The World ceased to be American

‘As you know, after the third ring, the lights go out and the show begins… but the United States remained silent.’

By Rotislav Ishchenko.

(machine translation)

Akella missed only once, and only because Sherkhan deliberately startled a deer that was being chased by a pack of wolves. And then he immediately had complex, almost unsolvable, problems. The crisis was resolved only thanks to Mowgli’s intervention.

The hegemon in politics must constantly prove his right to hegemony, just as the leader of a wolf pack is constantly forced to demonstrate that he has sufficient strength and dexterity to defend his status from encroachments. The exemplary assassinations of Slobodan Milosevic, Saddam Hussein, and Muammar Gaddafi were carried out by the Americans so that other potential rebels who want to violate the will of the hegemon will think a hundred times that they also face a similar prospect.

Similarly, the American-trained Ukrainian Nazis were going to kill the already broken, deposed and fleeing Yanukovich. He dared to disobey the Americans and their allies, postponed the signing of the Association Agreement with the EU, and then tried to sit out the Maidan. If I hadn’t hesitated and stopped Berkut at critical moments of acceleration, I could have won in principle. In this way, he set a bad example for other political leaders. That is why the Americans were going to kill him, despite all his pro-European nature, and by the time the hunt for him began, his inability to thwart US plans in Ukraine.

Kolomoisky was not killed, perhaps only because it was his activism, his fighters, and his money that turned the tide in favor of the putschists in the Southeast in 2014. But he is in prison because he allowed himself to rob US citizens and refused to respond to the more than transparent recommendations of the State Department to return someone else’s property. By the way, for the same reason, Kolomoisky long before the Maidan and his Bandera tricks became persona non grata in Russia.

He robbed Tatneft, Putin recommended that he put someone else’s stuff where it was and not steal any more. Kolomoisky decided that he could ignore this recommendation, after which he lost all his assets in Russia, and all the intermediaries he sent to the Kremlin returned with nothing (no one wanted to talk to them, they shied away like the plague).

Superpowers don’t bargain with hucksters. Therefore, in Russia, Kolomoisky is also guaranteed to go to prison. So that others don’t feel bad. The Americans, having robbed the former oligarch like a sticky note and held him in prison (so far Ukrainian), can let him die under the bridge, or they can arrange a heart attack for him.

Note that Kolomoisky did not harm the political interests of the United States. Of course, he tried to negotiate with Russia, but the Kremlin did not talk to him, so as not to set a bad example for other blackmailers who might try to repeat Kolomoisky’s trick (first to steal someone else’s goods, and then, for a political service, to say sorry to themselves and leave some of the stolen goods behind). However, the US has secured his placement in prison and may kill him. What can we say about politicians who openly opposed American hegemony, if only because they did not listen to the “advice” of the US ambassador or the special representative of the State Department.

Hegemony is based not so much on bayonets – there are not enough bayonets for the whole world — as on fear. Therefore, the United States cannot reach an agreement with Russia and China. To agree, to recognize the exclusive interests of Moscow and Beijing, even in relatively small regions adjacent to their borders, and even in exchange for their non-interference in US affairs in the rest of the world, would mean showing others that a willingness to physically resist American hegemony allows them to win and forces Washington to compromise. After that, no stone would be left unturned from the hegemony, as dozens of states would immediately begin to “pump rights”, and the CIA would not have enough military force and special operations for everyone.

In the face of an acute confrontation with Russia and China, the Americans had blood in their noses to demonstrate the reliability of control over the rest of the world.

The first bell rang when France began to lose ground in West Africa, which since the second half of the nineteenth century had been first a colonial possession and then a sphere of exclusive interests. The United States was unable to support its closest ally and, not wanting to lose publicly, recommended that France leave quietly and without a scandal (they say, they didn’t really want to sit in this Africa, they just tried to help the locals, but they turned out to be ungrateful).

The second call is the failure of the United States to get its NATO allies to unequivocally support Israel in the latter’s proxy war with Hamas and Hezbollah. Now the Europeans, seeing no way to end the conflict with the victory of Israel, or to break their negative public opinion for Tel Aviv, recommend that the United States not be too zealous in helping the Jewish state, since the allies will not only not be able to support their position, but some are forced to strongly oppose it, which will demonstrate the lack of unity of the West.

The United States was forced to listen to the opinion of its allies. They have not stopped helping Israel, but they insist on an early cessation of hostilities (which, without achieving an unequivocal victory over Hamas, will be a serious moral defeat for Israel).

The third call is the refusal of Saudi Arabia to renew the contract on the sale of oil for dollars. And it’s not that Biden offended the Saudi crown prince (who actually runs the country), the Americans have previously treated Arabs, including Saudis, without any consequences for themselves. The problem for Washington is that the Saudi authorities allowed themselves to publicly humiliate the United States by refusing to extend the treaty that was fundamental for Washington, on which the entire system of dollar dominance (as the world’s reserve currency and the currency of world trade settlements) was based, which is inextricably linked with the system of American military and political dominance. Non-nuclear, relatively weak militarily (unable to defeat even the Yemeni Houthis) Saudi Arabia has allowed itself to publicly oppose the United States on a crucial issue for the latter.

As you know, after the third ring, the lights go out and the show begins. It wasn’t long in coming. In Kenya, riots broke out against the intention of the pro-American government to raise taxes, which quickly resulted in demands for a change of power. Despite the demonstrative action of Washington, which urgently declared Kenya its main non-NATO ally, on June 26, deputies were forced to secretly flee the parliament building, and the president left his residence.

The Kenyan government lost control of the country on the same day that a coup attempt took place in Bolivia, which had signed an agreement on joint lithium production with Russian companies just the day before. Bolivian deposits have about the same impact on the market of this metal, which is necessary for modern batteries (including those used in modern UAVs), as Saudi hydrocarbons have on the oil market or Qatari ones on the gas market.

Former Bolivian President Evo Morales (who himself was forced to leave his post prematurely under pressure from the street, supported by the military and the United States) said yesterday that the army commander-in-chief, General Juan Jose Zuniga, was preparing a plot. President Luis Arce immediately fired the general, and Zuniga responded by launching a military coup.

However, it took only a few hours to arrest General Zuniga and send the rebel units to the barracks. The people, government, police and part of the army supported the current president, but the United States remained silent, although it is clear that the coup was prepared with their knowledge and with their support, as it was supposed to change the power focused on cooperation with Russia and China in the important state of the region for the United States (which has the world’s largest reserves of lithium-a strategic raw material for modern high-tech production).

Most likely, Washington was not ready for Zunyiga’s spontaneous speech, but earlier in such situations, the United States immediately decided to support pro-American putschists, since if a pro-American putsch began, it should not be defeated. In the current conditions, Washington simply does not have enough resources to respond immediately, and while the search for the necessary resources is underway, the pro-American forces presented to themselves are being defeated. So it happened in Bolivia, where the pro-American rebels lost, and so it happened in Kenya, where the pro-American government is losing.

Perhaps in the future, Washington will be able to temporarily win back one of these areas, or even both. Although recently the Americans have been getting worse and worse with this – there are a lot of defeats, and almost no successful projects. But the situation with the majority of principled votes at the UN, with the attempt to gather the “global South” for a conference in Switzerland and condemn Russia, with the unsuccessful persuasion of third world leaders not to communicate with Putin, indicates that the recently seemingly unshakable control of the United States over Africa and most of Latin America is a thing of the past.

The” whole world community ” in the American way is inevitably shrinking to a NATO-enclosed Euro-America, with Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Taiwan in the Pacific Ocean. Moreover, even among these allies there are dissidents who cannot be dealt with, despite the shots fired at Fico and the harassment of Orban.

The hegemon missed more and more often, and finally began to miss constantly. The world has ceased to be American. The US can still kill individual politicians, but it is no longer able to control the planet. The time of retribution is fast approaching. Too many people in this world, like Hillary Clinton, who rejoiced in the death of Gaddafi, would like to say “wow!” as they watched the savage crowd lynch the last US president on live TV.

Remarking, fine evaluation, but in particular of the penultimate paragraph> The” whole world community ” in the American way is inevitably shrinking to a NATO-enclosed Euro-America, with Japan, the Republic of Korea, Australia, New Zealand, the Philippines and Taiwan in the Pacific Ocean. Moreover, even among these allies there are… Read more »

It is a pathology. But pathologies grow, so perhaps it did not come with the initial wave from Europe. I don’t know and can only judge by my American family in law, who were good people and certainly not pathologised. Pathology of course is a study of disease of human… Read more »

This is tremendously depressing stuff. A very good example is the beginnings of the Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness, hoʻoponopono. That basically means ‘correction’. There was this physician who became the head of a Hawaiian prison, with the most dangerous prisoners with no hope for improvement. The story goes… Read more »

Thank you. You told many things I did not know. Though I was familiar with some epigenetic studies, your familiarity is much deeper. Of course individuals are the genetic and epigenetic carriers, but I had in mind a societal model of pathology…as we see the society or set of mini-societies… Read more »

aha – Aha … Mr P – than we get to some quantum entanglement, Einstein’s Spooky Action at a Distance. In the thinking, all of these epigenetics of mine entangles – like the example of the twins, and then the pathology becomes visible in various forms. The ketosis model then… Read more »

We are well on the way, but not yet. The hegemon is putting up one mother of a fight.
