As these lines go to print, the World Economic Forum (WEF) is holding its 56th Annual Davos event (18 – 23 January 2026). Hundreds of pre-WEF activists are on location to protest this world-ruining event, where on Wednesday, 21st January, President Trump is scheduled to appear in person, with maximum police and military security, naturally, most at Swiss tax-payers expense.
The very WEF bears a key responsibility for the Juliaca massacre – and many more around the globe.
In preparation for President Trump’s two-day visit to Davos, Swiss and US military helicopters (called “Marine One”) were exercising together between Zurich airport and Davos, during the weekend of 17 / 18 January 2026, preceding the WEF-Davos conference.
The US “Marine One” helicopters were transferred to Switzerland in large military aircraft such as Boeing C-17 Globemaster III and Lockheed C-130 Hercules. All this to protect Trump, whom many associate with cold-blooded assassins – his support of Netanyahu’s massacre in Gaza, NATO in Ukraine, ISIS in Syria, Iran, and on 3 January 2026 also Venezuela, as well as many more places bombed under Trump’s leadership.
The world is becoming every day more absurd, lawless, and criminal, and the braindead populace just lets it be.
You may ask, what does the WEF have to do with the Juliaca massacre of 9th of July 2023? The short answer is – EVERYTHING.
The Peruvian – Spanish documentary “Uyariy” (Aymara for “Listen”), is an extraordinary coverage of the massacre ordered by Peruvian President Dina Boluarte of peaceful protesters in Juliaca, near Puno in Peru. The movie was released in cinemas on 8 January 2026, the eve of the 3rd Anniversary of the 9th January 2023 carnage in Juliaca, claiming 18 deaths and hundreds of insured people. “Uyariy” means “listen” in Aymara. That is what the indigenous protesters wanted, when they went to Lima to make their case of 200-plus years of discrimination – they wanted the government to LISTEN. But nobody listened. Nothing has changed.
The social unrests emerged in 2022 / 2023, especially in the southern Peruvian Andes, Puno, Juliaca, Cusco, Arequipa, Ayacucho, Apurímac, after President Castillo’s impeachment and removal from office on December 7, 2022, after only 16 months as President of a total 5-year term. The reason for the well-planned removal was the Boluarte-inspired, but President Castillo-announced closing of Congress, with new elections to follow. A decision prompted by the Congress’s blockage of basically all of Castillo’s initiatives, also a planned measure to block his Presidency which began on 28 July 2021 and would have ended on 27 July 2026.
Overall police aggression against peaceful demonstrations in 2022 and 2023 throughout Peru’s mostly southern Andean regions, claimed between 50 and 60 lives, maybe more, with some also in Peru’s capital, Lima.
Most of the protests took place in Castillo’s strongholds where he won over 70-80% in 2021. The Southern Andean indigenous people saw in Castillo one of “theirs”, defending finally their indigenous rights, as human rights, after what they justifiably claim, 200 years of discrimination by an elite-run Lima. An elite, largely still pretending and behaving like descendants from the Royal Court of Spain.
“Uyariy” opens showing the merciless police and military aggression against an unarmed people, demonstrating peacefully against Boluarte’s Government, having put their President in jail. Police and military forces use machine guns with live bullets, shooting into the masses, even from military helicopters.
No arrests or convictions have occurred by 2026. A horrifying atrocity that until this day has not found any justice in the Peruvian courts, or even in Parliament.
The 90-minute film blends Andean music, victim’s families’ testimonies, and historical context to highlight calls for justice. The movie shows the ruthless impunity, racism against indigenous groups and peaceful and unarmed resistance. Music and songs in Quechua and Aymara, interviews with relatives of the victims, mothers, fathers, siblings in tears and deep sorrow for their lost children, adolescent students, and parents – many of the students were on course for a good future, convey pain without need for translation.
The indigenous songs’ lyrics emphasize and repeat cultural exclusion for over 200 years of indigenous people. A poignant lakeside scene at Titicaca, where families float victims’ photos on a boat, evokes raw grief and solidarity.
The deliberate historic lack of decent education for indigenous people was a repeated topic, clearly pointing to the elite’s choice of preferring uneducated masses that will not cause problems for their continued “leadership” in own interest. It may and hopefully will backfire, as indigenous people are no longer asleep. They are increasingly demanding their rights and active participation in society and government, away from their present slavehood.

The Peruvian government, including President Dina Boluarte, the Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, denied responsibility for the Juliaca massacre. They blame protesters for the deaths, labeling them coup instigators or terrorists, despite evidence of police using live ammunition like shotgun pellets and possibly AK-47 rifles. The Attorney General’s Office initiated limited investigations, leading to nothing. Ms. Dina Boluarte’s government to this day is facing accusations of impunity. To no avail.
On October 10, 2025, Dina Boluarte was finally impeached and removed from office as President of Peru for her “permanent moral incapacity”, due to her government’s failure to handle an escalating security crisis, rampant crime, and a series of corruption scandals, including multiple private trips abroad at government expense.
As of January 2026, Boluarte was not reported to be in jail. While she is under investigation for corruption and human rights abuses, a judge rejected a request to prevent her from leaving Peru immediately following her ouster. She was dubbed “the world’s least popular leader” with approval ratings as low as 2% to 4% in 2025.

Why does Boluarte and her government get away with murder in impunity? – Because Boluarte and her government have the backing of the WEF and the WEF’s sponsors. Guess who they may be? If not, look it up, and you will not be surprised. It is Big-Big Finance with majority interests in the western military complex that uses some of Peru’s unique and unrenewable resources.
The timing of President Castillo’s dismissal was perfect in more ways than one. Shortly after his impeachment and subsequent imprisonment, a series of long-term international corporate mining and other exploitation contracts expired and needed renewal, so that Peru’s natural resources could continue being extracted for a pittance; the usual 10% to maximum 20% for Peru, the balance for the exploiter. These long-term contracts are worth tens if not hundreds of billions of dollars.
They refer largely to copper mining, and where there is copper there is usually also gold. Peru has the world’s third largest copper reserves, a key metal for the arms industry. During his 16 months in Office, President Castillo repeatedly said he would not renew the contracts at these terms. A good reason for Boluarte to take over the Presidency and sign the renewal of all the contracts.
Taking a few steps back in history, this WEF Coup d’État was planned way ahead of Pedro Castillo’s election in 2021. When asked in an interview from prison, who Dina Boluarte was, he said, he knew her only by reputation. She never had a Peruvian Congress seat or any other official government role. She was imposed as his running mate. He had no choice but to accept her. We know now how she got where she arrived when needed.
Ms. Boluarte is a World Economic Forum (WEF) implant, one of the Young Global Leaders (YGL). Former WEF founder and CEO, Klaus Schwab, often mentioned, how proud he was being able to infiltrate these YGL’s in Governments throughout the world. No matter what they do, the WEF – and those who are pulling the strings behind the WEF – will protect them, as long as their barbarian actions in their government serve the interests of the barbarians running the WEF.
Just to be sure the world understands, virtually all European Union’s (EU) member heads of state, as well as the European Commission (EC), Madame Von der Leyen and her closest collaborators, are also graduates of the WEF’s Academy for YGLs. In addition, Ms. Von der Leyen is on the WEF’s Board of Trustees, and is often seen at WEF’s HQs in Geneva for “consultation”.
Another WEF scholar is Mark Rutte, NATO’s Secretary General, former Dutch Prime Minister, who was instrumental in killing Hollands prominent agriculture. It was the world’s second largest export agriculture, after the US. Mr. Rutte too, an obedient scholar, did this at the behest of the WEF’s handlers. These people stay in their circles, to do good for their elite masters.
Mr. Schwab is gone from the premises of the WEF’s HQs in Colony, a Genevan suburb, after having been accused and investigated for “irregularities”. A group of lawyers in Zürich, hired by the very WEF, examined Schwab’s case, after the Financial Times and Wall Street Journal published in the past years several articles on Schwab’s alleged financial “irregularities” and unethical work culture, including sexual harassment of female employees.
As could be expected, the investigating lawyers vindicated Schwab of any wrongdoing. By doing so, the WEF-appointed lawyers also vindicated the WEF itself, for having ignored their boss’s alleged “transgressions”.
So, all is clean again. The WEF has reset itself, and is continuing its Reset and All-digitization atrocities on a “clean” slate.
