Chinese, Trolling and TikTok

A moment to smell the social media roses.

This will not change the world. So, TikTok will probably be banned in the US (I don’t keep up with this and do not know the details). The Chinese starts trolling as another app, similar to TikTok is being furiously downloaded in the US. Nuri Vittachi, deliciously funny and sharp, tells us that the new app being downloaded is literally called The Little Red Book, although it is marketed as Red Note. The Chinese are delighted to see this influx of English speakers and are even asking for help with their English homework.
