USAID is being revived in the USA*

Brian Berletic insisted against much opposition that neither USAID, nor NED, is dead. He said that these two organizations are being reformed and reformatted. This is why all the attempts at regime change and color revolutions. This is a clear regime change; don’t look away, as we can’t count this empire out yet.   Pavel Durov stated:

“About a year ago, when I was stuck in Paris, the French special services contacted me through an intermediary with a request to help the Moldovan government censor certain Telegram channels before the presidential elections in Moldova.

After checking the channels marked by the French (and Moldovan) authorities, we identified several that clearly violated our rules and removed them. The intermediary then told me that in exchange for this cooperation, the French intelligence would “say good things about me” to the judge who issued the arrest warrant for me in August last year.

This was unacceptable for several reasons. If the agency really contacted the judge — it meant an attempt to interfere in the judicial process. If not, and they only claimed to have done so, then they used my legal status in France to influence political events in Eastern Europe — a scheme we also observed in Romania.

Shortly after that, the Telegram team received a second list of so-called “problematic” Moldovan channels. Unlike the first, almost all these channels were legitimate and fully complied with our rules. Their only commonality was that they expressed political positions unfavourable to the French and Moldovan governments.

We refused to comply with this request.

USAID is being revived in the USA*

The Trump administration has submitted to Congress proposals to fund a new foreign aid program called “America First”, which involves allocating funds to promote American interests abroad.

According to the first financial request for this initiative, $1.8 billion is planned to be allocated to programs aimed at “strengthening the global leadership of the USA.” Of this, $400 million will be directed to support activities to stop illegal immigration to the USA, counter the dominance of 🇨🇳China in critical minerals and AI, as well as to “counter Marxist, anti-American regimes 🇻🇪Venezuela, 🇨🇺Cuba, and 🇳🇮Nicaragua.”

✨Predictably, these projects will be aimed at creating conditions to undermine the constitutional foundations of these states in the interests of American business elites represented by Trump. Just three months after the official transfer of powers from USAID 🇺🇸 to the US State Department, the functions of this formally reduced organization were resumed, but now in the interests of other clients. American tools of external influence operate regardless of which president is in power and what he says publicly.
