Secret chats expose decade of US meddling in Ecuador: The GrayZone

This is the Ecuador story.  Remember when Ecuador allowed Julian Assange to be taken from their embassy in the UK after the previous president gave him shelter?

Up to now, I’ve been aware that Ecuador is a lost country for the Global South, but did not know why.  The GrayZone received leaked chats and exposed the years-long US meddling.

What is important here, is the continuous lawfare mechanisms utilized, stretching over the timespan of three presidents.

It is part of the hybrid war on the Global South but seldom do we see its face so brutal and open.   This has been an ignored segment of the war.
