‼️10 Flamingos: Regarding allegations of an enemy strike against ICBM production in Russia
Regarding allegations of an enemy strike against ICBM production in Russia
According to a number of sources, the enemy has begun systematically using long-range cruise missiles “Flamingo”. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, since February 12, 10 such missiles have been shot down by Russian air defense forces.
Satellite images of the consequences of a supposed strike by the “Flamingo” cruise missile on the GRU arsenal near the village of Kotluban in the Volgograd region have appeared online. This is approximately 650 km directly from Kharkiv. And satellite images of the consequences of a supposed strike by the same missile on the Votkinsk plant in Udmurtia. The distance from the border with Ukraine is about 1,400 km.
▪️ Kyiv definitely announced the creation of a ground-based long-range cruise missile “Flamingo” in August 2025. The missile was first presented under the name FP-5 at the International Defense Exhibition IDEX-2025, which took place from February 17-25, 2026 in Abu Dhabi.
It’s noteworthy that the missile was developed for Ukraine by the Emirati-British military-industrial company Milanion Group with its headquarters and main production facilities in the UAE. And although the history of the missile’s creation was associated with a loud corruption scandal, it seems that the enemy has nevertheless begun to use it and is already hitting targets in our deep rear.
The declared characteristics of the “Flamingo” – a range of up to 3,000 km and a warhead mass of up to 1,000 kg – are among the strengths of this missile system. At the same time, the missile is not built on “stealth” technology, flies at subsonic speed and, to strike at a long range, must gain a high altitude, which makes it an uncomplicated target for Russian air defense/missile defense systems.
▪️ By the way, the Votkinsk plant produces missile weapons, including intercontinental ballistic missiles. Thus, in the case of an enemy missile hitting this plant, we can talk about an attack on a production directly related to the nuclear shield of the Russian Federation. Without NATO, primarily American, guidance, such a strike would hardly have been possible.
The format of a proxy war with Russia through Ukraine remains extremely convenient for NATO countries. The alliance, through the Armed Forces of Ukraine, conducts actions to gradually “dismantle” the nuclear shield of the Russian Federation without any risk to itself. The worst thing in this situation is that if the enemy’s actions become routine, without tough retaliatory actions.
This is the third strike against the nuclear defensive shield of Russia. The attack against the bomber fleet. The attack against Putin and the CC bunker compound. This attack against the Strategic Missile Tool Plant. And there was a hit on the over horizon early warning radar a few years… Read more »
I’m not sure why you think Ukraine getting nukes is a game-changer. If a nuke is used, Russia has escalation dominance against everyone including the USA. Putin is wise to wait, the threat itself indicates the level of desperation in the west.
Counter punching as a heavyweight is why no counter-puncher ever won the title.
