Chaos, lawlessness, tumult and turmoil

Short environmental comments – from the top of my head.

The rules-based-international-order is dead. There is no law from the side of the west.

We can talk about what the European leaders have to say or what Zelensky has to say, but that is futile. It is also painful for any reasonable person. Maria Z and others from the Russian side report that Europe has started a formal campaign to scare Europeans into war. They are making their citizens scared of Russia so that their citizens do not question the fact that the states are not supporting their citizens. The increasing violence on the streets (a fellow with a knife going berserker and just sticking the knife into random people on the street) shows the desperation of the average person.

We can talk about what the US has to say.  The Signal leak (it is a legitimate leak, whether it was planted or not) has said it all. The bloodlust is apparent, but more than that, the inability to consider anyone but themselves on this planet as human beings and the wish to annihilate anyone that is not themselves, then they split everyone in the space that they supposedly belong.  Berserker people are driving into crowds with their vehicles.

Trump: ‘I WILL BE KNOWN AS THE FERTILIZATION PRESIDENT.’ It is not difficult to understand how he visions his ‘fertilization.’One only has to visualize a bunch of little Trumpers and Little Elon’s running around. Threats and coercion are the themes of the day. It is now Egypt: TRUMP BLACKMAILS EGYPT INTO ACCEPTING GAZA MASS DISPLACEMENT PLAN – UAE President Sheikh MbZ reportedly delivered the message to Egypt himself, warning that it’s Egypt’s ‘LAST CHANCE to accept displaced Gazans or LOSE US support. Egypt and many other countries have repeatedly refused Trump’s ethnic cleansing “solution.”

Regarding the Ukraine negotiations, I stand with my comments on this post: FM Lavrov: Interview with Russia’s Channel 1 following the latest round of marathon negotiations with the US in Saudi Arabia.   https://sovereignista.com/2025/03/26/fm-lavrov-interview-with-russias-channel-1-following-the-latest-round-of-marathon-negotiations-with-the-us-in-saudi-arabia/

This morning, RT had an interview with Russian Senator Grigory Karasin, and what happened there was very clear.  The US was sent back home to do their homework.  “Our group will continue to work on the instructions of the Russian president. If it is deemed necessary to discuss additional issues with our American partners, new meetings are, of course, possible. But we have no plans for this as of now.”  https://www.rt.com/russia/614828-they-listened-carefully-russian-senator/

It is then also clear that Ukraine will not adhere to any agreement made in this format.  “Despite official statements of the Kyiv regime about the claimed cessation of strikes at objects of Russian power infrastructure, over the past 24 hours, the AFU continued attacking these facilities.”  As I expected, the US is negotiating under false pretenses, as they do not have the ability to get Kiev to agree.

What is Russia to do? Russia can keep us out of nuclear war for as long as it can. It can send a new envoy to the US to keep things cool and calm for as long as possible, and it did that. On the Iran axis, it looks bleak, but do continue reading Sony Thang.

China is fighting this fight economically.  Since the trade tariffs were called, Chinese exports to the US are reducing, and some are disappearing from the marketplace, such as cotton, wheat, and other commodities.  The Chinese imports from the US are also reducing, and the numbers are significant.  China is re-orienting its marketplace and buying from other suppliers.  The US is no longer the biggest market for China by orders of magnitude.  The US is still trying to speak loudly, but their stick is getting smaller each day.   Walmart was just called on the carpet by China’s Ministry of Commerce because Walmart tried to push suppliers into lowering prices in order to escape the Trump Tariffs sticker shock to buyers on the US side.   China said that these problems must be discussed at the WTO and did not give a centimeter.  This all happened in the previous day or two.  So, today it is announced that the US suspended its contributions and called for a review of the WTO.  Despite this, I think China will not play the game of making the US rich through Trump tariffs.

I was reading a set of interview questions asked of interviewees for an article that SCMP was preparing.  The article is behind a paywall.  The first question was:  How will the tariffs influence BRICS countries?  The answer was clear:  They will not trade with the US but will reorientate trade and supply chains.

On the side of China, our X friend ShanghaiPanda@thinking_panda states:

Basically, my personal feeling – In China, we almost don’t need to import any manufactured goods, software or services. We produce everything, we make everything. From birth to death, from toys to missiles, we can all choose “Made in China”. It’s a powerful sense of safety.

Then, we get the weird stuff.  The US Kristy Noem made a video in front of the US penal colony in El Salvador.   Behind her was the jail with prisoners looking out.   The folks that are skilled in these things very quickly called that Green Screen with a rolling screen behind her showing the prison and the inmates looking out explained precisely how one can see it, and of course, that is not on her X channel any longer.  https://t.me/meriblood/4521

I think we have to take the stance that nothing from the US can be trusted at this time.
