Netenyahu’s new doctrine of pre-emptive strikes

By Amarynth

We can write this down as an election issue, or we can look at it in context.  The article first from The Cradle, and following is the context.

Netanyahu unveils doctrine of preemptive strikes and ever-expanding ‘buffer zones’ days before Israeli elections

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu unveiled a new national security doctrine on 18 October, formally prioritizing preemptive military action over containment, including preventive strikes against perceived threats and the establishment of so-called ‘buffer zones’ (occupation of land) beyond Israel’s borders.

The ten-point doctrine calls for maintaining overwhelming military and technological superiority, preventing adversaries from acquiring nuclear weapons, expanding intelligence and deterrence capabilities, and strengthening defenses against missiles, drones, cyberattacks, and border incursions.

It also defines victory as breaking an enemy’s military strength and confidence in its ability to threaten Israel.

The doctrine calls for increased military spending, greater independence from foreign weapons suppliers, expanded domestic arms production, and advances in artificial intelligence, quantum technology, and space capabilities.

It also prioritizes new regional and international alliances, information campaigns against Iran and other adversaries, efforts to counter anti-Zionism internationally, and national cohesion rooted partly in Jewish settlement of the “Land of Israel.”

The announcement comes just nine days before Israel’s 27 October parliamentary elections, raising questions about Netanyahu’s political motivations.

According to Al Jazeera, analysts argue that the doctrine and accompanying map of regional alliances are designed to reinforce Netanyahu’s image as Israel’s indispensable security leader amid corruption proceedings, criticism of his handling of 7 October, and mounting political pressure.

Carnegie Middle East Center researcher Mohanad Hage Ali warned that the presentation fuels existential fears among Israeli voters while potentially paving the way for further territorial occupation, conflict, and ethnic cleansing under the pretext of security.

Opposition figures dismissed the doctrine as superficial and lacking substance.

Context:

Clearly we are looking at perpetual war.   Just a few days ago Trump endorsed and expressed unconditional support for Bloody Bibi.  At the time of publication of this doctrine, Hegseth was on an unannounced visit to Israel.

Hegseth meets Netanyahu during unannounced visit to Israel

US War Secretary Pete Hegseth discussed Iran with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during an unannounced visit to Israel on Monday, according to three Israeli officials.

The officials offered no further details about the meeting, which was first reported by US-Israeli propaganda outlet Axios.

Hegseth said in a social media post that he had visited US service members within the US Central Command’s area of responsibility, which encompasses West Asia, northeast Africa, and parts of Asia.

Israel’s Army Radio reported that Hegseth met Netanyahu at an air force base in the Negev.

The new doctrine is exactly the same as Hegseth’s announced doctrine.  The US has to retain (come hell or high water) military primacy and weapon supremacy over all the world.  I’ve said over the past few months that there is no more Israel and US.  There is one bacteria plus fungus operating here coming out of one laboratory, attacking humankind across all spectrums.  Rubio is visiting India.  Watch Rubio and Vance.  They are silent carriers like the historical Typhoid Mary.

I repeat:

UPDATE FEBRUARY 2026: Every decent analyst, journalist or knowledgeable commentator knows it now.  The US is still seeking full primacy, on all levels, across all spheres, all domains, across all civil society, and right across the planet, Its lands, its waters, its oceans,  and its skies.  No alternative analysis is remotely possible.  Henceforth and for the foreseeable future, in terms of geopolitical affairs across the Planet, this is the only framing that makes sense.

We cannot continue attempting to sing this fungal bacteria to sleep.  Hang onto your hats and gird up your loins.  Two choices remain: surrender or resolute resistance.

Medvedev knows:  Russia-US relations ruined for decades

Russia’s relations with the United States have been wrecked for decades to come, and Moscow and Washington were and will remain systemic adversaries, said Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of Russia’s Security Council.

Medvedev also called the so-called “Graham law” a systemic Russophobic act by American elites, designed to last for decades.
