Thanks for explanation Minh. Well said. Elites never learn. And Malaysia had the 1MDB scandal recently too. Note Gulfies served as conduit for that corruption. Fortunately China owns the key processes and serves as gatekeeper regardless of Malaysian elite perfidy. USA remains empty handed
