Is Germany Working on a Secret Nuclear Weapons Program?

There are not unfounded speculations that Germany does seek a nuclear program outside of their NATO commitment, which would mean, breaking the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) they are committed to since 28 November 1969, when they signed the Treaty. But for reasons of “National Security” – of the US, of course, not of Germany – (Cold War, European instability), the NPT was only ratified on 2 May 1975.

Moscow’s foreign intelligence service believes that Berlin could produce a working device within a year.

It must be understood that Germany as of this day has no own sovereign Constitution, and is at “Relative Peace” only through an Armistice Agreement since the end of WWII. Any attempt to break away from this extended truce, had so far failed, as the US wants Germany to be their puppet and obedient servant. Most German’s have no idea, because this sad fact is not published anywhere, except in the Berlin War Museum (some 10 years ago, but today, is it still publicly accessible?).

One of the conditions of the Armistice Agreement – not verbally, but by implication – is that Germany may take no actions that go against the interests of the United States.

What better example, than the implanted Chancelor Friedrich Merz, and the former Chancelor Olaf Scholz, do we have to prove that point? – It doesn’t not matter what party they are from; they have to toe the line. For example, Scholz knew about and approved, willingly or not, the blowing up of Nordstrom 2.

At present, and under the NATO Agreement, Germany has some 20 US/ NATO nuclear warheads at Büchel Air Base (Fliegerhorst Büchel) in RhinelandPalatinate, in the Eifel region. They are U.S. B61 tactical nuclear bombs (now the modernized B6112 variant). No precise official figures are, of course, available. In case of NATO “emergency”, Germany would have (commanded) access to them, to the detriment of the German population.

According to the Russian SVR (Sluzhba Vneshney Razvedki, which translates from Russian as the Foreign Intelligence Service [Foreign Intelligence Service of the Russian Federation, SVR RF]), German research centers and defense contractors are working on specialized nuclear and shockwave physics projects. The SVR believes that Germany may work on a covert atomic weapons program. That would be in clear violation of the NPT. However, as Germany under their Armistice Agreement is not allowed to do anything against the interests of the United States, it may actually follow orders of the United States.

So, if a German nuclear weapons program is under preparation, it is either with tacit or overt consent of the Pentagon and US Secret Services. Mr. Merz is precisely the right obedient Chancellor, also masterminded into his current Chancellor position with the help of Washington.

According to Russian intelligence, research is being carried out at these German universities:

• Karlsruhe Institute of Technology

• Ruhr University Bochum

• Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich

• RWTH Aachen University

• Technical University of Berlin
  

Officially, Germany’s current defense policy and military rearmament are following the NATO narrative – building up a European deterring defense against the aggressor Russia. No matter that German and European leaders know that Russia is no danger, has never been a danger for Europe of the world for that matter.

Similarly, President Macron has said that he plans to expand France’s nuclear power – France is already a nuclear nation – as part of making the EU a nuclear force against Russia.

However, deep down in Germany’s soul, if there is a tidbit of a soul left of what lately has become a neonazi Germany, their nuclear research – outside of Germany’s NATO alliance – has to do with a historical revenge for 1945. A revanche aspiration, that would leave Germany for the third time in shambles, and not just Germany, all of Europe and possibly way beyond.

But maybe that is precisely what Washington wants. Look at the never-elected EU Council, that is hellbent to destroy what’s left of European economy, by 20 sanction packages against Russia, and now the 21^st one is under preparation. They include severe restrictions of importing cheap Russian hydrocarbons, especially gas that could keep the European economy running, growing and competing worldwide, even associate it with not only Russia but also China – getting closer to what there once was: The massive Eurasian Continent.

That is what the western Hegemon, still called US of A, is most afraid of. Washington would do whatever it takes to prevent the rebuilding of the ancient Eurasian Continent, which in many ways is, of course, under way since 2013, when President Xi created the Belt and Road, following the 2,100 year-old Silk Road, spanning a road uniting Asia into Eurasia, all the way to African and Middle East (West Asia) – as a peaceful means to connect countries through trade and human relations.

To conclude, it may well be that the Pentagon and its 17 Secret Services, together with Mossad and MI6, have blinded Germany – closely followed by Macron’s France – into an EU nuclear defense pact against Russia, as a European self-destructive – you may call it suicidal – strategy confronting Russia. Given the brilliance of the people at the helm in Germany and France, they may notice it, when it is too late.
