Urgent Questions regarding a sovereign Iran – Some answers appearing FROM IRAN

By Amarynth

This may be the second installment in Questions regarding a sovereign Iran with information gathered here: https://sovereignista.com/globalsouthforum/topic/the-ask-your-questions-re-iran-thread/

We hear about a new bloc. A security bloc with at least Saudi Arabia and Qatar involved. We hear about the bloc from everyone excepting Iran. In fact, the only bloc that I heard about, was from Ghalibav who stated that Iran should ‘bloc’ with China based on their comprehensive strategic partnership.

Just a day ago, we had this joint statement, the US and the GCC. Note that I observed and said at various times, Rubio is stepping back the MoU not only with Iran.  As we see on today’s Daily Chronicles, and FM Lavrov’s comments, also the agreement with Russia.  This methodology of Good Cop Bad Cop is as old as the mountains.   Vance was playing Good Cop and Rubio is doing Bad Cop deals.  He has the broom and is sweeping anything non-empire into the dustbin.

FM Lavrov, on Rubio’s denial of agreement at Alaska talks (There may have been no ‘spirit’ whatsoever!)

Who and what do you think this new advertised bloc in West Asia is? This bloc that we keep hearing about, and what is Iran’s feedback on that? There are serious questions and not much faith.

The Gulf Cooperation Council sat down together, and we have new information from them. It is actually not new, but it is really old and in terms of a bloc, there is no sign of it.

Joint Statement Following the Ministerial Meeting of the United States and the Gulf Cooperation Council

General Secretariat – Riyadh

The text of the following statement was released by the Gulf Cooperation Council member states and the Governments of the United States

The Ministerial Meeting between the United States and the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) convened on June 25, 2026, in Manama, co-chaired by Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs, current chairman of the GCC Ministerial Council, with foreign ministers from GCC member states and Secretary General Jasem Albudaiwi.

Secretary Rubio reinforced the enduring U.S. commitment to GCC security, and the Ministers reaffirmed their strong commitment to the U.S.-GCC strategic partnership. The Ministers welcomed the June 17 memorandum of understanding (MOU) signing between the United States and Iran and recognized the important mediation roles played by Pakistan and Qatar. They stressed the need to maintain momentum and unity as negotiations proceed toward a more permanent end to hostilities and the shared objective of preventing Iran from ever developing or otherwise acquiring a nuclear weapon. The Ministers further emphasized that lasting regional peace and security requires addressing the full spectrum of Iran’s threats, including its ballistic missiles, drones, and its support of proxies in the region. The Ministers also emphasized the importance of reopening the Strait of Hormuz, noting that free, unconditional, and unrestricted navigation, including the right of transit passage as guaranteed under international law, remains essential to regional and global security. The Ministers rejected any tolls, fees, or attempts to assert control over the Strait, and welcomed the Sultanate of Oman and International Maritime Organization’s announcement on the launch of an evacuation plan for over 11,000 seafarers stranded in the region.

The Ministers further emphasized that any trade and investment with Iran is conditional and reversible, contingent on Iran’s compliance with the MOU and the final deal, cessation of its destabilizing behavior, and creation of the conditions necessary for economic engagement.

The Ministers expressed support for the Syrian people in building a stable, peaceful, inclusive and sovereign country fully integrated into the region and reaffirmed their commitment to Syria’s sovereignty, unity, and territorial integrity. They decided to continue working with, and providing assistance to, the Syrian government to address key challenges such as countering terrorism, restoring basic services, improving its investment climate, and enabling the voluntary return of refugees and internally displaced people.

The Ministers reaffirmed their full commitment to Lebanon’s sovereignty, security, stability, and territorial integrity. To that end, they welcomed ongoing bilateral negotiations between Israel and Lebanon, facilitated by the United States, aimed at creating the conditions for a lasting peace and security agreement between the countries. In that respect, the Ministers emphasized the importance of maintaining a negotiation process, which is not conditional on the outcomes of other conflicts. The Ministers welcomed the development of a practical approach that allows for the restoration of security and Lebanese state authority and the demarcation of permanent boundaries. They stressed that full Lebanese sovereignty cannot be achieved while non-state armed groups maintain military capabilities outside the Lebanese state authority and called for the full disarmament of all such groups and the restoration of the Lebanese state’s monopoly of force, while recognizing the importance of supporting the Lebanese Armed Forces in doing so.

The Ministers reaffirmed their support for President Trump’s Comprehensive Plan to End the Gaza Conflict, endorsed in UN Security Council resolution 2803. Secretary Rubio welcomed the historic participation of GCC members in the Board of Peace and thanked them for their commitments to advance stabilization, recovery, and reconstruction efforts in Gaza.

The Ministers stressed the importance of the demilitarization of all non-state armed groups to enable Gaza’s reconstruction and the need to hand over responsibility to an independent, technocratic civil Palestinian committee. They commended President Trump’s statement that the United States opposes annexation of the West Bank and underscored that progress on Gaza redevelopment and Palestinian Authority reforms will create the conditions for a credible pathway to Palestinian self-determination and statehood. The Ministers further reaffirmed that no one will be forced to leave Gaza, and those who wish to leave will be free to return.

The Ministers condemned attacks by Iranian proxies in Iraq against GCC countries, including drone attacks damaging civilian facilities, critical infrastructure, and energy security. They reiterated their support for Iraq’s new government’s efforts to restrict weapons to state control and prevent non-state armed groups from using Iraqi territory to threaten neighboring countries. The Ministers also reaffirmed respect for Kuwait’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, consistent with international law and relevant UN Security Council resolutions, including resolution 833. The Ministers emphasized Kuwait’s sovereignty over its territorial waters and called on the Government of Iraq to uphold its bilateral and international commitments.

The Ministers stressed the importance of the Government of Iraq taking all necessary measures to ensure the security and safety of all diplomatic missions in Iraq, and to protect them from any threats or attacks, in accordance with Iraq’s relevant international obligations.

As you can clearly see, a bunch of empty words with no intention to make it more than empty words because we have seen no effort to do anything excepting slip in it is Iran’s fault for years now.  Rubio appears and they dance to US drum.

I bet you’re going to ask if it is only a few of us, or myself that see this.  Let’s move to Iran, Kian Abdullahi, editor of Tasnim:

The statement of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council is a humiliating and completely American document

▪️ The recent statement of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council, rather than a joint agreement, is a completely American and dictated text that was signed by these countries without the slightest change.

[▪️] The acceptance of this volume of domineering and contempt by the governments of the region is a matter of regret and shame; Because this passive approach makes their nations inferior and worthless in front of American policies.

▪️ Reviewing this event increases the sense of pride in the standing of the Islamic Republic of Iran. If it wasn’t for the steadfastness of the nation, the sacrifices of the martyrs and the armed forces, and the steadfastness of the Supreme Leader of the Revolution, we would have suffered such a terrible fate today.

Iran’s rule over the Strait of Hormuz was not created by a political statement that they want to prevent with a statement

If Oman does not act, Iran will single-handedly prevent the Strait of Hormuz from returning to its pre-war status

[▪️] Iran’s sovereignty and supervision over the Strait of Hormuz has not been achieved through political statements, which will now be undermined by command statements; Rather, this superior position is the product of exercising legitimate power against foreign belligerence and hostility.

▪️ The principled position of the country’s elites and authorities shows that the new order and governance in the Strait of Hormuz will not return to the era before the 9th March war.

[▪️] Iran has protected this strategic position in a full-scale confrontation in which the United States, the Zionist regime, NATO and their regional allies were present with all their weapons and support.

▪️ The Strait of Hormuz should no longer become a passage for constant threats against Iran’s national security due to the inaction of some neighbors.

[▪️] In line with regional understanding, Iran is trying to include Muscat in this security model.

▪️ But it must be said clearly that if Oman does not support Iran’s position, Iran’s rule is not ruled out and Iran will continue its work with strength; Both with Oman and without Oman.

Persian Gulf countries know that if they continue the past behavior, they will be hit harder

The position behind the scenes of some countries differs from this dictated statement; They know the heavy consequences of relying on America

▪️ The main risk factor for the Persian Gulf countries is the US military presence, which is trying to justify its destructive actions in the “Third Imposed War” with recent statements.

[▪️] Iran basically has no independent enmity with these neighbors; Rather, Iran’s punitive measures were a natural response to countries that provided their lands, bases, and equipment for espionage, reconnaissance, and military operations to the United States.

▪️ In this confrontation, not only American military bases, but all their cyber and energy interests in the region were targeted; A fate that will be repeated with double intensity if the mistakes of the past are repeated.

[▪️] Behind the curtain, the countries of the region know very well that the main root of the deprivation of their security and the damage caused to them was relying on America.

▪️ Experience showed that the claim of the American support umbrella is nothing more than a mirage, to the extent that, according to Western media, more than 80% of the American bases in the region were destroyed.

Very soon after the GCC statement, the ceasefire in Lebanon took a serious knock.  The Zionist forces considered this an open sesame that nobody will do anything to stop their carnage.   This then answers another open question for today, and this question is if the US Administration and Bloody Bibi have differences.  They may have differences with Bibi, but they have no differences in terms of continued war on Lebanon.

Ben G’vir: The ceasefire in Lebanon cannot continue
**
🔹 Itamar Ben G’vir, Minister of Internal Security of the Zionist regime, in an interview with Channel 7 of the Israeli regime, called for the resumption of the war and said that the ceasefire agreement in Lebanon cannot continue.

But he did not only say so.  Israeli attacks are now increasing in scope and we are seeing the usual ferocity setting in again.  Keeping the Israeli forces in their own self-defined ‘security zone’ within Lebanon is turning out to be a mistake.

The Israeli army issued an evacuation warning for the Lebanese city of Mansouri

🔹Following the repeated violations of the ceasefire by Israel, the army of this regime called its residents to leave the area by spreading a leaflet over the city of Mansouri.

Hezbollah, in a statement, has issued a warning for the third time regarding Israel’s violations of the ceasefire. The group emphasized that Zionist attacks are targeting civilians, while the Islamic Resistance in Lebanon has remained committed to the ceasefire up to this point.

✈️‼️Israeli warplanes carried out a new airstrike on the village of Beit Yahoun and another airstrike on the town of Nabatieh al-Fawqa early this morning. Concurrent with these airstrikes, Israeli army artillery was also active, shelling several locations in the areas of Bra’shit, Kounine, Beit Yahoun, Mifdoun, and Kfar Tebnit on the outskirts of Nabatieh.

Take very clear note of who is telling you about a Nifty New Bloc, and why.  One dead-on giveaway, is to see who trades with Israel.
