I’m hesitant to post this stuff, as Amarynth mentioned it in the Daily Chronicles. It just seems to me more threats and bluffing. Very hard to take seriously.
Anyways, my two cents – if there is going to be a large-scale attack, it comes before the midterms, not after. A serious (perhaps nuclear) attack might give Trump enough headroom to cancel or postpone elections. So I’m watching this weekend very closely, especially with the recent ramp in cyberattacks. I just don’t buy the arguments for a post-election attack, especially one so carefully telegraphed in advance.
In support of the above, both Vance and Trump have cancelled weekend campaign appearances.
That said, I think the most likely outcome is a continuation of what we see at the moment.
