The Modi visit to Russia and Putin

Has India realized that the USA is kaput and the future is multipolar?  Hopefully, the renewed strategic partnership with Russia will lead to a detente with China. This is what it looks like in terms of comprehensive signed agreements: (thanks so much to the reader who sent this to me!)

Now we wait to hear what M.K. Bhadrakumar makes of all this. The range of agreements is comprehensive and so was the nature of the visit.

In addition, the two leaders called for unimpeded humanitarian deliveries to Gaza, a lasting and sustainable ceasefire, and unconditional release of all hostages.
