Israel continues to violate the ceasefire agreement by keeping the Rafah crossing closed and preventing the passage of humanitarian aid, the wounded, and essential equipment for search and recovery efforts. This reflects its failure to comply with humanitarian provision and deepens the suffering of civilians in the Gaza Strip.

Meanwhile, Hamas stated that the continued closure of the crossing and the prevention of movement of citizens and the wounded, and the obstruction of rescue teams and equipment constitute a blatant violation of the agreement’s terms. The movement stressed the urgent need to reopen the Rafah crossing, allow the entry of aid, and enable specialized teams to perform their humanitarian duties.

At the same time, Washington approved delaying the opening of the crossing until the return of hostages’ bodies, a stance that highlights the U.S. administration’s alignment with Israel’s ongoing violations.

West Bank Under Assault:

The situation across the West Bank and Jerusalem remains extremely tense as Israeli occupation forces intensify their raids and arrests. Occupation forces stormed the town of Imatin, east of Qalqilya, while a young man was injured by occupation gunfire at the Qalandiya military checkpoint, north of occupied Jerusalem. Troops also stormed the eastern areas of Nablus from the Orata checkpoint and moved into Kafr Qalil, southeast of Nablus, as well as the city of Tubas and the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah.

During the assault on Umm al-Sharayit neighborhood in Ramallah, a young man and a woman were arrested. The Rafidia neighborhood, west of Nablus, also saw a heavy presence of occupation forces near student housing, while raids continued across several localities including An-Naqura (northwest of Nablus), Beit Rima (Ramallah district), Al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiyah (north of Ramallah), and Qabatiya (south of Jenin).

Among those arrested were Hamza Barhan from Tubas, Amr Abu Salha from the Rafidia neighborhood, Nadi Nasan and Alaa Raqi Nasar Abu Aliya from Al-Mughayyir, and Aws Majid Hanaysha from Qabatiya. Additionally, four young men were detained during the raid on Al-Mazra’a al-Gharbiyah, and several youths were arrested in Imatin, east of Qalqilya. Machine gun fire and sonic bombs were also reported during these operations, terrorizing residents and forcing many families indoors.

The southern region of Hebron was not spared, with occupation forces storming the Al-Sharfah area in the city of Dura and arresting several young men. Across all fronts, arrests, home raids, and property destruction have become near-daily occurrences, deepening fear and instability throughout the occupied territories.

Trump weighing whether to urge Israel to release Marwan Barghouti —— US President Donald Trump is weighing whether to press Israel to release senior Fatah leader Marwan Barghouti. “I am literally being confronted with that question about 15 minutes before you called,” Trump told Time in an interview published today. “That was the question. That was my question of the day. So I’ll be making a decision.” In the 15 October interview, Trump noted that the Palestinians lack a visible leader. He made the remarks in response to a question about whether Barghouti could help unite Palestinians around a ‘two-state solution’ and whether he should be freed despite Israel’s refusal.

Update on this:  Israel’s Channel 12, quoting a US official, reports that President Donald Trump will take action against Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he undermines the president’s plan for Gaza.

Consider: Trump had this whole long list of jurisdictions that he wanted own, either by buying or by regime change. Greenland, Canada, the Panama Canal and there are other regime change operations in effect now .. Venezuela being a case in point.

This all failed, but what the US managed to do, is to colonize zionist-israel. They now give instructions to Bibi, decide that Bibi should not annex the West Bank, decide how the false flag peace plan is to be implemented, decide who should invest and who not in a purported rebuilding of Gaza and so on. If you take a look at Vance’s comments during his visit to zionist-israel, it is clear who gives the instructions. And Bibi is kicking back but zionist-israel is now the colony that the US took. The cowards from The International Court of Justice (ICJ) is set to deliver its ruling on Wednesday regarding whether Israel’s months-long blockade of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip violates international law.

While the ruling will be a non-binding advisory opinion, it could intensify global pressure on Israel to work with the United Nations and facilitate more aid into Gaza. This will be the ICJ’s third decision on Israel’s behaviour since the war in Gaza started over two years ago and nobody pays attention, because this world court walks softly and carries a very small stick.

There is further legal action of all kinds. Notable the Hind Rajab foundation identified the soldiers and the company that executed the girl Hind Rajab and her family while this 5-year old was the only one left alive in their vehicle and was begging for help on a cell phone and then executed by a brutal barrage of bullets. The foundation opened a case at the ICC and widely distributed the information on these killer soldiers. They will not be tolerated in most of the world from now on. Running and hiding in Argentina may not hold much longer. Faces and information of the pilots taking place in the genocide on the Palestinians were hacked and leaked and distributed to all international airports in the world.

The remains of 54 unidentified Palestinians, whose bodies were recently handed over by Israel, are being buried in a cemetery in southern Gaza. Their families were unable to identify them due to the extensive mutilation and disfigurement inflicted upon them while in Israeli captivity.

According to medical sources, most of the bodies showed clear signs of torture, abuse, and field execution.

This is systematic abuse. All of the Palestinian corpses handed over shows this pattern of torture and abuse. We know we are looking at yet another holocaust and the previous holocaust ‘badge as those that suffered most historically’, of most of the jews, is now dust. The longer this fragile ceasefire holds, the more evidence of this unbelievable torture will be unearthed and the less the possibility of success for the media and US rehabilitation program for Netanyahu and his cohorts.

The real nature of this Trump agreement is now beginning to show its face. It is not that we didn’t know and cannot read the long trend, it is that one little part of Gaza is still relatively free of killing for now. And I’m still rejoicing for that small mercy. In the past day, there were announcements by Vance, Witkoff and Kushner. Vance pointed out that Kushner is the investor. From that we know that the plans for the Palestinians do not include Palestinian sovereignty over their affairs. Besides underhanded dealings, so far the Gulf States insist on a 2-State solution. Kusher stated that reconstruction will only happen in areas controlled by Israel.

“Kushner confirmed reconstruction will begin only in areas of Gaza under Israeli control, saying “no reconstruction funds will be going into areas that Hamas still controls.” He described plans for a “new Gaza,” built and secured by an international force to provide Palestinians “a place to go, a place to get jobs, a place to live.” These projects will be reviewed by President Trump and the “Board of Peace” before implementation.”

So, the investor is also the peace negotiator and the Trump Tower Plan for Gaza looks to be just the same and not dead, with the Trump Peace Plan acting as a more friendly fulcrum. Yet, something has made Hamas say that they trust what is happening. I think there is a layer that we don’t see yet and this is not necessarily positive. It can get worse.

On the West Bank side, the UN noted a sharp increase in settler activities and violence. Armed Israeli settlers systematically attack Palestinian olive harvesters and farmers, burning trees and beating farmers.
These assaults, often protected by Israeli forces, have caused severe injuries. These settlers are barbaric hordes. Palestinians, joined by international activists, continue harvesting to avoid surrendering their land, despite the violence and threats aimed at driving them away. For them, this is a fight for their very livelihood and homeland.

In his speech, Vance then told Iraq to remove weapons from Iraqi resistance forces. One cannot but marvel at the sheer sick hutzpa, telling your enemies to give up their weapons so that you can continue killing them with impunity.

Today is clear that aid is still being suppressed.  UNRWA spokesperson Adnan Abu Hasna confirms that the Zionist occupation is blocking the entry of around 6,000 aid trucks currently waiting at the gates of Gaza, enough to feed the entire population for six months and provide urgently needed tents and shelter before winter. What has been allowed to enter is a limited number of trucks carrying commercial goods, while 95% of the Gaza Strip’s population depends on humanitarian aid and cannot afford to buy these materials.

It is mid-day in Jerusalem. The ceasefire or peace plan is fragile, but it is holding. There is news in from the US (Steve Bannon is one source fwiw – https://t.me/geopolitics_prime/58468) that the CIA called Witkoff 3 times a day during all negotiations telling him that Hamas will not negotiate. There was a moment during these horror filled two years where he changed his stance and language, as negotiations started fine. We don’t know, but, it is holding. Smaller atrocities from the human butcher squad continue. Zionist forces arrested 3 fishermen after shooting at them from the sea of the city of Gaza

There is news out of the US (major media) that Netanyahu is itching to continue the genocide and carnage and that Witkoff, Kushner and Vance who landed in Tel Aviv yesterday, are working to cement the deal and keep it going, whatever the detail is. 200 US soldiers are in to monitor the peace (but not physically in Gaza). The reason for this visit by Vance is also advertised as starting phase II of the peace agreement.

I do not know how much of this is theater and cannot assess for the future, as there has been a sea change in rhetoric, but what I know is that in the main the killing of Palestinians in Gaza has largely ceased and the IDF has retreated to behind the yellow line. This is the area to the ocean side of the yellow line. We can be grateful even if only for these few hours.

Aid going in is not sufficient but this partially has to do with the fact that roads are blocked and rubble strewn. The aid is there in trucks, available for distribution and waiting at the various crossings for roads to be cleared. Turkey’s IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation is distributing water but as with the rest, not sufficient. It does look like the aid organizations are committed and doing work on the ground to re-establish the conditions for free flow of aid. It is early days.

So far the language has changed on the US side. We have to wait and see if this continues. The IDF has marked the yellow line which currently is the demarcation line and fires at those who try to cross it.

👀 Can I even say this! A thankful prayer for this day. This was a surprisingly quiet day in Gaza. Few deaths are being reported. In fact, I saw only two. I have not seen reports and evidence of aid trucks entering. The West Bank was also quieter than usual, but still storming in areas by zionist settler youth.

Hamas to work with all Palestinian factions on a unified national vision — Political Bureau

Mousa Abu Marzouk, a member of Hamas’ Political Bureau and head of its International Relations Office, in an interview with Sputnik, outlined the movement’s view for Gaza’s next phase, including political and security management of the Strip. He said the plan presented by US President Donald Trump has two main parts: ending the war and stopping the aggression, and post-war arrangements.

💬 “We at Hamas have consulted with various factions, Palestinian figures and components, as well as friendly countries, and we reached a consensus on the first part related to stopping the war, providing aid, withdrawing from the sector, and exchange — which was indeed achieved in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt,” Abu Marzouk told Sputnik.

He added that the second part “is a comprehensive national issue that no single movement can decide on alone,” requiring broad national consensus and the participation of all Palestinian forces.

Netanyahu announced with pride that they bombed Gaza with 153 tons of explosives. But he says nothing about how many non-combatants women, children they bombed, and he said nothing that Hamas is still in charge. How do we know? They are negotiating with Hamas!

We witnessed yesterday that Trump acted, for once. Zionist-israel attacked Gaza again and stopped aid flowing in. The US intervened and Netanyahu had to step back, cease the attacks and withdraw his order to stop all aid. Today we will see if aid is properly restored.

This is generally called a cynical attempt of Trump to keep on with the peace myth that he is peddling.  It may be so, but also may not be so.  We don’t have a trend after his big Peace Plan.

Witkoff and Kushner visited Gaza but refused to acknowledge the genocide, saying that it is a war. They know full well that this is genocide but the attempt to save Bibi’s neck and zionist reputation continues. Kushner: ‘Ingenuity, innovation, compassion’ will reestablish Israel’s reputation. ‘They don’t have to explain themselves — the war has taken a toll’.

Of course these two have to act for the cease fire, for consistency of their message and the long term plan to wrest profit from the atrocity.  This is a message that will not fly as  the reaction against Israel and Israelis continue worldwide and will do so for years into the future.  People innately and intuitively understand that this is the moral issue of our time.

There are many restaurants in the world now with signs – No Israel!  Countries are routinely beginning to stop Israelis visiting for rest and relaxation.  The Hind Rajab foundation is growing from strength to strength and they seek out IDF and former IDF soldiers similarly to how Nazis were hunted out earlier in our history.  The zionist population is fleeing and flailing knowing full well that they are equated to Nazis now.  The real status of the country is very questionable as trade is drying up with dockworkers in Europe refusing to pass cargo and AnsarAllah in Yemen still holding their ban on shipping.  Netanyahu is a hated man internal to the zionist state.  People like Marjory Tailor-Green in the US are staying on message – no more money, no more unregistered AIPAC.  To refuse AIPAC bribes is now becoming a point of pride and an election campaign issue for people standing for congress and is now seen as a good thing.  The ultra-Orthodox is still protesting and refusing to serve, so the IDF is critically short of fighters as call-ups of reservists also fail.  This horse, this reputational horse, has left the stable and will not be put into its stable again, despite the work of Trump, Kushner and Witkoff and despite the new efforts to craft TikTok into a tool of covering up empire’s bloodlust.

Here is one reason why the message will not fly worldwide and Zionist-Israel will remain rejected by the good people of our world. I wonder if these Witkoff and Kushner types understand that the power of social media goes both ways and that it cannot be stopped at the borders? We know what happens when the zionists are forced to stop killing Palestinians in Gaza. They intensify the campaign to occupy the West Bank for one, and start killing Palestinians in the West Bank.  Yesterday, Palestinians were lured into settler ambushes.  This is being fully recorded by mainly US journalists and activists who go there to support.    Prisoners that are released on Gaza side, are made up for in numbers with new arrests on the West Bank’s side. So the numbers of detained Palestinians in the hellholes of zionist jails remain high.  Over the past two years, we’ve seen it over and over again.

Violent settlers mobs are tearing up the countryside, beating up Palestinians harvesting olives and caring for livestock, they are stealing and occupying land and take houses as they like, they use their children as human shields to stop aid trucks and they act as a terrorist force, with nothing to distinguish these mobs from ISIS type activities.   News sources report that Zionist occupiers have seized 70,000 square meters of Palestinian lands in Nablus.  The occupiers continue to violate and annex the West Bank.

So, when the Gaza ceasefire settled somewhat (for the moment ignoring the latest zionist atrocities of the past day), the West Bank came under major assault. There has been a ‘soft’ assault ongoing, but yesterday was major.  The Israeli occupation forces continued their wide-scale campaign across the West Bank and occupied Jerusalem, conducting violent raids, arrests, and assaults on civilians throughout the night and early morning hours.

Occupation forces stormed multiple towns and villages.   The city of Nablus and its surrounding areas—Kafr Qalil, Rafidia, Beit Wazan, and An-Naqura—witnessed heavy military incursions, with reports of house raids, arrests, and widespread intimidation. Forces also entered Al-Mughayyir (northeast of Ramallah), arresting several residents, including Nadi Nasan and Alaa Raqi Nasar Abu Aliya.  There are more.  It was an overwhelming flooding attack.

The coordinated nature of these raids underscores the continued Israeli campaign to suppress resistance and terrorize the Palestinian population throughout the occupied West Bank. This is the softening of the West Bank to become our next Gaza.

Additionally, looking forward, there is this school of thought:

The plan is not for the IDF to re-occupy Gaza. There has been a massing of settler armies on the border. It is THEY who will go in and claim the land, looking in particular to carve out the seashore for themselves.

Netanyahu will say that he has not violated the agreement. It’s not an “official” attack. It’s just the settlers doing to Gaza what they’ve been doing on the West Bank.

The aggression never has been limited to Netanyahu; it’s the younger settler-state population as a whole.

If Netanyahu and his fellow insane murderers will ever see the inside of a world court of law is a question.  Perhaps the justice will be meted out on the ground and the ultimate removal may be by fair means or foul.   Historically, and in my opinion, foul means may be considered as the zionist way.

There is little hope for a better immediate future on the short timeline.  But do remember, this is in fact a very small part of our world.  The similarity of actions with the threatening assault on Venezuela tells us that the brains behind these atrocities, are the same brains as those behind shooting little boats to smithereens into the blue in the Caribbean.  Might makes right will not prevail for too much longer.  This is why we must stand as resistance.  The infestations internal to the combined west may have their own faction fights, but the virus in this cesspit is the same.  In the US currently the principle of starving poor people is continuing in a psychological horror show.  I’m talking about Food Stamps being threatened for the poorer population.  For the Palestinians the sheer level of physical and psychological trauma will continue for many years into the future.  If this population can ever be saved in reality is a huge question.  This is why the attack on the Palestinian humanity physically and psychologically will remain the moral issue of our time and into the future.

Lebanon gets attacked each time the zionists have a little extra time.  The nature of Syria is somewhat different as we have terrorists trained by the Brits to appear human, in charge.  The dark rumble of a threatening war on Iran continues.  If we can believe what our eyes see, Iran is bristling with the required weaponry now, provided by their fellow civilizational states.  The JPCOA is toast forever, having run out of time.  Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) says it is fully prepared to deepen strategic cooperation with the Yemeni armed forces in the battle against global arrogance and international Zionism.  If this happens, and I think it will happen de facto at a minimum, it will be a huge boon for the resistance.

Widely reported:

According to Drop Site’s Ryan Grim: US officials quickly determined the Rafah explosion was caused by an Israeli bulldozer detonating unexploded ordnance, not a Hamas tunnel attack as claimed by Netanyahu.

Despite knowing this, Netanyahu blamed Hamas, halted aid, and resumed airstrikes, only reversing course after Washington confronted Israel with the facts.

Just in.  It is mid-day local time.  While I was writing this: Israel resumes strikes on Gaza — Times of Israel

The Israeli military launched an attack on Gaza, as Israel continued to trade blame with Palestinian militant group Hamas over violations of the ceasefire, aiming to end the war in the enclave, the Times of Israel reports.

So far, the IOF is now carrying out a new wave of airstrikes east of Khan Younis, in continued violation of the ceasefire agreement. Over 20 locations have been bombed in recent hours across the entire Gaza Strip.  Happy Peace!

Peace Plan. It is neither a plan nor implementable in its current form and Trump owns it.  The trajectory is similar to Lebanon where the last number that I saw, was over 4,000 violations of a similar ‘peace plan’.

In Gaza, violations are piling up.  The plan does not allow for the necessary action. So, Israel is again acting with impunity, and what is new? The death toll in Gaza is slowly increasing by the day. Netanyahu has just declared that the Rafah crossing will remain closed until Hamas delivers the corpses of the dead Israeli war criminals in their possession.  But, zionist-israel also refuses to allow in specialists with the required machinery to look for the bones under the rubble.  Unconscionable, as the supposed plan has no deadline, and it was discussed that this process will take time.

Food and provisioning trucks are still being held up.

Settler militias are raging, taking land, beating Palestians, stealing olive harvests and then cutting down any tree that remains and with their children in strollers as human shields physically blocking trucks from moving.

Israeli intelligence expert Avner Avraham declared, “We are going to erase Gaza.”  He admits that Israel plans to fabricate an attack from Gaza to justify a full-scale assault with international backing.  I repeat, Trump owns this as he owns the hunger of the Gazan’s with his food provision militia.

The Government Media Office in Gaza:

⭕️ Since the ceasefire was declared, 38 Palestinians have been killed and 143 others injured due to ongoing violations by the Israeli occupation.

Reports of a second security incident in the Gaza Strip this morning, a sniper fired at IDF soldiers – 2 killed 4 injured

A third security incident has occurred in Gaza. Remember a security incident is code for some IDF soldiers coming under fire. The reporting is streaming in now.

Hebrew media reports that the security situation in Gaza is difficult. This is code for IDF soldiers running away. Next, and I can bet on it, the security and non-publication ban will be slammed down.
