It is difficult to know what is actually going on in the war area.  I’ve posted reporting that Ansarallah has entered Taiz, that negotiations have been ongoing, some government forces have surrendered.  There’s also been reporting that the fighting is still going on.  I suspect it’s all a mixed bag, with some tribes shifting loyalties, others continuing to fight.  Regardless of what has happened, unless there are drastic changes to the trajectory, the fight for Taiz will end soon.
