My understanding is that the terms for a she-wolf and a brothelworker were the same. Given the shenanigans in the Aenid about switching uniforms during the fall of Troy it would appear that someone, who new the drains, took a massive bribe to lead the victors into the city. Such… Read more »

the pups are definitely wolf, not a timber wolf but nearer arctic wolves. the head on the Capitoline Wolf is not the head of wolf, @ least nothing like i’ve glimpsed in the wild or known from crosses (half husky/shepherd/wolf). the nose is not in the least similar but one… Read more »
