I love all the commentators. And AHH who is my best hand-in-hand collegue and we live on different continents. I know when his kids have hair nits and he knows when I break out in a heat allergy. Its like China and Russia, the relationship.

Some Changes: This is a change that we can expect. We will be posting a few more international relations issues from the US. Usually we ignored them, but with the advent of Trump, it is too comical to ignore. And of course, the empire is flailing and falling but we have a war or two to go until that great day. I do hope that they fall on their feet and become a normal country. In the mean time, Trump will preside over a good part of the fall of the empire. See the two short pieces that I posted today. Another change: Over the next while, Daily Chronicles will become much shorter. I will try and focus more on posts instead of being full of energy in the mornings and filling up those Chronicles. It will be easier for others as well to link to chronicles in post or article form on our site.

We will see BRICS and SCO and the other new world organizations grow. The frustration will be quite terrible, yet, if I look back today, there is BRICS growth. See the piece posted today on BRICS Partner States.

The reason for these extra site comments is that I am going to run a fundraiser for December and for January. We need to do some work on the site to keep up with its growth. A few pieces of software is needed and a tech that will need to get paid for small development jobs.

I want to get in a financially secure enough position to do what was part of my duties at the old Saker site. We had a tithing principle, and as the donations came in, I was lucky enough to be able to decide who I could tithe to from our side, at the time of closing the month-end books. So each month this was an excitement to choose someone in our milieu to donate to according to a tithing principle. I felt 10 feet tall and again understood that it is wonderful to receive but double wonderful to give. I hope we will very soon be in that secure space.

Once this new method settles, there are methods on Telegram to raise funding. That is next on my list. Our telegram is very boring and I should make that a little more interesting. If you have not done so, go and click the join button as Telegram works on number of members to do anything.

I told only five people that I’m going to do this and have done no promotion since then. In fact, in our setup here, search engines are discouraged. During all this time, only two people were kicked out, we had about five site attacks and we still fight one off every now and again. A very good decision that I made right up front was to spend a slight bit more in monthly payments for the hosting of the site and this means I have a sliding scale for Denial of Service attacks. More I don’t want to say, but we pay extra only when I have to slide the scale up. Yes yes, it has happened. This principle literally saved us a big bunch of money. The second good decision that I made was to select a site host out of Hong Kong. This is outside of the China Fire Wall and their laws are not so that the raiders can come in and force us off-line easily. But, there are ways, so we are careful. The host is still to today enormously helpful. They were fairly new at the time, and if I have to send in a service ticket, the boss’s son, who was the only tech at the time, still takes care of any serverside tech problems that we may have. Just very recently we had to kick upwards some physical RAM and in the next few months we will have to add on some disk as half our disk space is utilized.

As we grow, the cost grows as well. For similar sized sites were are however still on a shoestring budget.

So, I hope you can donate to us over these two months. On my side you will not believe it, but sometimes I cry. When our previous paypal supporter quickly set up for us through her office because every single account or ability that I had to do anything was stolen when I was in hospital, brought in the first donations, I was crying and sobbing saying .. Oh these wonderful people! She is a fundraiser and just laughed at me, and then saw my awe, and just hugged me.
