Another 11 years

Only 3 years have passed since the transition of our world began on February 24, 2022. Such profound transitions, whether individual or global, take 14 years. The first 7 years are needed to tear down the old and the second 7 years are needed to build the new.

Of course, you cannot pin such changes rock-solid on a date. So many things come into play and the situation is always very complex. But perhaps you recognize it in your own life, that at some point it became clear that a change had begun. That there was a turning point, but at the same time it was not very clear what, how and when. Then the change took place and suddenly the situation was new and the transition complete. Often this happens on an individual level during our mid-life period.

Seven years is also a very recognizable cycle for other things. Every seven years our body renews itself, all the cells are renewed. Relationships often last a multiple of seven years. It is a natural cycle that we also see reflected in our life path. The first seven years of our life we are forming our character. Then we learn to adapt in our environment. And so on.

The ancient unipolar world

The West has dominated the world for several millennia. But everything comes to an end. Actually this happens in a very natural way, because although man in the West and the non-West thinks he can control all sorts of things, man is subject to a natural inescapable program. The old unipolar world was running on its last legs. The attempt in 2020 to keep a grip via Corona was actually the very reason to definitively accelerate the decay and change people’s minds en masse.

The most obvious milestone to say goodbye to the old unipolar world was the launch of the Special Military Operation in Ukraine. With that, Russia put the axe to the old system. Of course, this does not happen without a struggle. It takes time and energy to tear down the old, especially when there are many issues involved. And we are only three years into it.

People are generally reluctant to change, and the old world clings frenetically to familiar things. The West likes to retain its power. The non-West does not yet see how it can become and be free of it. In this period of demolition, many pillars must fall and it will hurt. During demolitions, good things can also break down. When the zero line is crossed, other extremes may occur. The balance is lost and must be found again.

Change has been initiated by military means, but this is only part of everything that is happening. Shifts have been taking place for some time. China is now the world’s economic engine, leading the way in innovation, manufacturing and logistics. India, too, has made huge leaps. All non-Western countries have begun to recognize the patterns and now see the world changing in which they have opportunities. Everything is coming together now, but so first the old system has to be broken down. Sufficiently broken down to make way for the new.

The new multipolar world

When the dust of demolition has settled, all nations can prepare for a new phase of humanity. This sounds grand and it is. It will truly be a new beginning in which man can take another step in consciousness and thus civilization.

All countries, including Western countries. But that will not be easy for them. Many Western generations, mainly those of the Western Elites, will remain in denial. They will literally have to become extinct. With that, much of primitive man will disappear, just as man has left behind neanderthal man. But the same goes for non-Western man who may leave some things behind. All forms of discrimination must disappear to keep our species from regressing. We gain nothing from a multipolar world if we do not learn to behave as a civilization. No one is better than the other.

We often begin enthusiastically to tear down something we no longer like, but have we thought about what might work? So what is this multipolar world? Is that really a multipolar world as a whole or, if we are not careful, have we simply created a world with many unipolar islands? What do we have in common? What then makes us one world? Do we all subscribe to that as well? The second 7 years are needed to shape this, to lay a solid foundation.

Meanwhile

Four more years of breaking work in which a lot can happen. It could escalate. What is the West doing? But also what are non-Western countries doing to prepare for the new system? BRICS+ has been shaping itself for some time, but some BRICS countries are also searching for balance. Brazil and India are struggling with Western interests. South Africa is struggling with itself. Many newcomers are hoping for opportunities but do not yet know what they are expected to invest. Those newcomers, too, will have to let go of the old. They will have to summon the courage to resist the old, regardless of the threats that will come their way. Russia and China will be asked to provide protection. Everyone will have to do more.

In 2029, we will face a new milestone. Then it should become clear that demolition has succeeded and we can start building. These will be exciting times. Everything takes time and energy. There is less to control than we think or hope. The wheel turns and the world changes, one way or another. Every country will at some point determine what is happening and have to anticipate it. Every person will be asked to join the new world. This is an opportunity, but it also means an investment. Are you ready to change yourself? You still have 11 years left. They will go by faster than you think now. Before you know it, it will be 2036.
