware and failing to figure out the climate for fifty years, but George hasn’t noticed.

Monbiot hasn’t even taken the obvious leap: Where were the Greens, the people who supposedly were the smart ones who cared the most? Most of these carbon reduction failures were obvious to anyone who owned a calculator. Could it be George, that the Greens were the dumb ones wrapped up in their own perceptionware game, pretending to care about CO2 to impress their friends at dinner parties but not actually giving a damn? Or worse, could it be that some Greens were bought off by industries and foreign countries that profit from the carbon grift?

abstract> It is known that space and terrestrial weather can have a significant impact on the physiological status of the body, including in the form of meteopathic reactions, the development of acute or chronic diseases exacerbation. Many works have been devoted to the study of the influence of the Earth’s weather on human health. Despite the fact that there are facts indicating that many processes on Earth are associated with heliogeophysical phenomena, scientific research containing a clear system and methodological basis in the field of studying the influence of heliogeophysical factors on the health of the population is currently insufficient. The original articles on the assessment of the space and terrestrial weather impact on human health, presented in bibliographic and abstract databases and information systems PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, NEB (eLIBRARY.RU ), Cyber Training, the results of dissertation research that meet the criteria for compliance with the stated goal and the quality of research results. A total of 204 full-text publications were identified based on the results of a targeted search, of which 107 fully met these inclusion criteria. Changes in the heliogeomagnetic environment affect almost all organs and systems. The largest number of studies are devoted to assessing the impact of space weather on the cardiovascular system (41 articles – 38,3%) and the nervous system (45 articles – 42,0%). However, the analysis found that also significant systems affected by space weather are respiratory systems (4 articles – 3,7%), digestive (5 articles – 4,7%) and reproductive systems (11 articles – 10,3%). In addition, the course of the infectious process depends on the influence of solar activity (5 articles – 4,7%)

contribution of natural factors to the public health risk, selection of priority indicators in order to improve social and hygienic monitoring. Scientific papers published in 2000-2021 were considered. Based on the results of a search in open sources of information, 153 full-text publications were selected, of which 56 fully met the criteria for inclusion in the systematic review. It is established that the most frequently studied natural and climatic factors are the temperature and humidity of atmospheric air, atmospheric pressure, air mass velocity, solar activity, atmospheric electricity, variations in the Earth’s natural magnetic field, including their frequency and combined effects. The objects of research were mainly patients with circulatory diseases: arterial hypertension, ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular disorders, and aortic aneurysms. At the same time, the results of the considered studies do not allow us to unambiguously link the occurrence or development of these diseases with any of the factors. The current situation can be explained by differences in the climatic conditions in which the research was carried out, the cross-influence of meteorological and geophysical factors, the gender and age differences of the studied groups, the influence of such confounding factors as the nature of nutrition, lifestyle, socio-economic status, and the presence of bad habits. In this regard, an integrated approach to the analysis of accumulated data is important to deepen knowledge about the impact of terrestrial and space weather on humans. In order to effectively prevent and predict the development of meteotropic health disorders, it is necessary to include priority natural factors in the system of social and hygienic monitoring.

Terrestrial and space weather has a significant impact on human health, affecting the functional state of the body, including in the form of meteotropic reactions, the development of acute or exacerbation of chronic diseases. It is necessary to analyze the established causal relationships between natural and climatic factors and morbidity in order to determine the contribution of natural factors to the health risk of the population, to select priority indicators in order to improve social and hygienic monitoring. This paper analyzes the results of scientific research in 2000-2021, presented in the Scopus, Web of Science, RSCI databases, in periodical and non-periodical publications on paper and electronic media, on the Internet on the portals of the scientific electronic library eLIBRARY.ru, Russian State Library-

discos (rsl.ru). Based on the search results, 153 full-text publications were identified, of which, upon further analysis and review, 56 works reflecting the impact of Earth and space weather on human health were included in the review.

The development of the biological species Homo sapiens over millions of years occurs under the influence of a complex of constantly changing meteorological and geophysical factors (MIF) of the lower atmosphere. These include air temperature and humidity, atmospheric pressure, wind direction and speed, electromagnetic fields, various radiations, and many others. The terms “weather” and “climate” are used to generalize the description of the current and local state of the MGGF complex [1, 2].

Reactions to changes in weather and climate conditions are a natural property of a biological object [3-5]. In healthy people

these reactions do not go beyond the physiological fluctuations of the functional systems of the body, while in patients and weakened individuals they can lead to deterioration of well-being, the occurrence of acute or exacerbation of chronic diseases [5, 6].

At the present stage of scientific development, changes in weather and climate conditions are considered as one of the priority factors affecting the state of human health. Thus, according to the World Health Organization (WHO), every year only in Europe, unfavorable combinations of MHF cause 1-10 % of deaths among the population of older age groups, and tasks for the prevention of weather-dependent chronic noncommunicable diseases are considered among the most important for national health systems [7, 8].

In people with chronic diseases, any fluctuations in air temperature, atmospheric pressure, and electromagnetic field strength can cause their weather-related exacerbations, especially with regard to disorders of the cardiovascular system [9, 10]. It is proved that the intensity of biotropic effects of MHF is determined not so much by their absolute value, but by a time and quantitative gradient: the faster and more intensively a particular factor changes, the less time an organism has to adapt and the stronger its response is [11].

About 69 % of people suffering from various chronic diseases are dependent on meteorological factors, which significantly exceeds the number of weather-sensitive individuals among healthy people, which is 30-40 % [12]. Even more often (up to 80-85 %) meteosensitivity is observed in patients with the most common diseases of the circulatory system [1].

The pathophysiological mechanisms of meteorological reactions are very complex and largely remain unexplored. It is assumed that they are based on the depletion of energy resources.

[11, 13, 14].

The large number and variety of MHFS make it difficult to detect causal relationships between environmental parameters and people’s well-being [15, 16]. There are typical combinations of weather factors that adversely affect the body. For example, in summer, this means high air temperature, high relative humidity, and low atmospheric pressure. In winter, the combination of frosty weather with high humidity, strong wind, and high atmospheric pressure is particularly unfavorable [17, 18].

It is known that the human cardiovascular system is most sensitive to the effects of weather factors. Therefore, the risk factors for the development of cardiovascular events, along with generally recognized factors: dyslipidemia, hypokinesia, bad habits, obesity, WHO experts also include meteotropic reactions of the body. Publications devoted to the influence of meteorological factors on morbidity and mortality from cardiovascular diseases primarily study the dependence of these indicators on the season of the year, outdoor air temperature, atmospheric pressure, and absolute humidity [17, 19, 20].

One of the most important natural and climatic factors that determine the occurrence of biologically significant changes in the state of MGGF is the change of seasons [21]. The human body is characterized by cyclical fluctuations in compensatory-adaptive reactions, due to the need for seasonal acclimatization. They are aimed at synchronizing internal processes with changes in external weather and climate factors associated with the position of the Earth’s surface.-

Studies have shown seasonal dependence of the modes of functioning of the external respiration system, oxygen demand of the body, functions of the cardiovascular, autonomic nervous, endocrine and immune systems, psychoemotional state, and metabolic processes on changes in MGHF [22]. The seasonality of MHF changes underlies the exacerbations of many chronic diseases. Especially severe consequences of these exacerbations, including fatal outcomes, are observed in people with cardiovascular diseases (arterial hypertension, acute myocardial infarction, acute cerebrovascular disorders) [23].

At the same time, many studies have noted an increase in the frequency of exacerbations and mortality from cardio – and cerebrovascular events, including subarachnoid hemorrhages and myocardial infarctions, in the autumn-winter period and a decrease in these indicators in the summer [24, 25]. The seasonality of exacerbations of circulatory system diseases is more obvious in people living in temperate climates. They are probably less adapted to weather fluctuations, use insufficiently warm clothing when they are outdoors, and live in inadequately heated rooms in cold weather [8]. On the contrary, the population of regions with insignificant seasonal changes in air temperature, with non-hot summers and cold winters, is less at risk of a winter increase in mortality. In Sweden, the seasonal decrease in air temperature is associated with a slight increase in mortality only at the beginning of winter, which is explained by the incomplete restoration of the body’s adaptive capabilities after the warm summer period [26]. In northern Norway, there was a slight increase in the number of deaths from cardiovascular diseases in winter, which, apparently, is a consequence of better adaptation of the population.-

In some regions with a harsh climate, seasonal changes in the IGGF are expected [27]. This conclusion, however, is not supported by studies in Russia: in the northern and southern regions of the country, there were no differences in the risk of death from cardiovascular diseases associated with a seasonal decrease in air temperature [28].

An increase in the duration of cold exposure has a negative impact on the condition of people with cardiovascular pathology. Thus, in the winter period of the year, the increase in mortality among residents of agricultural areas in the western United States was 2-3 times higher than for the urban population, which may be a direct consequence of the longer stay of the former in the cold [29].

It is suggested that the more severe course of cardiovascular diseases in the cold season is caused by increased lipid metabolism and the progression of atherosclerotic vascular changes with the development of their increased sensitivity to cold vasoconstriction. Seasonal fluctuations in the activity of blood clotting factors and inflammation, which increase the likelihood of developing coronary artery thrombosis during the cold season, may also be affected [26].

Very contradictory results were obtained when studying the influence of air temperature on the health of the population – a factor that largely determines the weather and climate of the region. Thus, in the performed studies, a close inverse correlation was established between the number of calls for emergency medical care for cardiological pathology and air temperature [1]. However, in similar studies, the result turned out to be the opposite: a direct correlation was found between the increase in the number of calls for emergency medical care in connection with exacerbations of diseases of the circulatory system (arrhythmia, arterial hypertension, heart failure) and an increase in air temperature

[29-32]. Due to climate warming, an international group of scientists based on the study of temperature changes in 1984-2015 made several long-term forecasts of the levels of additional mortality in various countries of the world. The forecasts turned out to be unfavorable for all countries, which requires the development of effective methods to protect the population from the rising temperature of the environment [33].

In the United States in 2006-2010, out of 10,649 deaths of people with cardiovascular diseases due to weather conditions, 1/3 was caused by high air temperature, and 2/3 by cold weather [34]. According to S. Stewart et al. [8], diseases of the cardiovascular system are characterized by worsening of the course at cold air temperatures, but in coronary pathology there are also peaks of mortality during periods of hot weather. It was found that periods of hot weather have a more pronounced effect on mortality in cerebrovascular pathology than in ischemic heart disease [35].

Prolonged hot weather causes an increase in the number of deaths from cardiovascular diseases, primarily in the elderly [36]. In the southern regions of Russia, as well as in regions with a continental climate, the probability of developing cardiovascular pathology associated with a sharp increase in air temperature is significantly higher than due to cold waves. It is important that periods of rapid increase in air temperature cause an increase in mortality in the coming days, while waves of cold air are characterized by a delay in mortality over time for several days or even weeks [28].

The role of atmospheric air temperature and its fluctuations in the development of meteotropic reactions is highly doubted, based on the fact that in the conditions of a modern urbanized society, the influence of outdoor air temperature on a person is minimal.-

It is also based on the fact that the seasonal dynamics of blood pressure is also observed in tropical climates. A meta-analysis of 15 publications found no correlation between the amplitude of seasonal fluctuations in air temperature and the amplitude of seasonal fluctuations in blood pressure. In addition, the amplitude of circulatory fluctuations in blood pressure was higher in regions with clear seasonal dynamics of the monthly average atmospheric pressure, compared with regions in which the monthly average atmospheric pressure did not have a clear seasonal dynamics, and the variability of atmospheric pressure was subject to seasonal fluctuations. It is assumed that seasonal fluctuations in blood pressure, as well as other indicators of the cardiovascular system, are a reaction not only to the seasonal dynamics of air temperature, but also to changes in all meteorological factors that have seasonal dynamics [30].

During heat and cold waves, along with temperature, mortality can be significantly affected by the state of atmospheric air. Areas of persistently high atmospheric pressure (anticyclones), which usually cause these waves, prevent the dispersion of pollutants. This factor may be the cause of increased mortality in large industrial cities with high levels of air pollution compared to small cities and rural areas [36].

A number of authors have studied the effect of weather factors on the development of cerebral circulatory disorders. In a large study conducted in the United States in 2004-2008, when analyzing 7758 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage, it was not possible to identify the influence of seasons, fluctuations in temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure on their development [31]. According to other data, cases of ruptured cerebral aneurysms are seasonal, with about 42% of ruptures occurring in spring, 38% in autumn, and only 20 % in the rest of the year [1]. Q. Huang et al.

[37] and M. Kellogg et al. [38] established a link between the development of subarachnoid bleeding and low air temperature and high atmospheric pressure. According to N. Kato et al. [39], the frequency of subarachnoid bleeding increased when the air temperature of the previous day was lower than the day of vascular catastrophe development.

Contradictory results were also obtained when analyzing the relationship between weather and climate factors and the risk of brain strokes. Thus, Y. Li et al. [40] did not reveal the influence of months and seasons on the development of ischemic stroke. The association of hemorrhagic stroke development with temperature, pressure, air humidity and their changes during 5 days before and after a vascular catastrophe has not been established [41]. There is also evidence that subarachnoid bleeding occurs more frequently in winter than in summer, and most often in January. No convincing explanations for these seasonal differences were found [42]. At the same time, A. Salam et al. [43] showed that the incidence of ischemic stroke has a direct correlation with air temperature and solar activity, as well as a negative correlation with air humidity and atmospheric pressure. The largest study (meta-analysis of 21 publications), which included data on 476,511 patients, showed that low air temperatures during the previous 24 hours were associated with an increased risk of hemorrhagic stroke, but did not affect the frequency of ischemic stroke and subarachnoid bleeding [44].

The attention of a number of researchers was attracted by the possible connection of abdominal aortic rupture with the state of natural and climatic factors. A pronounced effect of atmospheric pressure on the frequency of this type of vascular catastrophe was established. According to J. Schuld et al., abdominal aortic rupture was preceded by days with increased atmospheric pressure, and on the day of rupture, the following changes occurred:-

a decrease in air temperature and humidity was observed [45].

Atmospheric pressure is one of the most studied meteorological factors affecting human health. It is shown that atmospheric pressure is the second most important indicator (after air temperature) that affects the number of heart attacks and strokes. The increase in the number of vascular events is due not only to the absolute values of atmospheric pressure, but also, to a greater extent, to the rate of their changes. Lower daily values of atmospheric pressure were associated with a higher incidence of deep forms of hemorrhagic stroke, without affecting cortical disorders of the cerebral circulation. The frequency of subarachnoid hemorrhage was associated with increased atmospheric pressure [32, 37, 38]. At the same time, E. Bano-Ruiz et al. [46] did not reveal any association of acute cerebral circulatory disorders with the level of atmospheric pressure. According to D. Opacic et al., elevated atmospheric pressure increases the risk of abdominal aortic rupture [47]. According to Z. Wu et al. [48], abdominal aortic rupture occurs more frequently in winter and autumn than in summer, without any dependence on atmospheric pressure.

Another factor that affects the number of exacerbations of cardiovascular diseases is the humidity of the air. It is believed that a significant decrease in absolute humidity in the winter period, due to the very low temperature of atmospheric air, leads to a decrease in the efficiency of gas exchange in the lungs. In addition, breathing dry air can induce an increase in vascular resistance. Thus, a decrease in absolute humidity may be an additional factor contributing to the winter increase in mortality in regions with a sharply continental climate [49]. This explains the greater number of vascular complications in the winter period of the year, when from-

the minimum values of air humidity are marked [32-50]. In particular, a decrease in air humidity on the day of abdominal aortic aneurysm rupture was found [45], as well as a negative correlation between the frequency of ischemic stroke cases and air humidity [43]. However, the above theory is contradicted by the data that increased humidity is an independent risk factor for subarachnoid hemorrhage [51].

Currently, high weather sensitivity of persons with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchial asthma is established, which dictates the need to develop methods for its correction [52].

In addition to the effect on the cardiorespiratory system, changes in weather factors were found to be associated with connective tissue dysplasia, known as metopathic connective tissue dysplastic syndrome. Its frequency in individuals with various somatic diseases was 30.9-33.4 %, and clinical manifestations were noted in the form of joint and lower back pain, migraines, vegetative-vascular dystonia, asthenic syndrome that occur when the weather changes, when the moon is full, and during magnetic storms [53].

In recent decades, a large number of studies have been conducted to analyze the impact of space weather (helio-and geomagnetic conditions) on human health [54]. The mechanisms of action of heliogeophysical factors on the human body are not clear and continue to be actively studied [2]. It is assumed that the solar wind (streams of ionized plasma and electromagnetic radiation) reaches the upper atmosphere and the earth’s surface, which causes changes in the geomagnetic field, ionosphere and atmosphere of the Earth-the human habitat.

[56] developed new scientific and organizational-methodological approaches to the formation and implementation of programs to counteract the adverse effects of global climate change on the health of the population of the Russian Federation. This work allowed us to confirm the prospect of creating a mathematical model of the development of increased weather sensitivity in response to the impact of adverse weather factors, followed by the formation of recommendations for its use in personalized programs of sanatorium-resort treatment of weather-dependent patients.

For the prevention and correction of meteorological reactions in patients with chronic bronchopulmonary, cardiovascular and other diseases, it is proposed to widely use non-pharmacological methods

Based on the concept of heliogeophysical imprinting, which assumes that the main factor in the development of meteotropic reactions is a violation of electromagnetic homeostasis, it is recommended to use more widely the methods of electropuncture diagnostics and reflexotherapy [13]. Considering that the pathogenetic mechanisms of meteotropic reactions include maladaptation reactions, the use of dry carbon dioxide baths and balneotherapy [6], natural and preformed physical factors [13] is proposed to increase the adaptive potential of patients with arterial hypertension and other diseases. The available scientific evidence suggests that the assessment of the impact of IGGF and the forecast of public health due to these factors are becoming increasingly important. At present, despite many years of research, the mechanisms, nature and significance of this influence remain largely unexplored. The lack of reliably established regularities hinders further research aimed at identifying subtle physiological mechanisms that determine the human body’s response to changes in Earth and space weather factors. Undoubtedly, a serious analytical stage is required, which, in our opinion, should result in the inclusion of priority natural factors in the system of social and hygienic monitoring.

US mathematician John von Neumann, in liaison with the US Department of Defense, started his research on weather modification in the late 1940s at the height of the Cold War and foresaw ‘forms of climatic warfare as yet unimagined’. During the Vietnam war, cloud-seeding techniques were used, starting in 1967 under Project Popeye, the objective of which was to prolong the monsoon season and block enemy supply routes along the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

The US military has developed advanced capabilities that enable it selectively to alter weather patterns. The technology, which was initially developed in the 1990s under the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP), was an appendage of the Strategic Defense Initiative – ‘Star Wars’. From a military standpoint, HAARP  –which was officially abolished in 2014– is  a weapon of mass destruction, operating from the outer atmosphere and capable of destabilising agricultural and ecological systems around the world.

Officially, the HAARP program has been closed down at its location in Alaska. The technology of weather modification shrouded in secrecy, nonetheless prevails. HAARP documents confirm that the technology was fully operational as of the mid 1990s.

SuspiciousObservers have been around for many years.  I stopped researching all this, because of the mess in the US.  They were just fighting with the one faction fighting the other and churning out suspicious information only to try and win an argument. SuspiciousObservers were one of the reasonable crowd in the bunch. 

Then I came across Professor Valentina Zharkova – and hit the motherlode, at least for me.

Her work is not easy to follow.  She does research in Solar Plasma Physics and Space Physics.  She answered all the global warming and global cooling issues for me to the extent that I am content in what I think nowadays.

I cannot summarize her work, it is too big and I’m too dumb in the field. So, one will have to listen. Nutshell is whatever happens on the sun has real measurable and even predictable effects on earth. It sounds so common, but there are many that do not see that or even believe it.

And do a search. There is much of her work on YouTube.

Jeff J Browne who leads the China Writer’s Group has done much work on weather modification. He believes that Helene has the same or similar traits to the Maui fires in Hawaii. There, billionaires like Oprah Winfrey want the land to create a private island. This time, it looks like a resource grab by Elon Musk for lithium, as well as quartz mining.

I did not watch the first storm, but this one, Milton, I can say was modified. After living in hurricane area for now about 20 years, with a sailor husband who studied these things upside and downside, this last one is just too strange. If you look at the historical track, it brewed up in the Gulf of Mexico and I looked all through history – there was no other one that did that – not enough time and not enough water temperature to develop into a Cat 5, for us, in a scant 24 hours. It has never been seen before. And then, its course was first east (they mainly run West NorthWest in these areas) and then it reversed toward the south. What on earth was these wind patterns? And it is then that it sideswiped us, but we are far enough away .. and then it turned again and now is on the way to Florida, a hurricane that is now according to NOAA, off the charts. Well, it was off the charts in its whole development.

A little beachside village, about 80 kilometers away from us, is flattened. Another port city close to us lost basically their fishing fleet. I don’t know how much is destroyed otherwise. And the hurricane passed on the coast further than what was predicted. It did not touch land. And here they don’t build houses with sticks .. it is all either rock or brick housing. People are also generally very prepared, they don’t panic, they go about doing their preps and then hunker down.

We were fine and only experienced winds and driving rain – short power interruptions. But the whole feel of this hurricane was not right to me. I wrote to AHH to let him know I may be out of it for a time and said .. I don’t like how the wind feels on my skin, I don’t like the color of the sky, I don’t like the direction of the clouds, I don’t like how the trees are waving in the wind. There was nothing that felt like a ‘normal’ hurricane to me. If you know these weather systems, well, I don’t know about others but I can feel them.

So all I can say to people on the track is to get out in front of this one.

I also think that the raft of old and new viruses blowing up everywhere is as a result of climate change (not the financial and economic scams). When I looked at the Russian information and technical research, I saw that the permafrost is really melting, so, I started accepting climate change. Discuss this with a good farmer who know their lands and area over time, and they will tell you the same.

abstract> Acoustic interference of atmosphere has been an attractive research area because of its potential effect on environment, water
resources, ecology, agriculture, and other areas. However, it is also a controversial topic because of the difficulty of quantitative
assessment and high operating costs. In this study, a novel acoustic interference technology is proposed that uses strong lowfrequency sound waves. There is no chemical pollution or dependence on airborne vehicles, and it can be remotely controlled at
low cost. A complete equipment system for acoustic atmospheric interference technology is established, based on which a series
of experimental studies on cloud and precipitation response under acoustic action are performed, mainly including the radar echo
intensity, cloud microphysical characteristics and the spatial distribution of ground rainfall intensity. The trigger and periodic
effect of the acoustic waves on the cloud are proposed to be the key responses of acoustic atmospheric interference. This study is
important to further research on atmosphere interference technology based on low frequency strong sound waves.
