      That picture captures the raw beauty of natue. I was brought up in Tanzania (Tanganyika) and Kenya, but I have not been here, and not quite sure where it is. Hope you will enlighten us.

        Chiapas Mexico – I traveled in luxury tour busses from the North to the South, went to the other coast and traveled back — Years ago.  Many chicken busses too!  This is one of the most beautiful places I’ve seen in my life.  Another part of it is shallow waters over flat rocks and the Mayan had created a system for watering their crops with fine chiselled cutouts in these flat rocks.  I also wanted to stay behind in a local weaving group doing their dying with organic methods, and wanted just kinda to stay there forever and catch cochineal bugs for dies.  There was a little local Indian fellow with pitch black hair down to his waist, and he promised he would teach me.  I had a bed in the top part of the weaving room and an invite – all done.  My husband at the time came to join me for part of the trip and convinced me .. well, he reminded me that I had people at home who loved me.   LOL.  It was a good time!

        For a while, yes, a sort of dynamic quasi stability…during which things outside of the zone will change at rates and amplitudes impossible to accurately predict… sabotage and murders have “butterfly effects”… and the conditions in several countries will change… Many predict a sudden rise in fuel costs and supply…for example in the CONUS… Which will obviously cascade through farming and transport to the multitudes. Thus civil order may deteriorate further. This in turn may result in ever more strident use of force against the lower classes…and so forth. At some point this may have an effect that undermines the power of the ruling elite and the gang of perverts and nazi creeps…

        Some speculate that this is the goal…elimination of the “useless”, or as the great lady of dubius morals Hillary said, “deplorables”.

      Recently it was said “what is difference between tactical nuclear weapon and strategic”. Here see an answer respecting the matter in context of Kaliningrad  https://youtu.be/lO6aWrRGbKM?t=9  Alas in German, but with english subtitles available. Briefly, the difference is in the way the weapon is used, the purpose, the range at which it is used. Of course the power matches these goals, eg the bomb is smaller than a strategic bomb…probably, as even a small bomb is pretty big, and might be strategic if used against a suitable strategic target. There may be also some elements of the actual bomb design, eg a tactical bomb might be of the enhanced neutron sort, or designed to penetrate rock or concrete…and so forth.

          They both said less than Ali said previously. We shall wait for the day the sun rises twice. If the story is false and it becomes believed to be false, it would not serve the interests of anyone, and the story itself puts the demonstration in the frame of a conditional event, “if not this, then that”… Analogous, sorta, to “I have ice, sawdust, dry nitric acid and dry glycerin, and if y’all keep on doin’ what y’all been doin’ I will show everyone that I have dynamite.” Ali said the thing was Iranian, and that the design was provided by Russia. It’s ambiguous. What is pretty well agreed is that all the material and ability exists under Iranian control. This is not unique. The same is true for Japan and Germany. So far, the Iranians have not repudiated the NPT…which would be the next shoe to drop. Perhaps rather than “trap”, a drum-beating intervals to the second sunrise, incremental by degree. Maximizing benefit and avoiding excessive surprize… which surprize might cause panic in the nazi zone, and rash ill-considered reactions. It is, I think, out of character for Pepe to permit himself to be used as an agent, so if he saw the story as false, as part of a strategy, I don’t think he’d have spoken.             This was messy.

            Pepe will not allow himself to be used – of that I am sure.  So, he believed what he was given.  But Pepe with all his extraordinary talent, is not a guy that is a spook.  There is a spook in the story.  There are two spooks in the visible story.

            And I am with you partially.  The NPT is the next step but only if the two Fatwas are changed.  This is Iranian Law.  Iran will inform the Iranians.  So, before NPT, Iran will be informed.

            Pepe said that he is waiting for an official response from the leadership in Tehran before publishing his next column.   He is getting back to confirming things on a journalistic trac, calling on his own sources independently.  That is wise.  Otherwise, some of us that know him, were talking today.  He needs a night or two sleep for sure.

            So far, we have not seen the story pick up traction – wide traction that such a story will engender.  There is almost no commentary anywhere excepting in the very narrow grouping.  The USrael is continuing their war – and threatening to go back and bomb Beirut.  Orange Buffoon is on wiping everything out yet again or maybe this or maybe that or maybe not.

            Spooks tell us that this is a thing of spooks.   Spooks also tell us that they are awfully good at what they do.  Its messy – the spook world.

            i’ve shared my remembrances of russia during the 90s.  i witnessed a small part of these desperate years, aware i was a witness to something historical, simply that, moreover while i had no earthly notion of the magnitude yet even i could sense some of its importance, i only knew it was extraordinary & that for whatever fluke or reason i was a witness.   other than here, i’ve never shared these remembrances b/c i knew whatsoever had occurred was far & away from whatsoever i might make of it.   my beloved husband (from here on simply ‘bh’) understandably was sworn to silence.   so without words, within the moment of what we were witnessing, we both knew that the truth would be revealed in good time.

            this may sound irrelevant, but it provides a sense of the way & how i came to witness what i did.   during our visits, we lived primarily in what was russia’s equivalent to america’s MIT.   ‘bh’ had been granted leave from stanford to work @ mit for nearly a decade year.

            ‘bh’ told me this was one of the most prestigious if not the most prestigious research centre in the world.  i didn’t doubt it, but it was remarkable for its lack of every shred of academia’s usual pretension, save the woods of poplar surrounding the buildings. the admissions office had one elevator & 4 typewriters, its elevator could hold 2 people & one suitcase or 3 people & no suitcase.  in order to be assigned lodgings we had to take the elevator to the lodgings office & from there would be assigned our rooms.  in the elevator on our way to receive our keys, i fixed my attention on the electrician’s tape encircling the elevator’s control panel to fix it to the wall, pondering how they’d made it to moon, ‘bh’ enjoying my dismay quietly responded…’on the strength of their scientists alone!   russian scientists are unequalled, that’s why i have an entire library devoted to their papers.’

            our lodgings were in the married quarters & situated on the tenth floor.  the apartment was home to a couple of graduate students, both working on their thesis’.   they had 3 children, an infant & 2 children under the age of 5.   all had been shunted way 0ff  campus for the duration of our stay.   the ‘apartment’ was small, it contained a bed (1), a hotplate & a desk, the bathroom was on the ground floor, ten flights down.  the 2 students worked on their thesis’ while caring for their children.   they greeted us as we arrived to help us get settled & learn the ‘apartment’s’ nuances:  how to coax the hot plate plug without causing it to spark or short, how to open & close the window without losing a window pane.  after much polite discussion the couple allowed us to assist them in their exodus, carrying luggage, toys, papers & texts up 10 floors down floors to & from the main floor, where their bicycles were safely stowed.

            as our quarters were small & the research team, including their family members, was large, so in order for the more the merrier to enjoy a healthy meal we often had our dinner ‘parties’ or luncheons @ their homes.   food was not only expensive, but  scarce, the lines outside the shops required infinite patience.   as we provided the cash, one or two family members would accompany me on shopping excursions, to chat up the butcher/baker, & guide me through the neighbourhoods to the markets  which might have some of the ingredients we needed.   it was on these trips that  i got to know the wives/kids/elderly parents, often standing in line sometimes 4 or more hours for our turn to go in & pick from what may be left.  here cash wasn’t simply handy but miraculous.    ‘bh’ formed lasting friendship with his colleagues & the friendships i’d established our time in russia (saint petersburg or moscow, most often novosibirsk) were relaxed, intimate & lifelong.

            it was during one such dinner, late in the night long after the children had gone to bed, the dishes washed, after the heated intense arguing, tearing apart one theorem or another had calmed down, after vodka & most of the party had left, out host took ‘bh’ to a far corner & lifted a couple of boards.  i couldn’t tell what it was we were looking @ but from ‘bh’s gravity it was obviously shockingly significant.   neither spoke a word, the boards were returned the rug as well.  when we’d returned to our lodgings i inquired.   he shook his head & we never spoke or referred to it again.  i was quick enough to know my suspicions were confirmed, the details were not vital, & when our friend suddenly departed, abandoning his position, his research & family without a word, no one especially his family ever spoke of it or him again.   all would say a little prayer & return to work.
