“Russia has launched new attacks on Ukraine, including the launch of the ‘Orekhnik’ ballistic missile, which is capable of carrying a nuclear payload. Nebenzya stressed that it’s pointless to “chant incantations about a ‘ceasefire’ in the hope of catching their breath from crushing defeats on the battlefield”. Zelensky’s “absurd ‘conditions'” that don’t take into account reality, which he puts forward in response to US proposals, won’t help him either, “effectively nullifying them”. Nebenzya noted that the problem will be resolved by military means, “until the Kiev ruler comes to his senses and agrees to realistic negotiation conditions”.
