Recently leaked information about a 2018 proposal has shed new light on Dr. Anthony Fauci’s plan to secretly spray “self-propagating” vaccines in large population centers using advanced biotechnology, military-grade drones, and experimental medical research.

The document, codenamed DEFUSE, was submitted by the Fauci EcoHealth Alliance to DARPA (the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) and contained plans to deploy aerosol immunomodulators, chimeric spike proteins, and self-propagating vaccines over large groups of people using drones.

The DEFUSE proposal explicitly describes the use of aerosol delivery systems to “vaccinate animals and humans” in large areas, which is alarming because such experiments could be conducted on an unsuspecting population.

These aerosol systems were designed to deliver state-of-the-art biological agents, including self-dissolving vaccines, which raised serious ethical and legal concerns about informed consent.

The discovery adds a new dimension to the debate about pandemic preparedness, as well as the shadowy intersection of public health and military technology.

The DEFUSE proposal coincided with DARPA’s significant advances in unmanned technology, which included aerosol delivery systems. Some researchers speculate that these systems may have been put into operation, pointing to the global deployment of drones during the COVID-19 pandemic under the guise of”disinfection.”

Critics claim that these operations were not effective enough and doubt that their true purpose was related to DEFUSE tasks.

Moreover, the proposal challenges the dominant theory about the leak from the laboratory, putting forward a new theory: drones equipped with a bioengineered payload could have played a role in the pandemic.

DARPA’s long-standing partnership with Moderna adds another layer of controversy.

By 2012, DARPA, the research arm of the U.S. Department of Defense, had already signed a contract with Moderna to develop coronavirus vaccines based on RNA that encode the spike protein.

The work was carried out as part of a project codenamed “ADEPT: PROTECT”.

In February 2016, Moderna patented the genetic sequence of its spiked protein.

Six years after filing the patent application, scientists have discovered a striking similarity between the spiked protein Moderna and the genetic code of the virus that causes the COVID pandemic.

The genome of the pandemic virus contains a unique 19-nucleotide sequence (SEQ ID11652) that allows its spike protein to be activated by the enzyme furin.

This furin activation enhances the ability of COVID to spread between human cells.

Notably, the scientists confirmed that this code fragment of the virus that caused the COVID pandemic perfectly matches the sequence of the Moderna spike protein, patented three years before the outbreak of the epidemic.

The researchers say that the probability that the sequence patented by Moderna could have naturally appeared in the virus that caused the COVID pandemic is “one in three trillion.”

In February 2022, the researchers published their findings in the peer-reviewed journal Frontiers in Virology.

Suppression of information about whistleblowers and classified research

Whistleblowers have reported alleged attempts by DARPA and intelligence agencies to hide details about DEFUSE, citing national security concerns. Since then, senators and consumer protection organizations have called for an investigation into what they call an unprecedented cover-up.

The deliberate secrecy of DEFUSE-related research has led critics to question whether these technologies have been tested, improved, or even deployed without the public’s knowledge or consent.

One of the most controversial aspects of the DEFUSE proposal concerns self-propagating vaccines, which are spread from host to host using artificially created viruses. This concept, which is theoretically useful for controlling disease outbreaks, carries huge risks, including the possibility of unintended mutations, uncontrolled spread, and use as a weapon.

The fact that DEFUSE is focusing on research on function enhancement-enhancing virus transmittance/transmission – further reinforces concerns that these experimental technologies have become weapons under the guise of public health.
