KeymasterI certainly allow for the possibility that the US/Israel may yet attack Iran again and attempt to inflict upon them a "decisive defeat" and "regime change". But until then, I stand by my assessment below: https://t.co/JMyT5UxbdU

Not tens of millions of dollars paid by the CIA in bribes. Not several years of infiltration of the military. The fact that the air defences hadn't even left their hangars is all irrelevant.

There are still no reports that CSG-3 (USS Abraham Lincoln CVN-72) has entered the CENTCOM AOR. This can only mean it is deliberately remaining well outside of Iranian missile range.

Possible Iran Air Strike Scenario
If indeed the US/Israel plan to do “something” in the form of major air strikes against Iran that goes beyond launching Tomahawk cruise missiles, I doubt they will attempt an assassination of Khamenei, nor any strikes deep in Iran. I simply don’t believe they can execute such an ambitious attack, and the more time spent flying over Iran increases the risk of aircraft getting shot down.
I think the most likely target(s) for US carrier-based strikes would be the oil terminal at Kharg Island and the port facilities at Bandar Abbas.
In both cases, they would likely park CSG-3 off the coast of Oman (south of the US logistics base at Duqm) and do aerial refueling over the UAE and Iraq or Kuwait.
I reckon they could very likely execute such a strike without losing aircraft — but, of course, they will likewise not meaningfully degrade Iranian counterstrike capability. So then we’ll have the fireworks of a major Iranian attack against US bases in the region — not to mention a serious attempt to strike the carrier and its destroyer escorts.
Anyway, these are just my passing thoughts now that the likelihood of a US/Israeli strike seems to be rising.
If nothing happens within 24 – 48 hours, then I think the likelihood of nothing at all happening increases exponentially.

📈 ParabolicThe only chart gone more parabolic than gold and silver is the one tracking the claimed number of Iranians “slaughtered by the Mullahs”.
As though the empire needs a pretext for war. 🤦♂️
It’s long-since arrived at the stage where it’s “All War, All the Time”.

Participantit is what it is
Sunrise doesn’t last all morning
A cloudburst doesn’t last all day
Seems my love is up
And has left you with no warning
It’s not always gonna be this grey
All things must pass
All things must pass away
Sunset doesn’t last all evening
A mind can blow those clouds away
After all this my love is up
And must be leaving
But it’s not always going
To be this grey
All things must pass
All things must pass away
All things must pass
None of life’s strings can last
So I must be on my way
And face another day
Now the darkness only stays at night time
In the morning it will fade away
Daylight is good
At arriving at the right time
But it’s not always going
To be this grey
All things must pass
All things must pass away
All things must pass
All things must pass away— George Harrison

KeymasterIranian missile tested over Russia into Siberia – I was hesitant to speak on this as we had no proof. Still no proof, but reliable commentary.
Alastair Crooke just indicated that test happened. No proof, but he’s usually careful about his factual statements. He mentions it as ICBM ballistic, which if it had a glide vehicle atop, that would constitute the basic hypersonic category.
China’s is a glide vehicle and Russia has the Avangard hypersonic glide vehicle. .

Recalling that the ignorant west gang is under the imperative of liquidating Iranian sovereignty, and in serious trouble in Die Heimat over the reactions to ICE gang murders…and those pictures in the Epstein files…A splendid war with Persia may seem to them like a happy solution…the gods create their delusions…lead them into defeat…which brings us back to Hudson’s opening remarks… “nutty!” all of ’em, not just the european nitwits.

One could say the Germans might have a pretty good idea on this one…
</h3>
The Slovak Prime Minister, Robert Fico, told EU leaders that he was alarmed after meeting Donald Trump on January 17 at Mar-a-Lago, calling Trump’s state of mind “dangerous” and raising concerns about his “psychological state”, according to EU diplomats. The White House rejected this account, stating:
“This is absolute fake news… The meeting at Mar-a-Lago was positive and productive.”

Participant“Naval Blockade” is not necessarily equivalent to seizing ships. A general definition: “an operation by a belligerent State to prevent vessels and/or aircraft of all States, enemy as well as neutral, from entering or exiting specified ports, airfields, or coastal areas belonging to, occupied by, or under the
control of an enemy belligerent State”wiki say> According to modern international law, blockades are an act of war. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Blockade
a learned paper on the subject> https://www.researchgate.net/publication/326991862_Naval_Blockade
Forces attempting to blockade are liable to be destroyed. The goal may be “optical”, in that the dark attacking “blockading” force “leadership” desires that Iran “be seen to have struck the first blow” – which iirc is a quote from Roosevelt with respect to the Japanese actions at Pearl Harbor…
