A spoonful of Sony Thang makes the medicine go down!
Recently Scott Ritter blocked Sony Thang. Oh the X wars are full of humor and schoolyard level interaction. I believe this interaction started with the plea from many that one must be respectful to envoys, after the killing of two Israeli staffers in Washington.
Sony is ahead of most of us in the art of direct words.
Here he is:
One doesn’t get to confess genocide—and then lecture the victims on how to end it.
Scott Ritter admits that Israel is carrying out genocide.
He admits the U.S. is funding, arming, and shielding that genocide.
He admits the people of Gaza are innocent victims.
And then, in the same breath, he blames them for provoking their own extermination.
That’s not analysis.
That’s abuser logic.
That’s “look what you made me do” weaponized in military doctrine.
By this standard, any resistance becomes a trap.
Any struggle for freedom becomes “suicide.”
Any act of defiance becomes guilt for genocide.
So let’s ask the real question:
When did the occupied become responsible for their occupier’s cruelty?
When did the raped become complicit in the rapist’s violence?
Scott Ritter admits genocide—but wants the victims to split the blame.
And still, he calls this “dialogue.”
But what he’s offering isn’t dialogue. It’s damage control.
It’s empire, mid-collapse, trying to rebrand its terms of surrender as “reconciliation.”
This isn’t about healing.
It’s about hiding.
Let’s be clear: We’re not here to humanize the architects of Gaza’s mass graves.
We’re not here to redeem the pilots who bomb refugee camps.
We’re not here to give war criminals a microphone and call it peace.
Scott Ritter says Hamas was “gambling.”
But what did they gamble with?
Not tanks.
Not drones.
Not a $4 billion annual military subsidy from the United States.
They gambled with nothing but rage and rubble—because everything else had already been stripped away.
And for once, they interrupted the cycle.
They made the world look.
Made history blink.
And yes—some of us did support the shattering of the illusion that Israel is untouchable.
Not because we love death.
But because we’re done watching Palestinians die in silence while the world cheers their restraint.
Now Ritter says it’s time to build bridges.
But where were those bridges when Gaza’s hospitals were leveled?
When refugee camps were erased?
When entire bloodlines were wiped out and buried under U.S.-backed airstrikes?
Now he wants the world to speak with the perpetrators before the killing even stops
But here’s the truth:
The only time justice comes before peace is when justice actually matters.
And that’s the part he can’t face.
Because Scott Ritter isn’t asking for dialogue.
He’s asking for amnesty.
He wants the oppressed to forgive while the bombs are still falling.
To share the blame while the children are still missing beneath the rubble.
To sit at the table with those who erased their homes—and smile.
But no one shares responsibility for genocide except those who made it possible.
October 7 wasn’t the beginning.
It was the breaking point.
And no man who served empire in the name of “peace” gets to rewrite that.
The time to talk was before the bombs.
Now?
Now is the time to listen.
Because history is speaking.
And this time, it’s not speaking in the voice of empire.

Gaza and the killing of Palestinians cannot be ‘negotiated right’ any longer. The time for making nice is over. The carnage must stop and no words are needed for that .. only the words that Netanyahu must speak to his rabid soldiers. And then, we need corrective action.
Unbelievable. He’s actually whining for forgiveness, even as his bosses starve millions to death and they plan the nuclear annihilation of billions? Is satire dead? Did the NeuraLink in his technocrat’s talking-points malfunction? We are being gaslit. Ritter is long gone, like one of those invaded by the Body Snatchers.… Read more »
well spoken ….. Ritter is military man … nothing more …..
Being a military man does not requires being dumb. It is a quite a pattern in SR “analyses”. He goes on same lines about Iran as well. “You are correct, but surrender or get destroyed. It is your choice…”. For me it is just another way to endorse imperialism and… Read more »
‘being a military man does not require being dumb.’ that may be entirely contingent upon the army’s nation of origin. it seems to be an embedded prerequisite to all forces within empire, certainly any cadet with expectation of promotion & decoration. undoubtedly ‘the force’ mirrors empire’s selected elite…it’s difficult to… Read more »
inserting … dumb …. into my comment is NOT what I was stating. Ritter is first and foremost a military person … He has not done behavioural studies or political studies or political theory or the wide world of all other disciplines… He is raised in a military discipline thats… Read more »
Instead, dumbness applies fully here. A person not able to operate basic logics can not have developed ethical and moral standards. Even if such person studies such things and is able to repeat the lines on the textbooks. All around, people with different backgrounds can see Palestinians are getting exterminated… Read more »
you fail to comprehend my statements above … and raise many other issues which are important of course… but again debate requires a wider range of input to balance out or challenge Ritter s position in this debate … As I said he is a military trained disciplined person who… Read more »
Hi ros, We all understand Ritter or we feel and sense a disturbance in the field listening to him. That is good enough. The topic here is in reality the Palestinians and Sony Thang. Sony really happened to Ritter and that is funny as it has been a thing for… Read more »
I sussed out Ritter along time ago & never listen to his bullshit. He speaks out of both sides of his mouth & pretend to side with Russia. He’s fake.
