First, something on the Pakistani ‘mediation’.
– Islamabad to host Quadrilateral meeting of the Foreign Ministers of Turkiye, Saudi Arabia and Egypt with Pakistani Deputy PM and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.
A high-level meeting is scheduled for March 30, as the Quad makes a genuine effort to de-escalate tensions between Iran and the United States.

This is as dodgy as it gets. Riyadh is actually PUSHING Washington for more war. Pak role is beyond murky.
