– Latest Iranian barrage: Over 700 drones and hundreds of missiles target US and Israeli forces

◻️ The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has announced the 11th wave of its True Promise Four operation: a combined, large-scale strike by the IRGC’s navy and air force targeting US and Israeli bases on the third day of the war on Iran.

◻️ US information centers and supply depots in the Persian Gulf, the Israeli army communications network in Be’er Sheva and over 20 targets in Tel Aviv, West Jerusalem and Galilee were hit.

◻️ Since the start of the war on Saturday, Iranian forces have attacked 60 strategic targets and 500 US and Israeli positions, launching over 700 drones and hundreds of missiles – surpassing the number during last-year’s 12-day war in just the last 48 hours.

Wars develop their own personalities and they are hard to stop.  We may be standing at the brink of a World War.

Iran has prepared for a long war and intends to use its Mosaic defense: the IRGC ‘death by a thousand cuts’ strategy is designed to bleed US dry.  USRael does not have time on its side.  (Has Trump given up on mid-terms?)

This is a big war.  It is at the stage where there is so much happening that one cannot sort out anything real.  Embassies are burning, ships are burning, bases are burning, diplomatic centers are burning, war planes are being shot down (oh no, that cannot possibly happen and that is all denied), various gas platforms have either suspended operations or are burning,  and Iran has not stopped sending missiles and drones for one monent.  Gold prices and gas prices are rising.  From the US, it is clear, or at least the media is signalling that they are running out of necessary missile defenses.  Iran can continue like this for months.  The USrael cannot.  Tel Aviv is being demolished.  Major attacks on Tehran.  Let’s take a look in the morning.  It is all fog now.

The UAE and Qatar are privately urging allies to help convince Trump to soon stop military actions against Iran and achieve a quick diplomatic settlement, Bloomberg reports, citing sources.  According to sources, both countries are trying to avoid a regional escalation and a rise in energy prices.  “The countries are striving to create a broad coalition for a quick and diplomatic end to the conflict, people said, to prevent a regional escalation and a prolonged shock to energy prices,” the publication writes.  A Qatari assessment published by Bloomberg News states that if shipping routes in the region remain seriously disrupted by the middle of this week, they expect an even more significant market reaction to natural gas prices than the sharp surge on Monday.  Qatar shut down liquefied natural gas production at the world’s largest export facility after it became a target for Iranian drone attacks, resulting in a more than 50% increase in European gas prices.

Qatar’s stockpiles of Patriot anti-aircraft missiles will be exhausted in four days at the current rate of use.

Trump stated that he might launch a ground operation against Iran.  “We could start a full-scale war with Iran. I could send ground troops into their territory. I’m not ruling it out,” said the US President.

What a people!  The Iranians, and other groups are out in the streets.  They are filling the city streets and the squares and the open areas.  The US missiles come in and boom boom – the Iranians in the street shout and rejoice and they shout TAKBEER.  God is the greatest!   But they don’t leave, they don’t hide, they don’t run.  We do not understand these faith-based people but we should!  It is a faith that is a gift.  People and the US got them completely wrong.  In a massive expression of winning over death, they shout Takbeer.   The Green Zone in Bagdad is surrounded by protestors and if they cannot carry the American out of there, they will shout them out of there, despite the police action.   https://en.haberler.com/iraq-is-in-turmoil-shiites-flocked-to-the-green-19612551/ 

This is an existential moment.

People like this cannot be defeated.  And they are fighting for us.  For once a people stood up and said NO MORE.  And to paraphrase a friend today who said he had an instant feeling of gratitude – gratitude that he was allowed to choose courage in the face of hegemon.  We can disagree with their politics, disagree with their religion, disagree with their methods, whatever. A CIA base of operations has been demolished today.  Reported is that six CIA died, and a number were injured.  But we hear Trump, saying only 3 fatalities so far, while the video shows bodybag after bodybag being carried out of the airplane.  To give you all the Trump comments today is a lost cause.  He is playing TACO and saying that they will win in say … oh, he is not sure, perhaps a week or so.  We can only say that he is still calling to these peoples in the city streets and squares to lay down their weapons and the US will let them live.  ‘We are here to help you Iranians, is his schtick.  All I can tell you is to follow Hoopoe31 for the best moment by moment reporting.  There is a lot going on that people do not even know.  We have eight countries involved and the Europeans are threatening to step in for what that is worth which is nothing!  How is it even possible to report.   One has to write a daily book.

The IRGC just announced:

A radar part of the “THAAD” systems of the Israeli regime’s anti-missile defense network in Al-Ruwais, UAE, was completely destroyed by a precision missile strike from the IRGC.

A US naval task group fuel-support ship, located 700 km off the coast of Chabahar, was also hit by an Iranian drone and missiles, and has been disabled and removed from operational service.

The announcement also says the IRGC’s advanced anti-ship missile systems continue to track the US naval fleet in the region.

Israel didn’t convince the US to launch this war. Controlling the region was a Western ambition since the British Empire and inherited by the US before there ever was an “Israel.” Controlling the region is ESSENTIAL for open US plans to encircle and contain both Russia and China.
