On the need for a Global Axis of Resistance…

These words of Martin Luther find their living embodiment in Thiago Ávila and Saif Abu Keshek…
On April 30, 2026, they were kidnapped from the Global Sumud Flotilla and are now held and tortured in an Israeli prison. To this day, they remain on a hunger strike.
They are two men whose blood belongs to Gaza — and in whom the blood of Fidel Castro said: "The blood of one belongs to all, and the blood of all belongs to each of the others." Thiago and Saif live this truth.
They have chosen to make their bodies the last territory that cannot be colonised — their hunger strike is a silence that roars.
Their sense of justice and their conscience have carried the original Axis of Resistance to the rest of the world.

A Letter from Prison
From inside prison, Thiago Ávila dictated this letter for his young daughter to Brazilian Embassy representatives:
Dear Teresa,
I'm sorry for not being home with you right now. Unfortunately your father, your mother, and so many people around the world understood the historical task that we have the responsibility to fulfil.
Today over a million children are suffering a genocide, being starved to death, being amputated without anesthesia, and suffering from horrific, hateful ideas, despite not knowing what Zionism and Imperialism is. I'm sure you miss me too much and all the mothers and fathers of Palestinian children also miss them so much and would give anything to live a life of love, happiness, and joy that every human being deserves, independently of race, religion, ethnicity or any other characteristic.
Your world will be safer because many parents decided to give everything to build this better world for you. I hope someday you understand that because I love you so much there was nothing more dangerous for you and for other children than living in a world that accepts genocide.
Please remember your father as the person that would sing to you and play the guitar for you to sleep. And when you grow up your mom will also tell you that your father was a revolutionary and that even when facing the most horrific people alive — Donald Trump, Benjamin Netanyahu, and Itamar Ben-Gvir — he stood firm to the belief of building a better world.
Please do not forget Palestine!

Torture of Dr. Hussam Abu Safia — Director of Kamal Adwan Hospital
Once again, we have the grisly details of monstrous torture committed by the terrorist state of "Israel"… torture committed against Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, director of the Gaza hospital.
And once again, the torturers continue to relish their actions with impunity…
And once again, there is just a STONY SILENCE on the part of the UN, on the part of international courts, on the part of international organisations.
These repetitions without consequences are meant to make torture commonplace, a feature of a culture, a tradition.
How long must we sit and watch and remain impotent?
Released Palestinian detainees have provided harrowing new evidence of the systematic torture and physical deterioration of Dr. Hussam Abu Safia, the director of northern Gaza's Kamal Adwan Hospital. According to testimonies collected by the Palestinian Information Center, witnesses reported that Abu Safia has been subjected to being stripped, severely beaten after interrogations, and attacked by police dogs that mauled him and knocked him to the ground.
One witness, Ahmad Qaddas, stated he could no longer recognize the doctor due to his drastic weight loss and a "dazed" mental state, while others described hearing his screams during beatings and being suppressed with tear gas when they attempted to intervene.
Further accounts from Hamza Abu Omeira reveal that Abu Safiya suffers from constant vomiting and is being denied essential medical care despite his life-threatening condition. Detainees also reported that the doctor was kept shackled by his hands and feet for seven consecutive days and was forced to repeat degrading phrases as part of his psychological torment.
These reports of severe torture have been corroborated by UN experts and Amnesty International, who warn that the pediatrician's life is in imminent danger. Dr. Hussam Abu Safia is currently being held at the Ketziot prison in the Naqab desert under the Unlawful Combatant Law, which allows for indefinite detention without charge or trial.
The targeting of Abu Safia, who remained at his post even after his son was killed in an Israeli airstrike, is part of a broader campaign that has seen 737 medical workers taken captive by Israeli forces since the genocide began. Despite his status as a protected civilian medical practitioner under international law, an Israeli court recently extended his detention indefinitely on 28 April. Human rights organizations and legal teams from Al Mezan continue to demand his immediate release, characterizing his imprisonment as a flagrant violation of the Mandela Rules and a deliberate effort to decimate the remaining healthcare infrastructure in Gaza.
Attacks on Civilians & Children — War Crimes Without Consequence
Once again, we have attacks on hospitals, civilians, and children…
And once again, these attacks constitute a "gross violation" of the Geneva Conventions and amount to "war crimes."
And once again, there is no reaction to these crimes — on the part of the UN, on the part of international courts, on the part of international organisations.
And once again, there is just a STONY SILENCE…

A Battle of Wills — "Civilisational Resistance", Paving the Way Toward "Civilisational Advancement"
Instead of seeking global homogenisation (Gleichschaltung) and global hegemony, Iran is seeking its own civilisational advancement through the preservation and cultivation of its own specific history, heritage and culture.
Speaking to Al Mayadeen, Sheikh Abbas al-Kaabi, Member of the Presidium of the Assembly of Experts for Leadership in Iran, said that within the "battle of wills", Iran's strength lies in the cohesion of its people, its armed forces, and leadership under Sayyed Mojtaba Khamenei [...] adding that Iran is now entering the fourth phase, which is "civilizational resistance", paving the way toward "civilizational advancement."
Sheikh al-Kaabi further explained: "Iran's adversaries fear the Islamic Republic's civilizational project […] the Islamic Republic's civilizational project is grounded in monotheism, reason, justice, dignity, freedom, independence, and public awareness, to achieve global peace based on justice and the rejection of the unilateral, "pharaonic" power of Trump and the Israeli occupation."

The War Against Humanity Does Not Pause — Epidemic Torture in Israeli Prisons
No matter what negotiations go on in the "No Peace / Peace talks", the War against Humanity not only continues daily but grows ever more egregious and savage. Not a single day goes by without some new form of atrocity, some new form of torture…
Yet others continue to talk and talk in international meetings and conferences about human rights and a global harmonious future… And still there are no concrete efforts being made to end the evil now… not the slightest effort is made to even MINIMALLY ALLEVIATE the suffering of so many!
🚨 Scabies Epidemic as a Tool of Systematic Torture
The Palestinian Prisoners' Club has issued an urgent warning about conditions inside Israeli occupation prisons:
- A dangerous and rapidly accelerating wave of scabies is sweeping through prisoner sections in Israeli occupation prisons.
- Dozens of legal visits have revealed shocking levels of suffering and health collapse within the prisons.
- The prison administration deliberately deprives prisoners of treatment and health care.
- Prisons have turned into infected environments where diseases are used as a systematic tool of torture.
- In every overcrowded room housing about 8 prisoners, there are at least 3 prisoners infected with scabies.
- The occupation has canceled legal visits for prisoners infected with scabies in an attempt to cover up the scale of the health catastrophe.
- The "Ofer", "Megiddo", Naqab, and "Janot" prisons are witnessing the widest spread of the disease.
- Prisoners in "Megiddo" prison suffer from acute pain and serious health symptoms amid the absence of any real medical monitoring.
- Many prisoners have been reinfected with the disease due to the continuation of lethal health conditions.
- Some prisoners have been suffering from scabies for more than five months without actual treatment.
- Outbreaks of boils, sores, and severe infections among prisoners are a result of deliberate medical neglect.
- Prisoners are deprived of sleep due to intense itching and continuous pain.
- The deterioration of the health condition of a number of prisoners has caused them to lose the ability to move normally.
- Psychological suffering has reached unprecedented levels; for some prisoners, the only remaining wish is to be cured of the disease.
- Overcrowding, lack of hygiene, absence of ventilation, deprivation of sunlight, and lack of clothing are main reasons for the spread of the disease.
- Prisoners are forced to wear wet clothing due to a shortage of clothing and humiliating detention conditions.
- The prison system uses diseases and medical crimes as a policy of slow killing against prisoners.
- Since the start of the war of extermination, 89 prisoners and detainees have been martyred inside Israeli prisons whose identities have been announced.
- Diseases, foremost among them scabies, have constituted one of the most prominent reasons for the martyrdom of prisoners inside the prisons.
- Urgent demands are made to the World Health Organization and international institutions to intervene immediately to stop medical crimes against prisoners.

The World Is Visibly Divided Into Two Camps
Marwa Osman describes today's world as VISIBLY divided into two camps: (1) the ones profiting from the War and (2) the ones actively trying to stop the War…
The ones who remain silent and inactive belong to the first camp, because they need to conserve their complacency.
A friend on Facebook wrote a sentence worth noting about the Lebanese puppet government versus the resistance community in Lebanon:
"Their friend, America [USA], demands the continuation of massacres in Lebanon. Our friend, Iran, calls for stopping it."
That alone exposes the hypocrisy of the so-called "guardians of democracy" who preach human rights while funding, arming, and politically shielding Israeli aggression and terrorism against civilians.
As Lebanon bleeds under relentless attacks, Washington continues to provide cover for more destruction at the hands of terrorist Israel, while Iran publicly pushes for an end to the bloodshed and escalation.
The world can clearly see who profits from war… and who is trying to stop it. Not that the world cares… but at least the world can see.
Cuba: The Hour of Reckoning

Do we accept a world ruled by modern slave masters — arrogant, domineering, and unaccountable — who govern through coercion, lies, and extortion?
Or do we stand for a world grounded in respect, justice, peace, and human dignity?
Humanity's conscience is not yet dead. But in times like these, silence is complicity with evil.
If you reject the path of barbarism and domination, then find the moral courage to speak, to act, and to stand on the right side of history — before the world descends into an abyss of lawlessness and subjugation.
The choice is yours.
